This article builds on the excellent article by Prof. Kgatle and Mashau who examined the prospects and success of the presidency of Cyril Ramaphosas by reflecting on the concept of Thuma Mina. In this article, Ramaphosas Thuma Mina's manifesto is placed in the same restorative context as the implementation of the African National Congress (ANC) step-aid resolution. Almost 27 years of democracy today since the ANCs came to power in South Africa in 1994, and yet members' moral values continue to decline, as reflected in Gwede Mantashe's devastating Organizational Diagnostic Report. This paper reflects the concept of Thuma Mina at Isaiah 6: 8 as redirected into politics by Cyril Ramaphosa to fight corruption in collaboration with the resolution of the 54th Conference. The Thuma Mina Group's implementation of StepAside threatened the unity of the ANC when the then suspended ANC General Secretary suspended his own suspension to suspend ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa. If the Magashule group succeeds in flaunting the party rules and rejecting the Step-Aside policy, this will lead to a political catastrophe. This paper uses two disciplines (theology and politics) to shed light on the prospects of Thuma Mina as advocated by President Cyril Ramaphosa, along with the fair implementation of the ANC's Step Aside resolution. This study is important as it provides a more concise understanding of the concept of Thuma Mina campaign.

Our collaborative relationship with Mackay Libraries began informally when we undertook a work shadowing program with our Public Library counterparts. The professional discussions which followed, and an examination of the available literature on the topic of school and public library cooperation, indicated that we had much in common. More importantly, we realized that cooperation could be beneficial for our respective communities. Allan Bundy’s excellent article, ‘Essential Connections School and Public Libraries for Lifelong Learning’ provided a wonderful historical perspective and also investigated attitudes of those involved in both library sectors. It was a challenging article and gave us the encouragement to believe that we could make a difference in our respective communities.

In an excellent article, “Struggling with the uncertainty of life under coronavirus? How Kierkegaard’s philosophy can help”, published in The Conversation, Patrick Stokes, presents an analysis of life and uncertainty during COVID 19 in the world. The world, people, their lives, dreams and aspirations, the very possibility of a future, the nature and reality of it faced an enormous challenge – the challenge of presence, or the existence or being after the pandemic. This could be because many of us could not conceive what after meant. New vocabulary, newer appearances and still newer methods of communication alerted to a “new normal”. Many students, teachers, workers from all spheres of life, people in general, did not always felt jubilant with the attempted vibrancy of the term, “now normal”. People waited.

There are various cancer treatments at present, and chemotherapy is one of the main methods. Chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (CRCI), as one of the side effects of chemotherapy, has gradually attracted the attention of more and more researchers. CRCI has been verified by subjective reports and objective neuropsychological tests so far. But oncologists’ understanding of it and its treatments are still incomplete. In this review, we mainly give a comprehensive overview of the mechanism of CRCI, then describe a variety of evaluation methods, and finally summarize the treatment approaches under current medical conditions and compare it with an excellent article published in 2015 with the aim of providing directions for future research and better understanding of CRCI for clinicians.

To the Editor We read with interest the excellent article of Licari et al.  reporting that anxiety and depression are common in adolescents suffering from asthma as well as in their parents, mainly in mothers. The consequence of this relationship is that emotional disorders might negatively affect also the control of asthma.

Professor Jeffrey Bellin’s excellent article advances a comprehensive and straightforward textual approach to determining what policing activities constitute “searches” triggering the protections of the Fourth Amendment. Bellin’s thesis is that a text-based approach to interpreting the Amendment is superior to the Supreme Court’s current approach, which ever since Katz v. United States has defined “search” primarily by reference to a non-textual “reasonable expectation of privacy” standard. After soundly criticizing the ungrounded and highly subjective nature of the Katz test, Bellin declares that the Court should instead simply follow where the text leads: the Amendment protects people from a search, meaning an “examination of an object or space to uncover information” of their own “persons, houses, papers, and effects.” No more, no less. Such a textual approach generates new doctrinal rules that would replicate Katz’s outcomes in many respects and provide either more or less protection in others.

. Following the question posed by Maria Hermínia Laurel in her excellent article entitled “Lectures d’écrivains: ‘vision du monde’ et référents littéraires dans la correspondance d’Alice Rivaz” (2010), we propose to question the auctorial constructions that conceal Alice Rivaz's correspondence. Swiss author of the French language, she multiplies the constructions of a self-author not only in her literary work, which she will sign with a pen name, but also in her prolific correspondence with three contemporary Swiss authors, which we propose to study here. Peter Swenson's excellent article is a welcome correction to the consensus argument so often found in welfare state literature. That interpretation depicts a never-ending, dualistic struggle between capitalists and “the people,” as represented by welfare reformers. Swenson sorts through the evidence surrounding post-1960 health care debates, particularly Medicare, to demonstrate that “business” is not a fixed, homogeneous group that conforms neatly to class-based analysis. He finds significant business backing for federal programming and also shows that where trade associations took conservative, anti-reform stands, they often did so without strong member support.
