Corona Virus Diseases (Covid-19) outbreak has impacted almost all aspects of life including regional development planning in Indonesia. The new regional development planning orientation per se adjusts the new habits of citizens in the new normal era which is well-known as the Internet of Things (IoT) lifestyle. This paper elaborates on the post-pandemic development orientation of the West Java Province by answering three problem statements: 1) What is the Government Policy in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) What is the condition of existing IoT Infrastructure in Regencies and municipalities in West Java Province, and 3) what is the new development orientation of West Java Province based on the existing conditions. By utilizing dataset from the Government’s official website and elaborating relevant articles in scientific journals and news in mass media, it discusses intended issues thematically with a deductive approach. The discussion covers the author’s outlook of the new development orientation on three sectors: 1) education, 2) infrastructure and 3) bureaucratic reform. Policy implications are discussed

Landscape is people’s evaluation of the environment which is better and more meaningful to visit. Therefore, a landscape must have a good environment. Landscape exists in nature as well as in cities. Every corner of a city can be a landscape. Its connection with the city and the citizens is inseparable. However, due to the acceleration of urbanization, there are still many problems in the urban environment. To solve these problems perfectly, we should work from the aesthetic value and planning orientation of the landscape. Therefore, this paper discusses and analyzes the problems of urban environment and how to use the aesthetic value and orientation to construct urban environmental landscape.

Purpose: This study examines the effects of nine dimensions of organisational culture (uncertainty avoidance; gender egalitarianism; assertiveness; institutional collectivism; in-group collectivism; humane, future and achievement orientation; and power distance) on the dimensions of strategy execution (information sharing, leadership, rewards, performance, structure, employee commitment and coordination) within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.Design: A survey questionnaire covering demographics, organisational culture and strategy execution was distributed electronically. Following assessment of reliability and validity of the 281 completed questionnaires, Pearson correlation and a canonical correlation analyses were conducted using the nine dimensions of culture as predictors of strategy execution variables, to evaluate the multivariate shared relationship between the two variable sets.Findings: The findings indicate that the dimensions of organisational culture have a variation of strong, medium and weak associations with the dimensions of strategy execution. Achievement orientation was found to have the highest effect on strategy execution dimensions and the future planning orientation the second highest.Research limitations/implications: The major limitation was that the population was represented by one large organisation in the South African FMCG industry, thereby excluding other companies in this country and the results may not necessarily be generalised to other populations. Future studies could include more industries and countries.Practical implications: This study provides evidence that company management must place considerable emphasis on developing organisational culture dimensions that have a positive impact on strategy execution.Originality/value: The study reveals that achievement and future planning orientated cultures have a significant influence on strategy execution.

Method: it is a quantitative, descriptive and exploratory study with 21 nurses in a cancer hospital. Two forms were used in the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics. Results: It was identified that all nurses (21 = 100%) agreed that if the patient is not included in discharge planning, he or she may develop complications in their treatment. There was a proportion of five (23.8%) subjects who agreed and two (9.5%) indicated that they were indifferent and had difficulty participating in planning discharge. It was observed, among the justifications for this non-participation, that the lack of communication between the multidisciplinary teams and the inadequate dimensioning of nurses by the demand of patients to be oriented predominated. Conclusion: the results obtained showed the participants' knowledge about the importance of participating in hospital discharge planning, reducing the risks of rehospitalization and the difficulties encountered by the professionals in their execution, which may impact the quality of care provided by the nurse in this process. This article presents results of an empiric study of psychosemantic features of professional consciousness of engineers: the associative structure of key professional notions has been determined, and its key properties have been revealed. The method of free associations has been applied; J. Sax’s and S. Levis’s Unfinished Sentences projective technique; original questionnaire. It was proved that engineers are distinguishable for the desire to get promoted to a higher position while retaining inclination toward the present area of activity; functional autonomy; dependence on organization; internal control locus in the situation of professional problems; long-term professional planning; orientation toward refraining from inflicting damages upon others and themselves; balanced moral principles. An associative experiment has been held with stimuli words that concern professional sphere and with words unrelated to the profession. 1524 reactions to 37 stimuli words have been received in total. Building associative complexes for every stimulating notion allowed to reflect contemporary perceptions of respondents about each of them. The following most frequently occurring associations to the “work” stimulus have been highlighted: knowledge, experience, skills, work routine, Monday-Friday, boss, half-life, prospects, growth, success, hard. One of the features of professional consciousness of engineers is fixation of own subordination in performance of professional duties; inclination toward timely accomplishment of simple professional tasks; orientation of mindset toward integrity and discipline in business communication.
