For many years, the largest sown areas in the Republic of Tatarstan have been devoted to spring wheat. Revealing the effect of biological preparations on growth processes, plant resistance to unfavorable conditions and stresses is an important issue in the cultivation technology within the framework of biological agriculture. In studies conducted in 2018-2019 with the Ulyanovskaya 100 spring wheat variety, biological fungicides and an adaptogen were used to increase resistance to adverse conditions from the collection of the Kazan State Agrarian University. The complex use of biological fungicides in the conditions of gray forest soils made it possible to increase the yield of spring wheat by 10.6 %, and the combined use of biological fungicides and an adaptogen contributed to an increase in the yield to 15.2 %.

Carbon dioxide is absorbed by plants during photosynthesis and the intensity of this process depends on the solar radiation coming to this territory, the temperature regime, the availability of moisture and batteries. The amount of CO2 absorbed by plants is determined by the accumulated dry biomass or yield. The potential yield of field crops in production conditions is not always achieved. The paper presents the results of studies on the effect of calculated doses of mineral fertilizers on various types of soils with different moisture indicators on the formation of dry biomass by spring durum wheat. Field experiments were carried out on gray forest soils in 2005-2008, which occupy 43.7% of agricultural land in the Republic of Tatarstan and chernozems in 2001-2003, occupying 39.9%. The assimilation of mineral nutrition elements from soil and fertilizers by plants is influenced not only by the type of soil, but also by the availability of productive moisture. In the studies of 1984-1987, the effect of fertilizers and irrigation on the intensity of accumulation of dry biomass by spring durum wheat was studied. The use of calculated doses of mineral fertilizers on leached chernozems on average for 1984-1987 increased the accumulation of dry biomass of spring durum wheat by 45.6%, and in combination with irrigation by another 57.4%. In the experiments of 2001-2003, calculated doses of mineral fertilizers increased the accumulation of dry biomass by 20.7% on the chernozems of the Transcamian region of the Republic of Tatarstan, and by 13.6% on the gray forest soils of the Pre-Kama region in 2005-2008

The criterion of whether to apply a different technological methods in the cultivation of spring wheat is the economic assessment, which characterizes the change in the cost of production and other economic indicators. Today, the most effective cultivation methods of spring wheat are those, which provide higher yields and determine the food security of the population and industrial raw materials. In this regard, our paper considers the issues of economic and agroenergetic efficiency of spring wheat, using Nano-Gro seed treatment formulation instead of the traditional etching, depending on the varietal characteristics of dark gray forest soils of the Nizhniy Novgorod region. The study was carried out on varieties Margarita, Marusya and Sofia. The aim was to determine the economic feasibility of agroenergetic and cultivation of new varieties of spring wheat during treatment with Nano-Gro. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that in a dark gray forest soils of the Volga-Vyatka region the grain production of spring wheat economically is profitable. Seed treatment by Nano-Gro increases the profitability of wheat production in the studied varieties. The maximum net energy yield 41,57-48,42 G joules per hectare were obtained in the cultivation of wheat seed treatment with the Nano- Gro.

In the Republic of Tatarstan the seeding rate, included the state register of varieties of spring wheat is studied in detail. Improving farming, zoning strong new varieties of wheat and the introduction of various methods of seedbed preparation calls for further study of the issue. Of particular importance this issue is of importance in the study of particle size and uniformity of seed. The seeds have long been considered the foundation of the next harvest, the farmers have always paid great attention to quality. While in the farms of the republic is not in all the years the seeds of spring wheat crop had high quality. Cultivation technology should be aimed at ensuring the development of high levels of sowing qualities of seeds (germination energy, germination rate, the strength of growth, the number of primary roots). In this connection, along with other techniques, we studied the process of formation of seeds at different size and uniformity of spring wheat. In the overall system of measures, aimed at increasing the yield of spring wheat crop, great importance is given to high-quality seeds with optimum seeding rate.

The article is undertaken a comparative study of technologies, based on plowing with a turnover of the reservoir, and main alternative tillage in a crop rotation with perennial grasses and row crops (potatoes) in the specific environmental conditions of the Predkamskiy forest zone region. We present the results of potato production in the crop rotation, provided various ways of handling the gray forest soils of forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Tatarstan (example plot experimental fields of Tatar Research Institute of Agriculture on gray forest soils).

The results of a study on the effect of seeds, grown on different backgrounds of mineral nutrition on the photosynthetic activity of plants and the yield of of spring wheat grain of “Yoldyz” variety are considered. The collection of the dry biological substance of spring wheat plants, grown from seeds on fertilized variants of the experiment, was above the control to 0.71-1.07 g. The collection of organic dry matter is directly related to the increase in the assimilating leaf surface of the offspring from the fertilized backgrounds.

The paper presents the results of studies on the creation of an optimal nutritional regime with an analysis of weediness of crops with increased pre-sowing treatment of seeds of growth processes and the resistance of the plants themselves under stressful conditions to form a spring wheat crop. In the initial period of spring wheat vegetation, when plants are affected by sharp temperature fluctuations, soil and atmospheric droughts, it is important to stimulate their stable development and resistance to stress. When satisfying the needs of crops for nutrients, it is important to prevent weeding of crops. The purpose of our study is to study the complex effect of mineral fertilizers, the use of a herbicide and presowing seed treatment with a growth regulator on spring wheat productivity. The studies were conducted in 2016-2018 on the basis of Kazan State Agrarian University on gray forest soil. An analysis of the development of plants on weed grown variants revealed a decrease in the safety of seedlings for harvesting, decreased yield by 0.15-0.28 t/ha and reduced grain quality. The average yield of spring wheat over the years of research when using the herbicide against the background without fertilizers was 1.53 t/ha, 2.66 t/ha against the background of NPK to obtain 3 t/ha of grain and 3.22 t/ha against the background of NPK to obtain 4 t/ha of grain. Combined seed treatment with the growth regulator Zircon and dressing agents contributed to an increase in yield in all nutritional backgrounds by another 3.2–4.4% and an increase in the grain nature and gluten content in fertilized nutritional backgrounds.
