The article is devoted to the peculiarities of working with a borrowed vocabulary in a school course of Russian language in the light of new requirements to the results of the students represented in the Federal State Educational Standard. Modular system of lessons on text-based studying of foreign words, focused on the achievements of the students� personality, metasubject and substantive results is described. Modules include lessons on study loans in line with the linguistic-cultural approach which proposes going through the analysis of language phenomena on the level of culture and promotes awareness of students of language as one of the major national cultural values, understanding of the relationship of language and history of the people, as well as adequate assessment of pupils foreign words, their place and role in the modern Russian language. The program of experiential learning for students for the implementation of a modular system of culture-oriented lessons for the study of loanwords is presented. The author gives the data of forming experiment.

The textbook presents a system of case tasks, the purpose of which is to form a circle of necessary knowledge among students about the nature of expert activity, about the history of the use of special knowledge in legal proceedings, about the variety of existing types of forensic examinations, about the possibilities of using the results of forensic expert activity in law enforcement practice. The tasks are compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education (3++) in the specialty 40.05.03 "Forensic Examination". The presented cases can be used in practical classes in the disciplines "Theory of forensic examination" and "Participation of a specialist in procedural actions". The textbook will also be useful as part of the course "Expertise in judicial proceedings", which is included in the training plan 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" (bachelor's level), specialty 40.05.01 "Legal support of national security" (specialty level), specialty 40.05.04 "Judicial and prosecutorial activities" (specialty level). For students, postgraduates and teachers of law schools.

The paper explores in detail the very essence of fledgling trends concerning the development of contents of the Federal State Educational Standard. It is stated, that setting up the new Standards should be considered as the first step only. Further the next step of the Standards implementation should follow, putting the demand to elaborate a set of regulatory documents. The principal educational program, the curriculum, the training outcomes requirements and etc. are to be further elaborated and clarified. These particularly relate to the senior high school, where subject-oriented education is stipulated.

The article considers different approaches to the formation of orthographical correctness of younger schoolchildren. The conditions of effective development of correct writing by younger schoolchildren and its transformation into orthographical correctness are analyzed. In terms of realization of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education the author proposed the working practices that allow the educator to achieve the high level of orthographical correctness of the primary school students in the process of systematic studying of Russian language.

The article discusses the idea of integrating children with disabilities into traditional education classes. The main mechanisms for designing a lesson in an inclusive education are considered. Concrete methodological developments of inclusive lessons of mathematics, the Russian language, and the World-Around-Us lessons for pupils of first, second and third grades are given that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for Students with Disabilities. Recommendations are given to teachers working with children who have a mental retardation.

The basis for the study of the Russian language in the school is the Federal state educational standard basic General education which, as you know, proclaimed the priority of system activity approach, aimed at mastering the system of meta-subject and subject nowledge, skills in the process of intensive learning activities, which is possible on the basis of personality-oriented learning. The formation of the ability to build their activities independently, to seek and find more rational ways to obtain results are important.The most important means of organizing educational activities of students is a textbook, its content should be focused on the synthesis of language, speech and spiritual development of students, which requires a certain approach to the distribution of educational material. The most expedient is the selection of such basic aspects of the content: information about the essential features and categories of the language concept, the algorithm of actions with the language concept, information on the culture of speech, features of the use of the named concept (text-forming function), spelling rules associated with the studied concept.In addition to the textbook on paper basis in the modern education system is an electronic textbook which allows the teacher to increase the motivation of learning, to interact quickly with the whole class and individually with each student, and gives the student the opportunity to advance in the study of a specific topic based on their willingness and ability to perceive the proposed training material.
