The Effect of Auditor Independence on Inspectorate Audit Quality in Regional Financial Oversight with Spiritual Intelligence as a Moderation Variable: Empirical Study of South Sulawesi Regency / City Government. This study aims to study the effect of independence on audit quality with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was 96 authorized officials in the district / city government of South Sulawesi province. The research data was taken from a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents for data collection. Data were analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that the independence of the auditor can determine the audit quality of the district / city government of South Sulawesi province. through spiritual intelligence can improve audit quality.   Pengaruh Independensi Auditor terhadap Kualitas Audit inspektorat dalam Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah dengan  Kecerdasan Spiritual sebagai Variabel Moderasi: Studi Empiris pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Independensi terhadap kualitas audit dengan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96 aparat inspektorat pemerintah kabupaten/kota provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data penelitian diambil dari kuesioner  yang dibagikan kepada responden untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa independensi auditor dapat menentukan kualitas audit inspektorat pemerintah kabupaten/kota provinsi Sulawesi selatan. melalui kecerdasan spiritual dapat meningkatkan kualitas audit.

As the capital of the province, education in the Makassar supposed to be better than other cities in the province of South Sulawesi. In fact, the quality of education is still far from expectation. So was the result of the theacher’s competence test. Likewise, teacher competency test result, data on the Department of Education in Makassar to participants of UKG in Makassar is the average value of fewer than 50. In fact, there are teachers who receive 30 from 100 questions in the exam. The condition is not in line with the role of the teacher that is crucial in improving the quality of education. Therefore, it is very important to improve the performance of teachers in all junior high school in Makassar in order to improve the quality of education with the problems of this research consist of (i) how is the performance of the teachers on all State secondary schools in Makassar?  This research aims at (i) finding out the teachers’ performance on all State secondary schools in Makassar; The results show that (i) the teachers’ performance on all State secondary schools in Makassar are on the good category.   Sebagai Ibukota Propinsi seharusnya Pendidikan di Kota Makassar  lebih baik jika disbanding kabupaten/kota lain di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan tetapi kenyataannya kualitas pendidikan masihjauh dari harapan. Demikian juga hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru, data Dinas PendidikanKota Makassar untuk peserta UKG di Kota Makassar, yakni rata-rata nilai di bawah lima puluh. Bahkan,ada guru yang mendapatkan nilai tiga puluh dari seratus soal dalam naskah ujian.Kondisi tersebut tidak sejalan dengan peran guru yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.sangat penting meningkatkan kinerja guru se-Kota Makassar dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas  pendidikan. Oleh karena itu rumusan masalah dalam penelitian  ini adalah (i) Bagaimanakah kinerja guru-guru SMP Negeri se-Kota Makassar? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk mengetahui kinerja guru-guru SMP Negeri se-Kota Makassar  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (i) kinerja guru SMP Negeri se-Kota Makassar berkategori baik.

This study aims to determine the diagnostic service to Patient Satisfaction, and to know the care of nurses to Patient Satisfaction. Population and Sample 287 respondens. Data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that diagnostic services had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, and care of nurses had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.   Penelitian ini  bertujuan mengetahui pelayanan diagnosa terhadap Kepuasan Pasien, dan mengetahui kepedulian perawat terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Responden berjumlah 287 pengunjung. Metode analisis data yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa Pelayanan diagnosa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien,dan Kepedulian perawat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Employee Competence and Office Work Facilities on Service Quality through Employee Performance in Karossa District Office, Central Mamuju Regency, while the research analysis used is Path analysis used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim to find out the direct influence or indirectly a set of independent variables (exogenous) to the dependent variable (endogenous). Path analysis is used to determine the effect of employee competence (X1) and office work facilities (X2) on employee performance (Y1) and service quality (Y2), thus the results of this study are Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance received, Work Facilities has a positive and significant to the Performance rejected, Performance has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Work received, Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Work rejected, the Work Facility has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Work received, Competence and Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Work through the received Performance.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Pegawai Dan Fasilitas Kerja Kantor Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Melalui Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Karossa Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah, adapun analisi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis jalur atau path analysis digunakan untukmenganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung seperangkat variabel bebas (eksogen)terhadap variabel terikat (endogen). Analisa jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pegawai (X1) dan fasilitas kerja kantor (X2) terhadapkinerja pegawai (Y1) dan kualitas pelayanan (Y2), dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja diterima,Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja ditolak, Kinerja  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kerja diterima, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kerja ditolak, Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualita Kerja diterima, Kompetensi dan Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Kerja melalui Kinerja diterima.

The Amkop STIE Library provides information to support the achievement of virtuous, professional human resources in their fields and can adapt themselves to the development of science, technology and art in a global environment, in accordance with their Vision. The aim is to find out strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis. The interview results obtained that the STIE Amkop Makassar Library has the strength of human resources capable of operating technology / IT, and the existence of support from the Foundation in developing the library, thereby being able to overcome weaknesses and avoid threats.   Perpustakaan STIE Amkop menyediakan informasi untuk menunjang pencapaian sumber daya manusia yang berbudi luhur, profesional di bidangnya dan dapat menyesuaikan diri terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni dalam lingkungan global, sesuai dengan Visinya. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil interview diperoleh bahwa Perpustakaan STIE Amkop Makassar memiliki kekuatan sumber daya manusia yang mampu mengoperasikan teknologi/IT, dan adanya dukungan dari Yayasan dalam pengembangan perpustakaan, dengan demikian mampu mengatasi kelemahan dan menghindari ancaman.

This paper is based on two theories that emphasize the paradigm of how the role of education for development. The first is the paradigm of human capital (human capital paradigm), which is influenced by classical economic theory, the Neo Liberal. This theory views and places human resources only as a factor of production. The second is the paradigm that is oriented towards human resource development with the direction of long-term goals, namely human growth paradigm. It is a paradigm that builds HR with an education system that not only relies on intellectual intelligence and psychomotor skills of HR (skills), such as on human capital paradigms but also on personal development that is moral, ethical and independent thanks to the subtlety of sense and silence of conscience conscience (Character).

There are several things why Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students are not interested in entrepreneurship after graduation, including not taking risks, fear of failure, lack of capital and preferring to work as employess in other people. As a result, individuals think that entrepreneurship is something that is difficult to do and is more fun to work for companies or other people. This study aims to determine the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of Makassar State Vocational High School 6 students to be able to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Data collection is done through questionnaires. For the determination of respondents in this study conducted randomly. While determining the sample size of the population using Slovin formula. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis using tables and Likert scales. The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial competency characteristics of the SMK Negeri Makassar students are in the positive category, seeing the total weight of the indicators is 7733 according to the interpretation of scores in Median-Quartiles III or 6000-8000.

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies on satisfaction and purchasing decisions for small and medium enterprises (UKM) 310 in Makassar. This research uses quantitative research. Quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The results of this study found that partially marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on buyer satisfaction, marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The indirect influence shows that marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through satisfaction.

Work motivation, training and job satisfaction towards Employee Work Achievement at Majauleng District Office in Wajo Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a survey research design model that uses correlational using a quantitative approach. Correlational research discusses explaining that there is no relationship or relationship between various variables based on the size of the coefficient in question. The population in this study were all employees at the Majauleng District Office in Wajo District as many as 72 employees. Sampling of this study was carried out using saturated samples or census techniques, namely all populations were made as samples. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that partially simultaneous, motivation, training and positive job satisfaction were significant and significant for employee work performance at Majauleng District Office, Wajo District.

Fertilizers are a strategic means of production and play an important role in increasing productivity and production of agricultural commodities. In an effort to protect and improve the ability of farmers to implement balanced fertilization, and improve food security, the government provides fertilizer subsidies with a target of small farmers and sets the highest retail price (HET) of subsidized fertilizer. The research objectives are: for management management in subsidized fertilizer supplies. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that the planning, organizing, and activity variables have a significant influence on management control. The t test results obtained the better the planning, organizing, and activities provided, the better the management control. Test F also obtained results that planning, organizing, and significant activities simultaneously to management control. While the coefficient of determination R2 indicates that the value is very strong.
