The Abstract: In the following article, we will present the results of practical and applied research related to the philosophical understanding of the concepts of memory formation by the example of studying the memory of a famous personality - an outstanding French thinker of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the "father of postmodernism", the author of more than 30 books, on the one hand, which caused several discussions and disputes, on the other hand, awarded Jean Baudrillard the second name of "the last prophet of Europe".

The purpose of the following scientific exploration is to apply the heuristic memory models data to the interpretation of the praxiological results; it is focused on interpreting the legacy of Jean Baudrillard's personality, his projects, contributions to the development of philosophy and science. We analyse the issues preserved in the living memory of experts for methodological value in education and self-education, in the practice of the skills acquiring, as well as relevant skills concerning the next generations. The gnoseological concept is aimed at verifying the results of the philosophical judgment of the memory phenomenon theoretical principles toward the practice of understanding the philosophy of J. Baudrillard and his memory heritage. In the following article, we represent the results of praxeological and epictemiological applied research concerning the memory concepts philosophical understanding following the example of studying the memory of a famous personality: a remarkable French thinker of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, the "father of postmodernism", the author of more than 30 books which, on the one hand, caused series of discussions and disputes, on the other hand, awarded Jean Baudrillard the second name of «the last prophet of Europe». According to the results of the scientific research, we shall scrutinize the role and influence of the environment and world memory "constructs" and history on the memory formation of an authentic person, his books and ideas, actions and effects of creativity, on the perception of memory content of an individual, as well as on where-with these data may be applied in present circumstances regarding an active approach to the philosophical and practical conclusion of methodologies and educational technologies relevant and encouraging in the 21st century. Regarding the postulate of the unity of theory and practice, we succeeded to produce a system of practical philosophical analysis in the narrative of semi-structured interviews experts, who are followers, successors, critics and independent researchers, i.e., the «Carrier data» of the philosophical, anthropological, psychological and socio-logical memory heritage of Jean Baudrillard.

Abstract Since humanity faces an era of new global threats, information challenges and cognitive construction and reconstruction, therefore knowledge of the phenomenon of memory in activity is aimed at educating the person in specific current historical circumstances, as a skilfull individual and creator. The purpose of the following scientific exploration is to represent a praxeological judgement of memory policy determinants and by means of application of the specific analytical tool, named «the Baudrillard’s analytical instru-ment». With the help of this philosophical instrument we regard current issues and trends of subject’s activity development, as well as its meanings and concepts within the most significant philosophical concepts and ideas. Thus, the determinants analysis of memory policy in socio-humanitarian knowledge in our scientific research involves a philosophical overview of the Baudrillard’s analytical instrument results, fur tremor, regarding the so-cial sciences and humanities results, as well as their interdisciplinary nature in under-standing the essential aspects of the memory.

Abstract Current trends determine the prerequisites of praxeological and epistemological understanding of sustainable social development vector, as well as relevant strate-gies for the educational improvement aimed at gaining relevant skills that allow one to achieve his goals and results. Since global world transformations correlated to overwhelming systemic crises and contradictions as well as the transition of humani-ty lead to a new course of civilizational development characterized by dynamic processes of digitization, the spread of hyperreality, the transition of human activity are merging within a virtual dimension. The purpose of the following scientific exploration is to apply the heuristic memory models knowledge to the interpretation of the praxeological results within methodological conceptualisation; it is directed at analyzing the heritage of Jean Baudrillard's personality, his projects, contributions to the development of philoso-phy and science; issues preserved in the living memory of experts for methodologi-cal value in education and self-education, in the practice of developing the skills, as well as relevant skills regarding the next generations. As a result of our scientific report, we shall consider the role and influence of the environment and the "constructs" of world memory and history on the formation of the memory of the personality, its works, achievements, and fruits of creativity, on the determination of the contents of the personality's memory, and also on how these data can be used in modern conditions for the activity approach.
