Introduction. At the end of the twentieth century, globalization of the economy took place: mass migration, introduction of innovations in transport and communication technologies, growth of international finance, etc. This led to critical tension in a variety of spheres: social, economic, political. The purpose of the paper is to study the features of the theories of the right state. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are modern theories, concepts, hypotheses. Comparative and anthropological analysis is used. The methodological and information basis of the work are scientific works, materials of periodicals, information resources. Results. It is proved that it was the globalization of the world economy significantly influenced the change of theoretical approaches to the definition of a rule of law. The development of legal pluralism in the system of Anglo-American law school is analyzed. The world trends in the complexity of realization of legal pluralism are determined: re-nationalization of the noosphere, changing domains of the right registration of migration and global trade. The peculiarities of the introduction of legal documents-donors and recipient states are considered. Globalization processes require a creative search of asymmetric bonds, which lead to the creation of a social phenomenon – the law. The policy of global legal pluralism shows the deep involvement of neo-liberal legal projects of all actors. Conclusion. The epistemological understanding of the analytical concept of legal pluralism is that any form of legal configuration affects or confuses statehood, regardless of whether this manifestation of cooperation, neglect, merger. The perception of global legal pluralism restored the meaning of the state in the present fragmented and dependent form in complex multiple social systems.

Purpose: This research aims to explore the psychological biases in the investment behavior of Pakistani investors, which refers to the natural inclination of investors towards specific financial products based on certain perceptions developed through information or news relating to the issuer of financial products Design/Methodology/Approach: A sample of twelve actively participating investors were selected in this research contacted through telephone in which the conversations were tape-recorded with the consent of the interviewee. It was then transcribed and coded into Ms. Word, or themes were developed. Findings: Thematic analysis was conducted over the responses received; the results suggest that due to lack of training, knowledge relating to an investment in financial products, the behavior of investors is highly biased; partly either because of their association in the form of employment with issuing authorities or because of the news or information floated relating to financial products of the various companies. Implications/Originality/Value: The study has many practical implications; the financial managers and consultants can design financial management behavior practical learning approach to reduce biases. Also, stock stockbrokers, investors identify such biases and reduce their impact. Furthermore, this study highlights the philosophical paradigm through ontological and epistemological understanding.

This paper focuses on the epistemological understanding of finding the science embedded within Shad darsana and Buddhist philosophy. The primary rationale of this study is to dig out the scientific notion that consists of Shad darsana and Buddhist philosophy. Shad darsana or six systems of Hindu philosophy considered as the orthodox/astika philosophy and accept the authority of Vedas, which included Nyaya, Vaisesika, Sankey, Yoga, Poorva Mimamsa and Uttar Mimamsa. Pratyaksa/Perception, Anuman/Inference, Upamana/Comparison, Sabda (word) or testimony are considered the achieving and transforming ways of valid knowledge of Shad darsana like modern science. Astanga yoga, introduced by seer Patanjali, is regarded as a pioneer scientific practice in the modern era for the connection of mind, body and soul; and is useful to control the COVID 19 pandemic. Buddhist philosophy is considered as the heterodox/nastic or materialist philosophy; that is, it does not believe in the authenticity of Veda. It is mainly based on four universal truths and ways of elimination of sin doing practical meditation way. Madhyama Pratipada, Pratityasamutpada, Nirvana, Ksanabhangavada and Anatmavada are scientific processes of achieving knowledge in Buddhist philosophy.

ResumoA docência universitária abrange a ação do professor no Ensino Superior e como em todo ofício, a profissão docente também possui saberes específicos. Na legislação brasileira há um silenciamento em discussões mais profundas que envolvem a formação na docência universitária, principalmente, questões basilares para a formação profissional dos professores: os conhecimentos didáticos e os saberes docentes. Este estudo consiste em uma breve revisão de literatura de pesquisas desenvolvidas no Brasil, nos últimos cinco anos, sobre a articulação da Docência Universitária com os saberes de experiência e da ação pedagógica. Esta investigação consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa. A partir das plataformas investigadas foram encontrados vinte trabalhos distribuídos em onze teses e nove dissertações, com predominância das pesquisas na área de Educação. Apesar do número incipiente de trabalhos analisados, foi identificada uma diversidade de estudos sobre os referidos saberes na Docência Universitária, que destacaram a influência das Histórias de vida e Experiências na prática pedagógica dos professores universitários, percebendo que a formação da profissionalidade ocorre por meio das mediações didáticas e dos saberes docentes. Além disso, algumas pesquisas mencionaram o silenciamento da legislação em relação à formação do professor do Ensino Superior e a necessidade de Políticas Públicas e institucionais capazes de promover um desenvolvimento profissional de qualidade na Universidade. É preciso continuar as pesquisas sobre a Docência Universitária, pois é um campo de estudo relativamente novo no Brasil e requer o entendimento epistemológico para promover ações efetivas na melhoria da qualidade da educação e da formação profissional. AbstractThe University Teaching includes the professor’s action in Higher Education and, as in any other profession, the teaching profession also has specific knowledge. In Brazilian law there is a silence in the deeper discussions that involve training in university teaching, mainly in basic issues for the professors professional training: didactic knowledge and teaching knowledge. This study consists of a brief literature review of researches developed in Brazil in the last five years about the articulation of University Teaching with the experiential knowledge and of pedagogical action. This investigation consists of a literature review with a qualitative approach. From the investigated platforms, 20 papers were found, distributed in eleven theses and nine dissertations, with a predominance of researches in the Education area. Despite the incipient number of studies analyzed, it was identified a diversity of studies referring to knowledge in University Teaching, highlighting the influence of Life Stories and Experiences in university professors’ pedagogical practice, recognizing that the professionalism formation occurs through didactic mediations and teaching knowledge. Besides that, some studies had mentioned the legislation silencing regarding the higher education professors’ training and the necessity of public and institutional policies capable of promoting a quality professional development at the University. It is necessary to continue the University Teaching research because it is a quite new field of study in Brazil and requires an epistemological understanding to promote effective actions to improve the quality of education and professional training. This paper sheds light on the shifting reality foreseen in the fourth Industrial Revolution (4th IR) era in which the blurring line between essences (physical, biological and digital) indeed complicates the truth to be pursued and this must be made apolitical and amoral. Maintaining the ultimate roles of Islamic university where the question of happiness, revivalism of Islamic intellectualism tradition and insan kamil mission become the main concerns, this paper is esteemed to refine the roles of Islamic university in its layers of practices resulted from the clear and sound Islamic epistemological understanding at optimizing the benefits and preventing the pitfalls of the 4th IR technological confluence that has been rooming into the higher learning education environment. The methodology of this qualitative study has focused on the analytical philosophy analysis (APA) research design where the critical interpretive synthesis was being conducted to generate data from randomly selected literature as the source of data. The findings are discussed in 4 key domains of roles of Islamic university which are restatement of philosophy of Islamic education, integrated curriculum design with pedagogy based on adab, strategized research activities and academic professionalism and leadership practices centring on principal virtues.
