Learning local languages (Java) for SMP student is not always a filed of study that is easily accepted and inderstood. Java language study material that is difficult for students to master one is writing with Java script. The things that make student difficult writing Java script is a form letter, distinguishing letters, and put the letter. Therefore, measures to overcome the difficulties of the student is to find a method of learning to write Java script quickly and easily. Mnemonic method is a strategy or techniques that are studied to help the performance of memory. Mnemonic methods has a wide variety of techniques. In the learning to write Java script, techniques that can be used is the technique of imajery visual and technical categories. The technique is a techniques based on the grouping of categories, where as the technique is of imajery visual is a technique to imagine other objects.

The Econometric Society was founded in December 1930. Invitations for a meeting to establish “an international society for the advancement of economic theory in its relation to statistics and mathematics” had been distributed by Irving Fisher, Ragnar Frisch, and Charles F. Roos, together with a draft constitution. In June 1930, the same instigators had sent a form letter to a list of thirty-one scholars from ten different countries to solicit advice on establishing an international association “to help in gradually converting economics into a genuine and recognized science.” The hitherto unpublished responses are set out in the paper. The impact of the solicited advice, not least from François Divisia and Joseph Schumpeter, on the formation of the Econometric Society is discussed in some detail.

This observational that have been use 1) Essay and 2) nontest (questionnaire, observation / questionnaire, interview, and discussion). This research is executed on PGSD UNNES'S college student year generation 2011. This observational result is on reading ability early reference from 55% have been increase becomes 82,5% and understanding listen presentations of 47,5% have been increase as 72,5%.
