The presented article reveals the content of the reflexive-prognostic component of the structural-content model of the military-professional identity of the cadets of the training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. In a brief summary, the relevance and current state of the problem of the formation of military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation as a whole is considered. In a schematic form, the developed structural-content model of the military-professional identity of cadets of training centers is shown, which, in addition to the considered reflexive-prognostic component, also includes value, motivational and cognitive components, their functions, goals and criteria. The analysis of the concepts of «reflection» and «forecasting» is carried out, with the clarification of the definitions of these terms, based on the specifics of the study related to the militarservice of cadets of training centers (conscripts). Three levels of the reflexive-prognostic component of the structural-content model of the military-professional identity of the cadets of the training center, demonstrating the development of this component among the military personnel, were determined: low, medium and high. The criteria for these levels are briefly disclosed. The significance of this component in the process of forming the military-professional identity of cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is determined.

This paper poses a concept for the modulation of a novel intervention method that might potentially address the problem of domestic violence all around the world. This paper postulates the technical version of the module device and would adhere to the state-of-the-art interpretation of the technology stacked. Using audio perceptive software modules and scientific calculations related to the extraction of various features, including MFCCs and frequency analysis, a deep learning interpretation has been devised out and would be put into effect soon. The device is theorized to function in all environment scenarios, provided a threshold barrier that might be solved using manipulation in the control panel of the device. This paper has been framed in order where: (1) Design Workflow: A discussion has been provided regarding the designing of the device and the workflow. (2) Modules: a description of all the software modules used to build the prototype. (3) Components: Description of all the hardware modules used in the system. (4) System Workflow: Description of the physical model and visualization of the total schematic form of the model and its underlying connections.

This paper will be consecrated to the problem of unemployment in Spain from the perspective of Systems Theory. But first I would like to emphasize, in a very schematic form, some of the possibilities and advantages of Systems Theory in Political Science. The purpose is only to suggest that the application of some theoretical and methodological principles of Systems Theory could contribute significantly to the development and efficiency of political systems. Let us say for the moment that the endevour requires to fulfill two main prerequisites: first to adopt the basic systemic principle which is to select the essential variablesfor any given piece of research within a polity; and second, to discover the ”system of values” that underlines this polity. To ignore these two fundamental prerequisites should be in principle theoretical and methodologically criticized as we hope to show when we study the unemployment problem in Spain. The application of the model could reduce unemployment from the current 17,1 % until some 12% in the period of 4 years.

The article presents the sociological and ethnological features (aspects) in the analysis of state ethnic politics. The possibilities of synthesis between sociological and ethnological methods in the process of analysis of state ethnic politics are determined. The relevance of the influence of sociological and ethnological aspects on the process of rational and prudent ethnic politics in the country in our time is analyzed. The definitions of sociology and ethnology and the sphere of their knowledge and scientific efficiency are given. Constructive derivatives during the synthesis of sociological and ethnological methods of cognition of society are found out. The work of foreign and Ukrainian scientists and researchers on state ethnic politics is considered. The historical process of the late nineteenth - twentieth centuries, which led humanity to the emergence of modern state-administrative issues and problems, is analyzed. The types of social structuring of societies and the social structure of modern Ukrainian society, which is considered to be the most acceptable and generally recognized, are defined as schemes. The ethnic structure of human society on the theory of ethnogenesis, proposed by LM Gumilev at the end of the twentieth century, and the author's vision of socio-ethnic structuring of societies in a schematic form are highlighted. The author presents a schematic view of one of the possible variants of the scientific vision of the ethno-social structuring of the societies of the world, including Ukrainian society. The logical definition of the important scientific term "nation" (nation) and the importance of universalizing the terminological and conceptual base in the analysis of national ethnic politics are presented. Conclusions have been made regarding the prospects for further development of public administration science.

Gaetano Cattaneo (1771-1841), founder of the Numismatic Cabinet of Brera, inherited in 1815 from Giuseppe Bossi the historiographical materials that the secretary of the Brera Academy had collected with the aim to create a work dedicated to the history of Lombard art. Cattaneo also devoted himself to the project of a History of the arts and artists of the Lombard school, which never came to light, although its preparation is largely documented by his correspondence with Italian and foreign scholars, such as Cicognara, De Lazara and Passavant. A trace of Cattaneo’s work survives in an unpublished manuscript, kept in the Biblioteca Ambrosiana. In a schematic form, the document reconstructs the history of architecture in Lombardy from the Middle Ages to the sixteenth century, though it was supposed to be continued until the early nineteenth century. The information provided by Cattaneo about the origins of the different “epoche”, in which he divides the developments of Lombard architecture, as to the distinctive structural and stylistic characteristics or as to the masters and their main works offer a very interesting insight into the Milanese historiographical consciousness in the time between French domination and Restoration. The essay considers in particular the judgment on the different phases of the Middle Ages, with particular regard to the profile of Longobard architecture and the origins of the Milan Cathedral. In this case both local debates and the work of Seroux D’Agincourt are fundamental for Cattaneo. Another significant theme is the judgment on the architecture of the sixteenth century in Lombardy, which re-evaluates Leonardo, resizes Bramante and, above all, censors the protagonists of the Borromean age, from Galeazzo Alessi to Francesco Maria Richino. In this respect, the internal debate at the Brera school of architecture and the historiographical positions of Carlo Bianconi and Giuseppe Bossi played an important role, other significant latest sources such as Francesco Antonio Albuzzi and Venanzio De Pagave. The essay reports the complete edition of Cattaneo’s text according to the Ambrosian copy, which was probably made by his collaborator Carlo Zardetti.

AbstractBusiness-as-usual is no more an option on the table for biodiversity conservation. Disruptive transformation at both policy and polity levels are pressing needs. The possibilities presented by the current wave of information and communication technology can act as travelators to meet the conservation targets. Here, we introduce twin concepts of biodiversity clock and conservation triangle that posit as convergence plane to seamlessly consolidate ongoing discrete efforts and convey real-time biodiversity information in a lucid schematic form. In its present form, the biodiversity clock depicts 12 ecological and 6 biophysical components. The universal consistency in clock-reading facilitates the biodiversity clock to be read and interpreted identically across the world. A ternary plot of the International Union of Conservation of Nature (IUCN) species conservation status is presented as the conservation triangle. Together, the biodiversity clock and the conservation triangle are invaluable in strategizing biodiversity conservation, post-2020. Leveraged smartly, they make possible pre-emptive intervention for biodiversity conservation.

Commercial advertising is currently created with an imaginative look. The elements are framed in verbal and nonverbal ways, and there is a structure of discourse where the message is hidden by the advertiser or copywriter. This article attempts to explore how advertisements uses verbal and nonverbal elements or signs, the relationships between these elements, and how these elements are interpreted. To understand the meaning and message of the advertisement, the elements will be analyzed with van Dijk’s concepts such as macrostructures (comprehension for complex information), superstructures (the schematic form that organizes the global meaning of a text), and microstructures (text grammars), and to understand signs especially nonverbal sign the hyper-semiotics theory will be used.

The main objective of this work is the analysis and description of the values of começar in european Portuguese, in order to explain the differences that can be observed in the various configurations in which it occurs, such as < x começar y >, < começar ADV >, < começar Prep INF>, < começar Prep SN>. We try to identify the principles that generate invariance, in spite of the multiple functions these configurations may be associated with. By doing this, we intend to explain the semantic and enunciative properties of this verb in order to describe and explain its different functions. Therefore, it is suggested that the grammatical constructions containing começar can be addressed using a theoretical-methodological support designated by “Schematic Form”. On this hypothesis, see among others Culioli (1990), Paillard (2000), Correia & Coutinho (2006). The “Schematic Form” represents an invariant structure and, at the same time, it shows the deformability originated by the relationship between the verb and its arguments, or among the arguments themselves. We believe that this hypothesis allows for a better understanding of the functioning of the sequences in which this verb occurs.
