The results of earth surface deformations monitoring are brought from data of the high-fidelity leveling. Her settling takes place under influence of natural and technogenic factors. Among natural factors a leading role playing presence in the geological cut a powerful layer of technogenic accumulations, turfs and at turf soils. Technogenic influence appears through the static pressure from building and facilities, vibration-dynamic pressure of transport, and anthropogenic changes of underwaters levels. Maximum of deformations absolute value are fixed on the Kovzhun Street. Key words: monitoring, endogenous processes, exogenous processes, deformation, leveling, settling.

SSP menyediakan beberapa aplikasi asas dalam membantu jururancang dan pembuat keputusan memantau serta menilai pelan perancangan yang diguna pakai. Kata kunci: Pemantauan Pelan Perancangan, Sistem Sokongan Perancangan (PSS), Maklumat Permohonan Kebenaran Merancang (MPKM) Planning monitoring mechanisms are important to ensure that each development objectives, policies, and targets are achieved by Local Authorities (LA). As such, planners can plan suitable policies, and evaluate policy effects before actions against the current scenario are taken. Planning Support System (PSS) is developed by using the Arcview GIS and Microsoft Access applications, by turning Planning Approval Application Information received by the LA as data source in providing useful basic indicators, in monitoring and evaluating plans beside information from other sources. Monitoring of chickpea pod-borer, Helicoverpa armigera (Hb.) and its acvities throughtout the year was studied by installing pheromone traps at Pulses Research Center, Ishurdi, Pabna during January 2004 to December 2006. Pod-borer moth catching in pheromone traps was started between 3rd weeks of January to 2nd weeks of February depending on the climatic conditions of the year. Catching of moths was increased gradually and reached its pesk in the month of April then gradually decreased and diminished to zero in the last week of July and ultimately remained zero upto December. Integrated Pest Management Programme against chickpea podborer should be initiated from mid-January to manage this pest population very effectively. Key words : Monitoring, Chickpea, Pest Management, Pod-borer and Catching of moths.DOI = 10.3329/bjsir.v43i3.1159Bangladesh J. Sci. Ind. Res. 43(3), 419-426, 2008
