ABSTRACT Use of the extract of Nim (Azadirachta indica) and propolis in isolated microrganims from dogs (Canis familiares) with otitis: The canine otitis is a important disease in the practical veterinary medicine; in this manner, the knowledge of the agent(s) and its profiles of susceptibility, in the intention of establishing a directed and efficient treatment and preventing the dissemination of multiresistant bacteria). 29 samples with  sterile swabs  had been collected,  proceeding from dogs of race, generus, age  that presented clinical signals of otitis, in the Hospital Veterinarian of the UFERSA and in the clinics of the City of Mossoró- RN in the period of August 2009 until June 2010. Isolated and identified, the microorganisms had been made the antibiogramas with conventional antibiotics and the alternative ways (Nim extract and propolis) here evaluated, through the technique of diffusion in Agar for the paper record. Considering the scarcity of referring data to the canine otitis to the treatment proceeding from natural resources in the Northeast region of the Country, this date present  the resulted research for alternative ways to the treatment of the otitis with extract of Nim (Azadirachta indica) and propolis.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, archivists in Uganda have been pursuing a number of projects to make previously inaccessible archival collections available for research. All of this work of archival rehabilitation makes it hard to see the longer history of control and curatorship in the management of Uganda’s public record. Uganda’s archives have, over the course of decades, been rearranged and pruned in response to changing political and intellectual demands. In the 1950s and 1960s British and Ugandan officials sought to shield the paper record from examination. This regime of access control deprived campaigners of inspiration and evidence. During the 1970s, with the ascendancy of Idi Amin’s government, archives were rendered into a national patrimony. Civil servants hastened to ensure that the record of their accomplishments was stored in safe custody. Since the late 1980s the government of Yoweri Museveni has disinvested the state from the legacies of the past. For the Museveni government the slow decay of the public record has allowed the foreclosing of divisive debates about history. Uganda’s political history has been episodic and interrupted, and every new regime has had to struggle anew to author a narrative about national self-becoming. That is why Uganda’s governments have taken such dramatically different positions on the management of historical knowledge. Opening or withholding archival materials is a way of editing the public record. It makes some kinds of information state secrets and renders other aspects of the past into a legacy, a source of inspiration and orientation.

Introduction: The purpose of intra-partum fetal monitoring is to identify early signs of developing hypoxia. Electronic fetal monitoring is performed using cardiotocograph, which is a paper record of the fetal heart rate (FHR) patterns plotted simultaneously in relation to uterine activity. In low resource settings umbilical cord artery blood gas analysis can provide important information about the fetuses exposed to intrapartum hypoxaemic events and can distinguish the infant at high risk for asphyxia and related sequelae. The aim of this study was to correlate intrapartum CTG findings with umbilical cord blood pH at birth in term pregnancies in labour and thus evaluate the success of CTG in predicting fetala cidosis during labour. Methods:The present study included 100 women with term singleton pregnancies in labour and with Category II according to NICHD 2008 Classification (Adapted by ACOG 2013). Umbilical cord arterial blood was taken immediately after birth, in a pre-heparinised syringe and sent to the laboratory for pH study to detect acidosis. Cord blood pH <7.2 was taken as acidosis and cord blood pH ≥7.2 was taken as normal Results: Among 100 patients, 78 had normal cord pH and 22 had abnormal cord pH(<7.20). On intrapartum CTG, maximum patients in our study group had variable decelerations, followed by decreased variability(<5bpm) and absent induced acceleration on fetal stimulation. Late decelerations and fetal bradycardia were observed to have most significant correlation with fetal acidosis. Conclusions: From the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that an abnormal CTG should be managed appropriately, without delay, in order to prevent acidosis in the neonate. The obstetrician should be more vigilant in cases of Cat II CTG tracings with bradycardia and late decelerations and monitor such labours closely.

Electronic signatures as a method of identification and safety of electronic records are dictated by the Information Technology Act 2000. Electronic signature is an electronic token that connects the company to the data record. It is intended to validate and authenticate electronic documents. Validation relates to the accreditation method of the content of the paper, and authorization relates to the accreditation method for the transmitter.. Registration method is performed using publicsignal encryption; the signatory utilizes its private key to produce a digital paper record. The purpose of the paper is to guarantee that its actual information remains untouched. Its diverse nature has facilitated the production, storage, distribution and recovery of information by a simple, quicker, precise and comfortable method without contemporary text-based rules and regulations. This has resulted the universe to go internet, leading in turn to greater technological reliance, to boost the use of mobile technology in everyday lives. Progressively company operations in cyber space are held out, including interaction, formal information and commercial activities. The situation from document to digital job has been transformed. The supply for an operating digital structure for signatures for both private as well as government sectors has increased quickly in recent years. This research examined the world normal digital signature systems in order to ensure optimal safety for electronic systems and examined its likely implementations in different fields. The writers have studied them thoroughly. The research is focused on the prospective of information technology and the total data on digital sign.

The centenary of the Ukrainian Revolution (1917―1921s) made relevant the interest to the developments and the personalities of that time, specifically, to the personality of the President of the ZUNR, Petrushevych, Yevhen. The newspaper «Ukrayinskyi Prapor» founded in 1919 in Vienna, throughout its existence, was considered as an official print organ of the Dictator (i.e., Y. Petrushevych). The Vienna period of this publication lasted from August 1919 to mid-November 1923. From the end of November 1923 till April 1932, the paper was published in the capital of the Weimar Republic, Berlin. It was the only newspaper of the Ukrainian emigration published for the longest time in interwar Germany. It was an example of a socio-political periodical. There collaborated outstanding editors and publicists. The pages of this paper record the history of the diplomatic struggle of the West Ukrainian foreign representatives for the liberation of the Eastern Galicia from the protectorate of Poland and the restoration of Ukrainian statehood. Its materials documented the course of the occupation of the Eastern Galicia by Poland and the process of «Polonization» of the Ukrainian population of that region. The article explores the Berlin period of existence of the magazine. Specifically, it studies the changes in the ideological line of the magazine, more specifically, its pro-Soviet editorial orientation because of the illusions about the transformation of the national policy of the Soviet rule in Ukraine, especially during the period of Ukrainization. Then the traditional headings of the magazine were joined by the publications with positive coverage of the flourishing Ukrainianization in Soviet Ukraine. The newspaper also actively reacted to the SVU (Union for Liberation of Ukraine) trial in Kharkiv, justifying the position of the Soviet authorities. The paper’s editorial staff were well-known figures of Ukrainian politics, science, and culture: Yu. Bachynsky, O. Hrytsai, A. Zhuk, M. Lozynsky, R. Perfetsky, and others. They provided a high level of editorial content with high-quality, multifaceted texts. We conclude that in terms of the editorial content and formal aspects, the newspaper «Ukrayinskyi Prapor» matched the standards of the European mainstream press of that time.

The way school Health and Physical Education (HPE) is conceptualized and taught will impact on its ability to provide equitable outcomes across gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion and social class. A focus on social justice in HPE is pertinent in times when these ideals are currently under threat from neoliberal globalization. This paper draws on data from the initial year of an international collaboration project called ‘Education for Equitable Health Outcomes – The Promise of School Health and Physical Education’ involving HPE and Physical Education Teacher Education researchers from Sweden, Norway and New Zealand. The data in this paper record the researchers’ presentations and discussions about issues of social justice and health as informed by school visits and interviews with HPE teachers in the three different countries. The analysis of the data is focused on what is addressed in the name of social justice in each of the three countries and how cross-cultural researchers of social justice in HPE interpret different contexts. In order to analyse the data, we draw on Michael Uljens’s concepts of non-affirmative and non-hierarchical education. The findings suggest that researching social justice and health (in)equality across different countries offers both opportunities and challenges when it comes to understanding the enactment of social justice in school and HPE practices. We conclude by drawing on Uljens to assert that the quest for social justice in HPE should focus on further problematizing affirmative and hierarchical educational practices since social justice teaching strategies are enabled and constrained by the contexts in which they are practised.

The National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research (NIWA) Invertebrate Collection is a Nationally Significant Collection consisting of around 300,000 marine invertebrate specimen jars housed at the NIWA Greta Point campus in Wellington, New Zealand. Our collection holdings include samples from New Zealand, Antarctic and Pacific waters and represent over 70 years of collecting and is still growing. We estimate approximately 40% of our collections are registered and digitally accessible (about 127,000 records since digital registering began in 2004), with most of our unregistered material being historical collections. We are the repository for several important historical collections, one of the largest being the former New Zealand Oceanographic Institute (NZOI) collection, a taxonomically diverse and a geographically wide-ranging collection which occurred from the 1950’s to the early 1990’s. Associated specimen information such as station data and taxonomic identification for these historical collections are managed by NIWA staff and are in the form of Microsoft Excel and Access spreadsheets, NIWA and NZOI Biodiversity Memoirs, and online via the NIWA cruise and station database. These data are manually collated and registered into our Specify collections software specimen database which offers a unified and comprehensive data repository for our historical specimens, therefore greatly improving data accessibility. To expedite the availability of data and improve access to specimens for our users we are focusing on the registration of both important historical and taxonomic collections, and streamlining the registration of specimens in the field onboard NIWA's research vessel Tangaroa. Our field registration and curation techniques have been fine-tuned over the years and now we are capturing data directly into a shipboard copy of Specify in the sorting lab on the ship, printing labels with a thermal printer, and importing data back to our home version following the end of the voyage using Specify's Workbench feature. This process reduces the time spent double-handling specimens and entering data off paper record sheets and allows the capture of data directly into our database immediately after collection and sorting onboard the ship.
