The gradual suspension of the institutions of the Republic of Serbia in the area of Kosovo and Metohija is the result of the dialogue that the representatives of the Albanian national minority are having with the Serbian political leadership. The first agreement, signed in 2013, formally and legally calls into question the survival and functioning of a number of institutions that function in accordance with the legislation of the RS and are of vital importance for the security of the local population. As an important part of the institutional arrangement and organization of the protection and rescue system, civil protection units were formed within four municipalities in the north of Kosmet, as well as in other parts south of the river Ibar. The main task of the trained and trained general purpose units was to protect people, material and cultural goods and the environment from natural disasters and technical-technological accidents. However, a section of the international community, along with Albanian political leaders, views the unit as a "paramilitary organization" (despite their humanitarian character), demanding their immediate disbandment and involvement in Kosovo's provisional institutions. The aim of this paper is a systematic description and analysis of the current security situation in the southern Serbian province as well as the role of civil protection units in maintaining a stable security situation. The paper uses the method of content analysis of a number of relevant documents describing the attempt to include members of civil protection units in the work of Kosovo's provisional institutions.

Human language is a rich and complex part of human behaviour that can be studied in many ways. The author and his colleagues are developing an application that accepts simple texts as input and presents an animated display of characters acting out the text. It mimics the human visualization of texts, the so-called Theatre of the Mind. In so doing, they need an integrated theory of language; they can test such a theory for consistency and completeness because it is implemented in computable form. In practice, they may have the basis for a useful tool for developing literacy or second-language teaching. By entering expressions, learners can see what the expressions mean and so learn, in a constructive dialogue, some of the language-specific features that they need to master.

ABSTRACT Delusional parasitosis (DP), also known as Ekbom syndrome, is a rare, monosymptomatic psychosis where the person has an unshakable belief (i.e., delusion) of being infested with parasites. A detailed activity of the offending parasite like crawling, biting, burrowing is often given by the patients. It is commonly observed among patients over the age of 50. International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10th revision defines this disorder as “delusional disorder.” We are presenting a case report of a patient suffering from DP, who was successfully treated on atypical antipsychotic olanzapine, together with psychoeducation and counseling. Abscess is a collection of the pus in cavity and it is an acquired condition seen all over the body. The clini-cal features of abscess are swelling, pain, redness, tenderness, and local temperature. The aggravated Doshas vitiate the skin, blood, muscles, fat and bone tissue, become localised and produce a troublesome swelling - deep rooted, painful, slowly bulging called VIDRADHI. The abscess which is developed in peria-nal regions is called perianal abscess. Treatment of perianal abscesses requires prompt surgical drainage. However, there is no evidence that uncomplicated perianal abscesses can be safely treated only with drain-age. For this reason, it is important to identify the causative organisms in pre- post I&D Pratisarani-yakshara karma there-fore, we accessed the microbiological analysis of this patient. Here in this case the Ayurvedic management of Pratisaraniyakshara was applied post I and D considering it as a DustaVrana keeping in the mind to avoid the reoccurrence and complication.

Infective etiologies are the first differentials that come to the mind in clinical conditions presenting with diarrhea associated with encephalopathy. We report a case of a 21 year old lady diagnosed as acute infective gastroenteritis and treated for the same only to manifest itself later as encephalopathy leading to a diagnostic dilemma. The clinical manifestations had started from abdominal cramps, bloody diarrhea followed by altered sensorium. A detailed history later revealed the use of the roots of Abrus precatorius for the treatment of sub-fertility was the missing piece of the diagnostic puzzle. Only after confirmation of the herb did the temporal sequence of events seemed logical. The patient was successfully managed for toxic acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM). Abrus precatorius is a commonly used herb used in traditional medicinal practice in many cultures. Various aspects of its toxicity can mimic other more commonly encountered medical ailments.

The unfortunate loss or absence of an eye may be caused by a congenital defect, irreparable trauma, tumor, sympathetic ophthalmia, or the need for histologic confirmation of a suspected diagnosis. Early rehabilitation with suitable prosthesis is recommended to ease the mind of the afflicted. An ocular prosthesis is a maxillofacial prosthesis that artificially replaces an eye missing as a result of trauma, surgery, or congenital absence. A custom ocular prosthesis has advantage of close adaptation to the tissue bed, provides maximum comfort and restores full physiological function to the accessory organs of the eye.
