ABSTRACTPharmacy services was one of the supporting activities of health services quality. Majority, the hospitals in Indonesia had not performed Pharmaceutical Care activities in accordance with the Standard of Pharmaceutical Care in Hospital stipulated in regulation of the Minister of Health Republic of Indonesia No. 72 year 2016. The lack of cooperation and communication between pharmacists, nurses and other health workers can cause differences in perception. This studied aims to know the opinions and expectations of nurse to the role of pharmacist in pharmaceutical care at Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research was a quantitative descriptive study and data collection tool used was a questionnaire about the opinions and expectations given to 140 nurses. The results showed that perception of nurses tend to agree with an average value of 93,81% for the opinion and for the expectation of 98,16%. The conclusion that the nurse had good opinions and expectation to the role of pharmacists in accordance with Pharmaceutical Care Standards.Key words : Pharmaceutical Care, Nurse Perception, Pharmacists.ABSTRAK Pelayanan farmasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Sebagian besar Rumah Sakit di Indonesia belum melakukan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 72 Tahun 2016. Kurangnya kerjasama dan komunikasi antara apoteker, perawat dan tenaga kesehatan lain dapat menyebabkan perbedaan persepsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat dan harapan perawat terhadap peran apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit Robert Wolter Mongisidi Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tentang pendapat dan harapan yang diberikan kepada 140 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  persepsi perawat cenderung setuju dengan nilai rata-rata untuk pendapat sebesar 93,81% dan untuk harapan sebesar 98,16%. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa perawat memiliki pendapat dan harapan yang baik terhadap peran apoteker sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Kata kunci : Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Persepsi Perawat, Apoteker.

ABSTRACTServices in the health sector are one of the services that are needed by the community, one of them is service in the field of pharmacy. The therapeutic process of a patient needs collaboration between the pharmacist, physician and other health workers. In some hospitals in Indonesia, they have not implementing all pharmaceutical care activities as regulated in Permenkes No. 72 of 2016. This studied aims to know the opinions and expectations of physician to the role of pharmacist in pharmaceutical care. This research was a quantitative descriptive study and data collection tool used was a questionnaire about the opinions and expectations given to 63 physician. Based on the research results obtained, it was known that the perception of physician tend to agree with an average value of 94,55% for the opinion and for the expectation of 91,78%. Pada beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia belum melakukan seluruh kegiatan pelayanan farmasi sebagaimana yang sudah di atur dalam Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat dan harapan dokter terhadap peran apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner tentang pendapat dan harapan yang diberikan kepada 63 dokter. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa  persepsi dokter cenderung setuju dengan nilai rata-rata untuk pendapat sebesar 94,55% dan untuk harapan sebesar 91,78%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dokter memiliki pendapat dan harapan yang baik terhadap peran apoteker sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian. Kata kunci : Pelayanan Kefarmasian, Persepsi Dokter, Apoteker.

The objective of this study was to identify vulnerability to tuberculosis (TB) related to knowledge about the disease among 76 nursing students and professionals. A quantitative descriptive study was conducted using a closed questionnaire for the collection of data regarding transmission, preventive and biosafety measures, diagnosis, and prejudice regarding the disease. The SAS software version 9.1.3 was used for data analysis, with the level of significance set at 5% (p < 0.05). Nursing students and professionals showed a vulnerability to TB related to knowledge about transmission, preventive and biosafety measures, and diagnosis of the disease. With respect to transmission, vulnerability was higher among nursing professionals. The results indicate the need for investment by healthcare institutions surrounding this topic in view of the important role of nursing in the establishment of strategies for prevention and control of the disease.

This study aims to determine: the effect of the role of the commissioners, to the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, the influence of the role of the commissioners and the implementation of the principles of corporate governance either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya. The method used a quantitative descriptive study population is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya, sampling using purposive sampling technique, with analysis tools using path analysis. The results showed that: the role of the board of commissioners, the implementation of the principles of corporate governance and bank performance generally categorized as good; the role of commissioner to the application of the principles of good corporate governance positively and significantly; and, the role of the commissioner and the application of the principles of good corporate governance partially and simultaneously on the performance of positive and significant influence.

Purpose of the study: This study is to understand the shifting trends in traveling after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was also conducted to determine tourist behavior by identifying the typology of tourists and tourists' traveling motivation after the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data were collected from an online questionnaire (Google Form) contains statements that are rated on a 5-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, i.e. distribution of frequency, percentage, and average value. The research time was during March-April 2020. The sample was 100 Indonesian respondents, and all data were valid to be analyzed in the study. Main Findings: Millenial tourists were dominated in this study. The results show that tourists' typology tends to the explorer type, and the second position refers to the drifter type. Meanwhile, the motivation was dominated by physical or physiological motivation and followed by interpersonal motivation. Therefore, natural destinations are the primary choice in the respondent's travel plans. Applications of this study: This result may be used as a reference for destination managers in formulating management strategies and destination development after the pandemic period. The tourism industry may also use the findings of this study to plan tourism activities and develop policies in the new normal era. Novelty / Originality of this study: This research is original, and this is the first study that identifying the shifting trends in traveling after Covid-19 pandemic.

Latar Belakang: Pencapaian akseptor Kb Aktif di Banjarmasin Selatan berjumlah 7.835 orang (119,4%) yaitu dari Puskesmas Pekauman 6.498 orang (57,2%), Puskesmas Kelayan Timur 500 orang (9,8%), Puskesmas Pemurus Baru 379 orang (7,4%), Puskesmas Pemurus Dalam 133 orang (4,6%), Puskesmas Kelayan Dalam 196 (32,7%), dan Puskesmas Beruntung Raya 129 orang (7,7%). Dari data tersebut bahwa di Banjarmasin Selatan memiliki 6 Puskesmas dan Puskesmas yang memiliki akseptor Kb Aktif terbanyak adalah Puskesmas Pekauman. Akseptor KB Aktif yang menggunakan Kondom sebanyak 12 orang (0,089%), suntik sebanyak 819 orang (6,06%), dan pil sebanyak 1098 orang (8,15%). Kebanyakan Aseptor KB tidak mengetahui apa itu kontasepsi jangka panjang, mereka hanya tau kontrasepsi pil, suntik, impant dan IUD tetapi tidak bisa membedakan mana untuk jangka panjang serta keamannanya bagi akseptor KB.Tujuan: Mengetahui pengetahuan akseptor KB tentang penggunaan kontrasepsi jangka panjang di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekauman.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriftif untuk mengetahui penegtahuan akseptor KB tentang kontrasepsi jangka panjang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Acidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden.Hasil: Dari 30 responden sebanyak 60% pengetahuan aksepor baik tentang kontrasepsi jangka panjang, sedangkan 40 % pengetahuan aksepor cukup tentang kontrasepsi jangka panjang.Simpulan: Peranan tenaga kesehatan dalam melakukan penyuluhan tentang alat kontrasesi jangka panjang harus dilakukan dengan maksimal mengingat akseptor kb yang berbeda-beda latarbelakang pengetahuan dan pendidikannya, sehingga capaian pengguna MKJP dapat terpenuhi.Kata Kunci: Akseptor, Kontrasepsi, KB, PengetahuanAbstract Background: Achievement of active Kb acceptors in South Banjarmasin amounted to 7,835 people (119.4%), namely from the Pekauman Health Center 6,498 people (57.2%), the East Kelayan Health Center 500 people (9.8%), the Health Center Pemurus Baru 379 people ( 7.4%), Health Center Pemurus Dalam 133 people (4.6%), Health Center Kelayan Dalam 196 (32.7%), and Health Center Beruntung Raya 129 people (7.7%). Most contraception acceptors do not know what long-term contraception is, they only know the contraceptive pill, injection, impant and IUD but cannot distinguish which for the long term and its safety for family planning acceptors.Objective: Knowing the knowledge of family planning acceptors about contraceptive use in the work area of the Health center Pekauman.Method: This research is a descriptive study to study the knowledge of family planning acceptors about long-term contraception. The sampling technique is accidental sampling with a total sample of 30 respondents.Results:Of the 30 respondents, 60% of acceptor knowledge is good about long-term contraception, while 40% of acceptor knowledge is enough about long-term contraception.Conclusion: The role of health workers in conducting counseling about long-term contraction tools must be carried out with a maximum ofacceptors who have different background knowledge and education, so that the achievements of MKJP users can be fulfilled. Keywords: Acceptor, Contraception, KB, Knowledge

RESUMO Qual o papel da interprofissionalidade no cuidado da pessoa idosa? Partindo desse questionamento, o objetivo deste artigo é descrever e discutir as funções desempenhadas pelo trabalho interprofissional em saúde para o cuidado do público idoso. Para tal, foram descritas e interpretadas experiências vivenciadas por um grupo de estudantes da disciplina de Saúde da Família I, do curso de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Tocantins, Câmpus Palmas-TO. Na metodologia foi utilizado um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência a partir das aulas práticas realizadas no Parque Municipal da Pessoa Idosa Francisco Xavier do município de Palmas. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de aprimoramento da interprofisionalidade nas equipes de saúde pelos seguintes motivos: a existência de especificidades para o cuidado do idoso dependentes da atuação interprofissional; a melhoria da humanização na saúde ser potencializada pelo trabalho integrado, assim como o papel formativo e socializador da interdisciplinaridade para se garantir a autonomia e qualidade de vida na terceira idade. O trabalho permitiu ainda a reflexão sobre a formação dos profissionais de saúde, sendo importante por ressaltar necessidade de capacitação dos servidores da saúde para a execução eficaz dos princípios defendidos pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Based on this questioning, the purpose of this article is to describe and discuss the functions performed by interprofessional work in health care for the elderly public. For that, experiences were experienced and interpreted by a group of students of the discipline of Family Health I, of the Medicine course of the Federal University of Tocantins, Palmas-TO campus. In the methodology was used a descriptive study of the type of experience report from the practical classes held in the Municipal Park of the Elderly Francisco Xavier of the municipality of Palmas. The results point to the need to improve interprofisionality in health teams for the following reasons: the existence of specifics for the care of the elderly dependent on interprofessional work; the improvement of humanization in health will be enhanced by integrated work, as well as the formative and socializing role of interdisciplinarity to guarantee autonomy and quality of life in the elderly. The work also allowed for reflection on the training of health professionals, and it is important to emphasize the need for training of health workers for the effective execution of the principles defended by the Unified Health System (SUS). Objective: the present study was aimed to evaluate the role of pharmaceutical services in improving the outcome of mineral bone disorder in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease. Methodology: One hundred and twenty patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral bone disorder (CKD-MBD) screened for eligibility, seventy-six patients enrolled in the study and randomly allocated into two groups: pharmaceutical care and usual care, both groups interviewed by the pharmacist using specific questionnaire for assessing the quality of life (QoL). All the drug related problems (DRPs) including drug-drug interactions (DDIs) were recorded by the pharmacist. Blood samples were collected and utilized for analyzing the levels of vitamin D, phosphorous, calcium, albumin and parathyroid hormone at baseline and three months after. The pharmaceutical care group received all the educations about their medications and how to minimize DRPs; improve the QoL. Additionally, the pharmaceutical intervention included correcting the biochemical parameters. Results: Pharmaceutical care significantly improved patients QoL and minimized DRPs and DDIs. It was also effective in improving the biochemical parameters. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical care has a positive impact on improving the outcome of patients with CKD-MBD through attenuating DRPs, improving the biochemical parameters and the QoL.

The results in this study are COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has a pretty bad impact on the capital market, where the occurrence of this pandemic has affected many investors in making investment actions that are very influential on the Stock Market.

Abstract Background Pakistan is among a number of countries facing protracted challenges in addressing maternal mortality with a concomitant weak healthcare system complexed with inequities. Sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) self-care interventions offer the best solution for improving access to quality healthcare services with efficiency and economy. This manuscript documents country experience in introducing and scaling up two selected SRHR self-care interventions. A prospective qualitative study design was used and a semi-structured questionnaire was shared with identified SRHR private sector partners selected through convenience and purposive sampling. The two interventions include the use of misoprostol for postpartum hemorrhage and the use of subcutaneous depomedroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) as injectable contraceptive method. Data collection was done through emails and telephone follow-up calls. Results Nine of the 13 partners consulted for the study responded. The two selected self-care interventions are mainly supported by private sector partners (national and international nongovernmental organizations) having national or subnational existence. Their mandates include all relevant areas, such as policy advocacy, field implementation, trainings, supervision and monitoring. A majority of partners reported experience related to the use of misoprostol; it was introduced more than a decade ago, is registered and is procured by both public and private sectors. Subcutaneous DMPA is a new intervention, having been introduced only recently, and commodity availability remains a challenge. It is being delivered through health workers/providers and is not promoted as a self-administered contraceptive. Community engagement and awareness raising is reported as an essential element of successful field implementation; however, no beneficiary data was collected for the study. Training approaches differ considerably, are standalone or integrated with SRHR topics and their duration varies between 1 and 5 days, covering a range of cadres. Conclusion Pubic sector ownership and patronage is essential for introducing and scaling up self-care interventions as a measure to support the healthcare system in delivering quality sexual and reproductive health services. Supervision, monitoring and reporting are areas requiring further support, as well as the leadership and governance role of the public sector. Standardization of trainings, community awareness, supervision, monitoring and reporting are required together with integration of self-care in routine capacity building activities (pre- and in-service) on sexual and reproductive health in the country.
