Данная статья посвящена проблеме современной системы образования, связанная с востребованностью выпускника программы бакалавриата, актуальностью полученных им знаний и его профессиональной деятельностью в современных условиях. В настоящий момент необходимо выработать и внедрить такие приемы и методы обучения в вузе, которые были бы нацелены на активизацию творческого потенциала студента, его желания обучаться. На основе новых информационных и педагогических технологий стало возможным совершенствовать методы обучения. Современная система образования позволяет формировать необходимые компетенции с применением дистанционных технологий, популярность которых за последние годы существенно возросла. Современная система обучения ориентируется на компетентностный подход, который означает, что в процессе обучения ставится цель сформировать у студентов набор компетенций, позволяющих ему легче самореализоваться в современном обществе. The article discusses the main problem of the modern education system that is related to the demand for Bachelor Degree Program graduates, relevance of their knowledge and their professional activity in current conditions. Contemporary education system is in need of such learning methods and techniques that will activate the creative potential and learning motivation of students. New information and educational technologies have enabled the improvement of the teaching methods. Modern education system allows to form the required competencies with the application of distant technologies which are becoming more and more popular now. The modern system of education is competencybased, which means that the process of training is aimed at the formation of a set of competencies that will simplify the students to fulfill their potential in the modern society.

The study of education systems as social phenomena has led scholars to question the role of education in modern society. The question of how to improve education naturally leads to concerns about what is wrong with the present education system. If education is meant to elevate the next generation, how can it meet the goal of ensuring a meaningful existence for those being educated? Scholars have demonstrated that education has been reduced to a process of the construction of objects, where curriculum as techne commodifies students into products with market value. We propose that the tendency of interpreting techne as technology is a perspective of the modern age, and the rules of modern education are based on the rules of modern technology, under the guidance of the paradigm of productivity. We will introduce a broader interpretation of techne which frames it as the cultivation of virtue, i.e., virtue-techne. On this basis, education could be viewed as techne in the sense of praxis (practice, exercise), rather than as fabrication in the sense of production. We highlight the rising rate of student suicides in Taiwan in recent years, where we determine the education system lacks a focus on praxis. This article investigates alternative praxis-oriented notions of education, from Aristotle's cultivation of virtue to Hadot's "spiritual exercises," to advocate for a shift away from the production paradigm. Indebted to Heidegger, we clarify his "techne as revealing" by emphasizing two frameworks for education: The first, modern education being valued by its adherence to metrics based in the paradigm of production. The second, education as a process wherein its value is derived from the life context of the participating individual. Finally, as a comparative study, we explore the current state of education in Russia and Taiwan, and present the case of one high school in Taiwan which has adopted the practice of spiritual exercises in its curriculum, including a required hike to the peak of Taiwan's tallest mountain, to cultivate a sense of (and value for) the liberated life before its students graduate.

Efficiency of professional activity depends on optimal compliance of the subject of activity with social demands, norms, conditions.

Use of means related to information and communication technologies (ICT) in continuous education system promotes a training of future informatics teacher owning skills of ICT means use in his professional activity, capable to make effective decisions in dynamically changing working conditions. In connection with this it is possible to predict that in continuous education more and more important part will be assigned to self-training and selfeducation. Furthermore, in continuous education system formation an important role is played by formation of corresponding information and communication educational environment (ICEE). In this aspect the problem of future informatics teacher training to professional activity in the new ICEE is considered in the paper.

Modern society changes daily under the influence of various factors. This inevitable process of development entails changes in all spheres of human activity, including education, which is the most important today, since it provides competitive specialists for the labor market and employment. In modern realities, a specialist must have not only fundamental knowledge, but also the skills and skills to apply them, as well as a wide range of additional qualities necessary for him in his professional activity, such as: the ability to self-development and self-education, the ability to master new information technologies, communication skills, be included in the process of mastering new trends in the field of their professional interests, and a number of others. A teacher is a specialist in the field of education who teaches and educates the younger generation. They must have all the above qualities, knowledge, skills and abilities in at least five subject areas (subject, methodology, pedagogy, psychology, information technology) and successfully combine all these to solve their professional tasks. The system of training a future teacher is quite a complex process due to its multitasking, but today an important aspect in this system is the information educational environment. The article describes the method of training a computer science teacher using this environment. The developed method was tested at the Department of Computational Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Informatics of Moscow Region State University and consists in creating special conditions that allow for joint information activities and interaction using various distributed information resources.

The article shows the influence of the global crisis on the content and mode of existence of contemporary education. This is not about tracking various effects of impact, and a new request that brings the world to the global education system. Integrative content of crisis is defined through the "battle" of values ​​and interests in the contemporary socio-cultural space, resulting the primacy of the interests and the destruction values ​​factor. An expression of this was the expansion of interest in  the sphere of the proper. In order to detect this vulnerability replacement analyzed the classic principles of real politics. Substantiates the thesis that in "depreciation values" in modern education there is a new fundamental vocation. It is playing a valuable part of life and ensuring the proper effect and space in contemporary culture.

The medical education system in India is one of the largest in the world and it is currently facing challenges for quality education. Medical education has changed considerably and will continue to do so with the various scientific advances and societal needs. The previous medical education system in India was based on a subject-centered and time-based curriculum. The new Competency-based medical education (CBME) was introduced to tackle these concerns. The education has now transitioned from teacher-centered to learner-centered. The teachers would also have to face the challenge of altering their attitude and teaching approach. New methods have to be adopted to keep up with the changed curriculum but traditions should not be abandoned entirely. By embracing the modern methods like the flipped classroom, blended learning, interactive teaching, etc. and incorporating it with the traditional teaching methods i.e. chalk and board, the goal of a Competent Indian Medical Graduate can be achieved.

The article examines one of the features of the development of modern society is the process of informatization, which has now acquired a global character. It has been proven that under the influence of informatization, changes are currently taking place in all spheres of life. One of the elements of informatization are new information technologies, the use of which allows finding new approaches to solving various problems. The consequence of the general informatization of society is the informatization of education, one of the forms of which is distance learning. Distance education technology is an element of distance education. However, along with the intensive introduction of new educational technologies into the educational process, the question arises: how effective is the distance learning system?

Актуальность статьи обусловлена изменением современной системы российского образования, как гражданских, так и военных вузов, в связи с чем, появляются не только новые возможности, но и некоторые затруднения, с которыми сталкиваются все участники образовательных отношений. К основным возможностям можно отнести решение проблем доступности образования, расширение возможности выбора формы обучения, разнообразие инструментов передачи учебного знания. Но, в тоже время, одними из существующих сложностей системы образования, на наш взгляд, являются проблемы социализации обучающихся и формирование у них навыков социального взаимодействия. Целью публикации стало изучение навыков социального взаимодействия у курсантов. В статье раскрывается значение понятия «социальное взаимодействие», анализируются навыки социального взаимодействия у курсантов 1 курса. Результаты исследования подтвердили необходимость обеспечения специальной работы и внедрение в практику специально разработанной программы по формированию навыков социального взаимодействия курсантов. The relevance of the article is due to the change in the modern system of Russian education, both civil and military universities, in which new opportunities and some difficulties arise that all participants in educational relations face. The main possibilities of modern education are solving the problems of education accessibility, expanding the choice of the form of education. The existing difficulties of the education system, in our opinion, are the problems of socialization of students and the formation of their skills of social interaction. The purpose of the publication was to study the skills of social interaction of cadets. The article reveals the meaning of the concept of "social interaction", analyzes the skills of social interaction of 1st year cadets. The results of the study confirmed the need for special work and the introduction into practice of a specially developed program for the formation of social interaction skills among cadets.
