We introduce the notion of the reduct of soft contexts, which is a special notion of a consistent set for soft contexts. Then, we study its properties and show that this notion is well explained by the two classes, 1 0 and 2 0 , of independent attributes. In particular, we describe in detail how to extract a reduct from a given consistent set. Then, based on this extraction process, we propose a six-step method for constructing a reduct from a given consistent set. Additionally, to apply this method to formal contexts, we examine the relationship between the reducts of a given formal context and the reducts of the associated soft context. We finally illustrate the process of obtaining reducts in a formal context using this relationship and the six-step method using an example.

In this paper, we first define soft u-open sets and soft s-open as two new classes of soft sets on soft bitopological spaces. We show that the class of soft p-open sets lies strictly between these classes, and we give several sufficient conditions for the equivalence between soft p-open sets and each of the soft u-open sets and soft s-open sets, respectively. In addition to these, we introduce the soft u-ω-open, soft p-ω-open, and soft s-ω-open sets as three new classes of soft sets in soft bitopological spaces, which contain soft u-open sets, soft p-open sets, and soft s-open sets, respectively. Via soft u-open sets, we define two notions of Lindelöfeness in SBTSs. We discuss the relationship between these two notions, and we characterize them via other types of soft sets. We define several types of soft local countability in soft bitopological spaces. We discuss relationships between them, and via some of them, we give two results related to the discrete soft topological space. According to our new concepts, the study deals with the correspondence between soft bitopological spaces and their generated bitopological spaces.

<p>The present study was aimed to examine the relationship between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence with marital satisfaction in male and female teachers in Ahvaz from 2014 to 2015. Hence, 350 teachers were selected using random-stratified sampling method. Research tools were Spriters' psychological empowerment questionnaire (1995), Badie's et al. spiritual intelligence questionnaire (2010), Enrich's marital satisfaction questionnaire (1997); in order to do analysis, a Pearson Correlation Coefficient method and a regression method was used. Results showed that there is a relationship between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence with marital satisfaction in male and female teachers in Ahvaz. The results obtained from multi-fold regression analysis, using step-by-step method, showed that effectiveness, spiritual intelligence, and significance are able to predict marital satisfaction significantly. In addition, psychological empowerment has a closer relationship with spiritual intelligence, and spiritual intelligence has a closer relationship with marital satisfaction. </p>

The priority task of modern biotechnology is development of the rational technologies for the microbial synthesis of practically important products. Among these products, a significant place belongs to surfactants (biosurfactants), which are widely used in many sectors of the economy. The most problematic stage of the biosurfactants production is isolation from the post fermentative cultural liquid of bacteria-producers. Improving the efficiency of the biosurfactants production is highly dependent on rational approaches to the target products isolation. In this regard, there is an increasing need for rational, scientifically substantiated methods for their isolation and purification. Therefore, the aim of the presented work was to determine the optimal extractants for the isolation of rhamnolipid surfactants – metabolites of bacteria of Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 strain. For this purpose, the extraction process of rhamnolipids from the post fermentative cultural liquid supernatant has been investigated. The optimal extractants were selected among 13 organic solvents of different nature. Processing of the obtained experimental data by the method of multi-parameter equations of linearity of free energies (modified Koppel-Palm equation) made it possible to establish the relationship between the physicochemical properties of the extractants and amounts of the biosurfactants which were isolated from cultural liquid supernatant. It was shown that the data on the rhamnolipids extraction are adequately associated with the physicochemical characteristics of the solvents using a six-parameter linear equation. It was determined that the polarizability and molar volume are the main properties of solvents that affect the extraction process. The best extractants for the rhamnolipids isolation from cultural liquid supernatant of the Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 strain are the ethers. It can be explained by the presence of a lone pair of the electrons of oxygen in its molecule. The obtained results of the study are of scientific interest for isolation of the important and perspective biotechnological products – surface-active substances.

We apply the classical theory of hyperrings to vague soft sets to derive the concepts of vague soft hyperrings, vague soft hyperideals, and vague soft hyperring homomorphism. The properties and structural characteristics of these concepts are also studied and discussed. Furthermore, the relationship between the concepts introduced here and the corresponding concepts in classical hyperring theory and soft hyperring theory is studied and investigated.

Teamwork skills have becoming an important asset that employees can bring into an organization. How to make employees work with other team members and make team effective is an important issue in business education. In order to make sense which factors in team management will help improve team performance, we try to design a test among students. In this paper, we focus on using 12-step method to help business students acquire their teamwork skills and improve their team performance in class, and propose and examine several hypotheses on the relationship between 12-step and their impact on team performance with a dataset collecting from university student teams. The results show that initial sharing, continuous sharing and feedbacks are positively associated with team performance, but expectation, equity and celebration are negatively associated with team performance. The findings provide some insights about how to apply different steps in different environments, and show that some measures and steps should be paid more attention in training in a firm or other organizations.

The fundamental processes underlying phase changes at electrode surfaces are often described in terms of the Kolmogoroff–Avrami theorem.Some aspects of the 'fine structure' of this theorem are considered. Particular attention is paid to the case of two-dimensional nucleation and growth under the influence of an applied electrode potential (equivalent to supersaturation). A probabilistic analysis is presented for circularly-symmetric nuclei which obviates the need for concepts such as 'overlap' between emergent nuclei. The concept of a 'collision front' is introduced which is defined as the line of contact along which neighbouring nuclei collide. It is shown that for instantaneous nucleation (potentiostatic double step method) the extended set of collision fronts constitutes a net composed of irregular convex polygons. The properties of this net are investigated in some detail. In particular, the extent of applicability of the Kolmogoroff–Avrami equation is delineated, the distribution of collisional polygons is calculated, and an approximate treatment for the variance of the surface coverage function is presented. The general approach exposes clearly the relationship between the single nucleus and the multinuclear situations.

This paper presents the rheological measurement of aluminium oxide (Al2O3) nanolubricant. The nanolubricant was prepared using the two-step method from dry Al2O3 nanoparticles and Capella D lubricant as base fluid. The dynamic viscosity of the Al2O3 nanolubricant at constant shear rate was measured at atmospheric pressure in the temperature range of 278 K to 323 K for pure based lubricant along with nanolubricant mass concentration of 1%, 2% and 4% with nanoparticle size of 10 nm, 20-30 nm and 80 nm. The measured data was analysed using the linear fit and exponential function fit. The result showed that at constant particle size and concentration, the dynamic viscosity reduces with increase in temperature while at constant temperature, the viscosity increased with nanoparticle concentration. The exponential function fit regression best describe the relationship between the viscosity and temperature when compared with the linear fit regression while the polynomial function fit best describe the relationship between the viscosity and mass concentration. Object (s): the present research has considered the relationship between beliefs, perceptions of pain with intensity of chronic pain disorder. Methods: these fire fighters of the city of 4 research is known as sectional study. In such a study, Tehran was selected by cluster sampling. Data from the questionnaires, chronic pain, pain beliefs and formed perceptions, coping strategies and perfectionism were collected. Data is analyzed by the step by step method which is called regression analyses method. Results: there was positive significant relation between beliefs in continuous pain in the future, belief in self-blame, belief in pain stability at the present, belief in mysterious pain with the intensity of chronic pain disorder as well as, according to the multiple variable of regression analyses, the results has been showed that, the contribution of each pre-variable, self-blame  continuous pain separately is as follow; Mysterious pain; as well as the various intensity of pain disorder was , pain stability  explained too. Conclusion: Regard with result of this study, it is essential to create self-adaptive belief in the patients who suffer from chronic pain, so if we use the treatment of self-adaptive cognition along with other treatments to reduce pain, it can have more benefit to control and reduce the chronic pain among the firemen who suffer from it.
