The customer’s participation is important to the survival of a brand community. By drawing on flow theory, this research identified the most important factors that motivate the customers’ participation intention than others in a social network-based brand community. Data were collected from the Sina micro-blog. This study adopted two different but complementary methods to analyse the conceptual model: Structure equation model (SEM) and fuzzy set qualitative analysis (fsQCA). Results support most of the research hypothesis. Specifically, the findings obtained from the fsQCA indicate that information quality and platform-interactivity are necessary conditions that encourage the customers’ participation in a brand community.

The purpose of this study is to explore the Instagram users’ behaviors since Instagram users are rapidly growing recently. This study is based on Bhattacherejee’s (2001) IS Continuance Model, and try to propose a behavioral scale for Instagram users. Then, providing a research model to explore the relationship between the reasons they used Instagram, attitude and future intention. There are two steps in this study; first, exploring the patters of Instagram users and building the behavioral scale. We take quantity methodology and in-depth interview since in-depth interview could help to find those constructs which are not found yet. Second, a survey was completed on university campus, and structure equation model method was applied in this study. Since majority of Instagram users are young generation, the study was aimed at college students. A university was selected for the participant, and stratified random sampling was adopted with two controlled variables (gender, and college). A total of 395 questionnaires were completed in the university. The findings indicated that the motivation of Instagram users were different from Facebook users. Based on the in-depth reviews, participants had two main reasons to addict with Instagram. One was for “interesting” and the other was for social bounds. For the theory based model, results showed mostly supporting the relationships. Results could also be applied for the related industries, for creating a marketing platform (e.g. Instagram) to promote new service or product. Nowadays, Instagram is newly virtual social media compare to Facebook, and the users’ behavioral patterns were different from them. Therefore, it is an essential issue should be focus for the society. Keywords: Social Network; IS Continuance Model; Instagram

This study aimed to empirically prove the influence of the number and education level of managers, supervisory boards, Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) and the attendance of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) members (owners) in annual member meeting towards on profitability (ROA and ROE), and social performance (zakat performance). The research sample was BMT in Semarang Regency selected by purposive sampling method with an observation period from 2013 to 2017. Data analysis used the Structure Equation Model with the WarpPLS tool. The results showed that the number and education level of managers did not influence financial performance. The education level of the supervisory board had a significant influence on financial and social performance. The number and the education level of SSB changed financial performance, but the education level of SSB did not affect social performance. The Attendance of BMT members at the annual member meeting did not have a significant influence on BMT's financial and social performance improvement. These results indicated the minimal role of members in evaluating BMT performance, both profitability and social performance.

Based on the research in the first year high school students in Jakarta Google+ social networking technologies application is ready and accept the Google+ social networking technology but not to the use of a continuous basis. Therefore there is need for the development of the research is to use the model Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). This study was conducted to evaluate the acceptance of the Google+ social network that has been done in the first phase of the study. Based on the results of the first phase of the research is still considered less acceptable social networking Google + as a learning medium high school students. The present study is expected to implement Google+ as a social network that can be used to accomplish more tasks. The method used for processing the data is to use the analysis technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study is the use of Google technology among high school students is strongly influenced by the condition of the supporting facilities for both girls and boys. If the environmental conditions and good supporting facilities, the interest of high school students to use technology Google+ will be even greater

Abstract Background: Rural migrants in China often experience serious residential segregation in destination cities, potentially resulting in limited access to public health education. However, the effect of residential segregation on public health education access remains unexplored. The present paper aims to address three issues. Does residential segregation have significant effects on access to public health education? If it does, what are its potential mechanisms accounting for? Additionally, are any heterogeneity effects differentiated by local duration, migration patterns, migration traits, and regional variations? Methods: The data from the 2014 National Migrants Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey and Logit regression are applied to explore the association between residential segregation and access to public health education. We further use multinomial treatment effects regression to address the endogenous issue. Several Logit models are also used to investigate potential mechanisms and heterogeneous effects. Results :The Logit estimations reveal that rural migrants in segregated neighborhoods are negatively related with lower prevalence of attendance (OR: 0.9200, 95% CI: 0.8500, 0.9958) and online participation of public health education (OR: 0.8709, 95% CI: 0.7893, 0.9609). The negative effects of residential segregation on access to public health education are also drawn in the multinomial treatment effects regressions (attendance model: coefficient: −4.3321, 95% CI: −8.6404, −0.0238; method model: coefficient: −1.6482; 95% CI: −2.6790, −0.6173). The mechanism analysis also demonstrates that residential segregation is negatively associated with the two potential transmission channels: social network formation (OR: 0.6630, 95% CI: 0.6098, 0.7209) and community participation (OR: 0.7880, 95% CI: 0.7106, 0.8737).Conclusion: Residential segregation produces a negative effect on public health education access. Social network and community participation may act as the transmission channel that links residential segregation and access to public health education. Additionally, the effects of residential segregation on public health education are differentiated across regional variations, local duration, migration patterns, and family migration.

Based on the 1235 cases of data collected in the survey of Suzhou, a structure equation model is developed to evaluate how gender-role interactions occur in two levels: attribute-activity and activity participation itself. The results show that those two kinds of interactions between two household heads do exist and strongly affect each other’s subsistence, maintenance and leisure activity participations. Household attributes and children’s age are found to have different effect on male and female heads. It indicates that one important reason for male and female differ in activity-travel behavior is that they receive different interactions in household from counterparts. As expected, those results show that different TDM policies should be made aiming at women and men. It will help to better reflect the behavioral responses of household heads to changes in demographic characteristics and to get a deeper understanding of gender difference in activity behavior in developing countries.
