Статья пFormulation of the problem. The article is dedicated to the problem of disclosure of key aspects of agribusiness strategy in the Komi Republic. The aim is to develop appropriate theoretical and practical recommendations for the formation of basic principles and to create necessary conditions for the strategic development of the agro-industrial complex of the region. The subject is the deployment of a scientific approach to solving key tasks and goals for stable development of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Research methods are scientific abstraction, complex-system approach, historical and logical method, analysis and synthesis, observations. The hypothesis consists of creation of a solid financial and production base for the region's agro-industrial complex - the formation of reliable and long-term sources of investment. The state of key indicators of economic activity of the agro-industrial complex is determined, and opportunities for improving the efficiency of production capacities are identified. Presentation of the main material. The agro-industrial complex as an intersectoral, multifunctional and multi-level organizational structure has not only internal, but also external incentives for development. Therefore, the effectiveness of the strategic development of the agro-industrial complex should have the following aspects: manageability, purposefulness, financial feasibility, integrity of organizational structures and technological development, functions of integration behavior, relations with the external environment (natural, financial, economic, environmental), living conditions of the population. The originality and practical significance consist of the recommendation of a comprehensive and systematic approach to solving the tasks set. Conclusions. the tasks of strategizing the agro-industrial complex of the region for the future should be based not only on the efficiency of the used production elements, but also on a competitive mechanism covering the entire production and market system. The prospects for further research are to conduct large-scale intersectoral financial, economic, and other adjustments in various macro, meso and microeconomic levels of the agroindustrial complex of the region

Formulation of the problem. A systematic approach to ensuring the competitiveness of the agroindustrial complex of the Komi Republic, embodying many of the key elements of its economic system, determines the prospects for socio-economic transformations. The purpose of the study is to develop the theoretical and practical foundations of the transition to a more intensive investment path of development of the agricultural sector in the region. The subject of the study is the application of a systematic approach, encompassing the strategic objectives of increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. Methods of economic research - modeling, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systems approach, historical and logical method, observation. The hypothesis of the study is that the solution of any problems in the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex must meet both internal production requirements and interindustry and inter-regional market settings. Statement of the main material. The basic starting points of theoretical and practical problems of forming the competitive potential of the agricultural sector of the region are identified. The originality and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the competitiveness of the agricultural sector should not be considered separately, but in the context of its effectiveness. Conclusions of the study are that competitiveness successfully coordinates production and market elements and makes them work quite efficiently. Therefore, they should not be considered as a result, but as a process and an effective method of monitoring the activities of the agro-industrial complex

Formulation of the problem. Effective management of the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex of the Komi Republic is a way to improve the main parameters of economic activity. The purpose of the study is to improve the mechanism for managing the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises. The subject is the deployment of a scientific approach to solving key tasks and goals for stable development of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Research methods. The paper uses analysis and synthesis, complex-system approach, scientific abstraction, historical and logical methods, methods of operations research, generalization, and observations. The hypothesis of the study is that progressive principles can improve the efficiency of managing the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex. Presentation of the main material. The focus is put on increasing financial resources and ensuring regular modernization of agricultural enterprises in the region, the formation of innovative marketing. The originality and practical significance lie in the correct combination of production and market areas, solution of their problems in a single context, but with different degrees of detail. Conclusions. The main conclusion is that the applied system-integrated approach to managing the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex requires a combination of multidimensional tasks.

Abstract. Purpose. The study is aimed at studying and justifying the need for the use of special tools of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex, through the use of implemented measures of national projects, in terms of their export component. Methods. In the course of the study, methods of observation, abstraction, analysis and synthesis were used. The methodological and conceptual foundations of state regulation of the agro – industrial complex through the use of special regulatory tools-strategic development measures (national projects) are presented. Results and practical significance. In the study presented by the author, on the example of the Sverdlovsk region, a scientific assessment of the implementation of national projects in terms of the development of the export component of the agro-industrial complex is given, the main risks of fulfilling strategic tasks are investigated, the author's idea of the qualitative characteristics of national projects in terms of the development of the export potential of the national agro-industrial complex is given. The prospects for the development of the export potential of the national agro-industrial complex, and the quality of implementation of strategic development objectives in the conditions of continuing restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic are evaluated. Scientific novelty of the research. The article presents the results of a study of the development of the system of state regulation of the agro-industrial complex in relation to special regulatory instruments in the context of the need to implement strategic development measures, including increasing the export potential of the national agro-industrial complex. The risks of implementing the relevant measures are analyzed on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The author's idea of the qualitative characteristics of the implementation of national projects, in relation to the export component of the agro-industrial complex, as a special regulatory tool is presented.

The relevance of the topic of the article - the issues of innovative development of agroindustrial complex of Kazakhstan, which provides large-scale production, require detailed study. The goal - is to consider the positive aspects of the best practices of foreign countries regarding this problem and develop practical recommendations. Methods - generalization, quantitative and qualitative analysis, abstract logical. Results - in order to apply high technologies in agricultural sector, economically developed countries use subsidy systems, price support (USA), government assistance in obtaining income per hectare and payments for livestock (EU countries), income support through payments (Canada) and concessional lending (Brazil). In addition to financial assistance, agricultural producers in the USA, Canada and other countries are provided with information, legal, innovation, marketing, insurance and other types of support. Conclusions - innovative processes, expansion of the competitive environment in the AIC presuppose the effective use of scientific and technical potential, integration of science, education and production, technological modernization of the economy based on progressive methods. Innovation is reflected in the implementation of the strategic objectives of ensuring food security and effective regulation of the domestic food market in order to stimulate labor productivity in agriculture, increase export potential of agricultural sector. It is necessary to combine innovative activity in domestic agro-industrial production with international practice, which will increase production capacity of agrarian sector of the republic. The development trends of the world market convincingly show that there can be no other way in Kazakhstan than the formation of a new type of economy, widespread innovation.

Subject. This article focuses on the development strategy of the agro-industrial complex and innovative development of agricultural organizations in the Republic of Mordovia. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia. Methods. For the study, reviewing fundamental and applied research works of domestic scientists, I used general scientific and special methods. Results. Having analyzed the main trends of technological development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Mordovia, the article identifies the priorities of innovative development of agricultural organizations and presents methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for innovative development of agro-industrial complex industries. Conclusions. The identified positive developments in technological development are not sufficient for the comprehensive innovation of the agricultural organizations of the Republic of Mordovia.

Purpose: to identify, study and analyze the main factors that determine the level and direction of development of various categories of farms in the country's agricultural sector. Materials and methods: the research is based on the use of sociological research, systemic study and data generalization methods, analytical method. The objects of research were representatives of various forms of agricultural management, specialists from agricultural departments, municipalities, and the regional ministry of agriculture. Results. The analysis of scientific literature on the research theme showed that the formation of a competitive and effective agro-industrial complex in Russia depends on the degree of impact of various factors on the activities of various economic agro-entities. In order to clarify and assess the degree of impact of factors that determine structural changes in the development of various forms of agricultural management in Rostov region, the opinion of participants in the production sector and management structures of the agro-industrial complex was studied, a ranking of the factors under consideration was compiled, and a map of factors was proposed. Conclusions: the study of the factors determining the development vector of various forms of agricultural management allows us to say that modern native agriculture is determined by the influence of a whole complex of various circumstances, namely: directions and measures of state regulation and support, financial, economic and natural-climatic conditions of agricultural entities functioning, the level of technical and technological development, the presence of a developed processing, logistics and marketing infrastructure, the development of integration processes in industry, etc. In this regard, there is an objective need to improve the system of state regulation, the formation of organizational and economic instruments and mechanisms, as well as the corresponding institutional environment, ensuring the leveling of the influence of problems and development factors and the positive results of the functioning of the country's multi-structured agriculture.

Activation of the investment activity of the agro-industrial complex of the Komi Republic is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of its industries and enterprises. The purpose of the research is to reveal the role and value of investments in ensuring the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex. The subject of the research is the identification of various aspects of the object under investigation, associated with sectoral properties, territorial features and natural-economic conditions of management. The methods used in the research: analysis and synthesis, systems approach, methods of operations research, generalization, historical and logical method, scientific abstractions, tabular methods. The hypothesis of the research is the formation of some arguments to increase the scale of the introduction of innovative components, increase the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex for the future. The statement of the basic main material. The main focus is on providing agricultural enterprises with high-quality tangible and intangible assets.During the years of reforms in the agricultural sector of the region, normal conditions for the effective functioning of enterprises were not created. The reasons for this were the lack of financial resources and the incomplete autonomy of doing business, as well as the low level of competitiveness of the products produced, the lack of competitive advantages. The lack of incentives to produce high-quality products and the excessively weak development of financial and investment relations led to an unequal inter-sectoral distribution of monetary and material and technical resources of the regional agro-industrial complex. The originality and practical significance of the research lies in the fact that, based on production and market positions, the categories of "investment" and "competitiveness" of the agro-industrial complex should be considered both in a single context and separately. The conclusions of research are that the larger and better resource potential agricultural enterprises have, the easier they are able to ensure high competitiveness.

Formulation of the problem. The article deals with the actual problem of improving the efficiency of financial resources of the agro-industrial complex of the Komi Republic. The aim of the research is an attempt to solve certain conceptual and practical tasks that can ensure the efficient use of financial resources of the agro-industrial complex of the Komi Republic. The object of the research is the direction of increasing the efficiency of using financial resources of the agro-industrial complex of the northern region. The methods used of the research: methods of systematization and generalization, the comparative method, methods of induction and deduction. The hypothesis of the research.An important task is the development of appropriate principles to ensure the transition to an intensive investment path of development - the replacement of machinery and equipment, the introduction of new production technologies, increased technological competition, and increased demand for intellectual property. The statement of basic materials. Сonceptual aspects of financial relations contain a variety of scientifically based principles, features and phenomena. Numerous search options for various options (ways) to improve the efficiency of financial resources of the regional agro-industrial complex show that systematic underfunding of spheres and enterprises does not correspond to the efficient movement of these resources. Originality and practical significance of the research. The main way to improve the efficiency of financial resources of the agro-industrial complex of the region is to build an optimal system of their management. The creation of this system will allow more correctly classify the resources used and evaluate their circulation and turnover in the production processes; improve management efficiency and ensure transparency of business activity of enterprises; exercise effective control over monetary, material, labor and land resources. Conclusions of the research. The analysis of financial relations and financial resources of the agro-industrial complex more reliably characterize the financial condition of agro-industrial enterprises, assess their stability and stability. The transparency of this analysis depends not only on financial results, but also on industrial and commercial activities. Based on the analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of finance and financial resources of the agroindustrial complex, it was determined that this problem is multifunctional, systemic in nature.

Even though recent studies designate that sustainability should be integrated in project management, this integration remains a complex issue. Hence, there is a need to develop a new approach that would assess the organizational sustainability and reveal to what extent sustainable project management practices are effective. The aim of this research is to propose a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis-based method to assess the integration of the sustainability philosophy in large-scale organizations via the utilization of sustainable project management-related indicators. By utilising the proposed approach to compare internal organizational structures, the researchers aim to reveal the sustainability integration level within different business units, in order to allow organizations to make decisions toward sustainable practices. The indicators used in the proposed model are related to key aspects of organizations and they measure how the departments’ staff utilize sustainable project management processes in their construction projects. The case study was conducted in a market-leading design, engineering, and project management consultancy organization. Evaluating organizational sustainability can help organizations target their efforts in certain areas (enhancing sustainable outcomes). It can also facilitate data collection, analysis, and future projections.

This paper mainly studies the application of intelligent lighting control system in different sports events in large sports competition venues. We take the Xiantao Stadium, a large­scale sports competition venue in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province as an example, to study its intelligent lighting control system. In this paper, the PID (proportion – integral – derivative) incremental control model and the Karatsuba multiplication model are used, and the intelligent lighting control system is designed and implemented by multi­level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the paper evaluates the actual effect of the intelligent lighting control system. The research shows that the intelligent lighting control system designed in this paper can accurately control the lighting of different sports in large stadiums. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the planning and design of large­scale sports competition venues.
