The research aims at describing types as well as teachers perception on woman principal leadership in Public Primary School in Balung subdistrict. The research approach was quantitative with survey research to gather a general descrition of woman principal leadership. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire and interview technique to 54 teachers at Public Primary School lead by women principals. The sample was population sample because it used the whole participants as the sample. The results of the research showed that the dominant type of 5 women principals included in personal type of leadership which is indicated by mean 10.147 (SD 1.393) whereas otoriter type became the smallest score included as minor type which was indicated by mean 9.056 (1.224). teachers perception showed that leadership stye of woman principles was inclined to be feminine with mean 3.68 and transformational style indicated by mean 3.11 which was supported bu two insicators by masculine and transactional styles. The research consists of three research problems; (1) in what way is Instagram used, (2) what is the character of students, and (3) is there significant effect of Instagram toward the students’ character in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Parepare. The research applied survey research. The technique of data collection used questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population of the research involved as many as 46 class X students. The result of the research revealed (1) that the intensity of the use of Instagram by the students of class X of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare was in high category. It was shown by the questionnaire result which was 45, 2%. The value was in the interval between 26% - 50% which was high, (2) The character of the class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare was in good category. It was shown by the questionnaire result which was 49, 8 %. The value was in the interval between 26% - 50% which was good, (3) The effect of Instagram toward the character of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare can be concluded having positive effect based on the calculation using product moment and interview technique. As general reveal of the research, the intensity of the use of Instagram has positive effect toward the character of class X students of SMA Negeri 3 Parepare

The aim of this research is to determine the reasons for academic jealousy experienced in universities and to reveal possible solutions to reduce academic jealousy. This research has been carried out in the framework of the qualitative research approach. The study group of this research consists of 8 academicians working at xxx University for the 2020-2021 education year. A semi-structured interview form has been used as a data collection tool in the research. Academicians’ perceptions of academic jealousy are defined under two headings as individual jealousy and institutional jealousy. The participants’ thoughts on the causes of academic jealousy are incompetence, inner failure, competition, and personal reasons. To reduce academic jealousy, the participants have offered the following solutions: policy-science culture, encouragement-cooperation, primary school education, competence, and sanction. The researchers have concluded that unless academic jealousy ends up or reduce, universities will lose high-quality academicians as time goes by.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of teachers in the development of primary school pupils' ability to compose basic phrases. The descriptive qualitative research approach was adopted in this study. The information was gathered through observation, interviews, and the review of records. Participants in the study were first-grade instructors at SDN 151 Pekanbaru, in the province of Riau. Data triangulation is used in the data credibility test because it allows researchers to double-check their findings by comparing them to other sources. According to the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, there are three steps: (1) data collection (data collection), (2) data presentation (data presentation), and (3) conclusion formulation and verification (conclusion drawing). The findings of the study indicate that the teacher's role in helping grade I students at SDN 151 Pekanbaru learn to write basic sentences has been going fairly well, with numerous stages, such as being a teacher, mentor, trainer, and learning manager, all of which have been quite successful. In addition to improving the quality of the teaching and learning process by providing adequate learning facilities, the findings of this study have broader ramifications.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, education, and compensation partially on the performance of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bantaeng Regency. The research approach uses survey. Research respondents amounted to 85 people. Techniques used for data collection in this study are Interviews, Questionnaire, Documentation study. The results showed that organizational culture, education, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Bantaeng Regency DPRD Secretariat staff.

<pre><span>This paper aims to describe research in primary schools and explain how the dimensions of legal and professional education management at SDN Bulukantil, Jebres, Surakarta. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interview technique. In principle, there are four competencies, namely personality, managerial, entrepreneurship, supervision and social, while teachers have pedagogic, personality, social and professional competence. From two sources of interviews, it is explained that the legal and professional dimensions are well implemented in Bulukantil Primary School in Surakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that in the legal dimension of legal education management and professional headmasters and teachers at SDN Bulkatil has been fulfilled.</span></pre>

Capturing the voices of the ‘disadvantaged’ in society may often be difficult to achieve. In this article, we argue that the combination of data triangulation and a ‘slow’ interview technique may be a good method when the target group is vulnerable people who may find the interview challenging. Data triangulation can reveal a social phenomenon’s complexity by providing a fuller picture, while in-depth interviews and a ‘slow’ interview technique can enhance data quality. We present an alternative to what we perceive as being dominant and tacit support for use of voice recordings in interview-based studies, thus our research approach goes against the current flow in the research community. In the absence of a voice recording, the quality of the interview can be assured through cooperation between the researcher and the informant. We also discuss the importance of establishing trust when meeting the informant in order to ensure rich data.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of management of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya. The focus of this study are 1. The lesson plan for integrative thematic class based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school . the research method of this study is descriptive kualitatif, the data collection technique are interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study are 1) the lesson plan of integrative thematic based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya conducted by several steps are : a) set thema, b) doing analisys SKL, KI, and basic competence, c) arrage syllabus, d) arrage the lesson plan, 2) doing integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 Khadijah primary school used scientific approch by observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, processing, displaying, verivicaying, and communicating, 3) the assessment of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school used authentic assessment that include written assessment, project assessment and portfolio assessment.

The research is descriptive quantitative research conducted to look at the ability of students in the class of 2014 to write a formal letter, a technique in data collection in the form of observation results by student writing an official letter PGSD FKIP Riau University class of 2014 instrument validity of his research has been validated through expert judgment. The sample in this study as masy as 46 students of primary school teaching force in 2014 the Faculty of Education, University of Riau. The ability of students PGSD FKIP Riau University after analyzed using categories, from 12 aspects outlined in the instrument observation sheets, getting the results that the completeness aspect predicate section of the letter simply by percentage (65, 76%), while the writing aspect letterhead good predicate with percentage (79,89%), while the aspect of writing an official letter dated sufficient predicate with percentage (54, 35%), while the aspect of writing about the letter predicate less by percentage (35, 87%), while the writing aspect of the destination address with sufficient predicate persentage (59, 78%), while the aspect of writing greeting predicate simply by percentage (54,35%), while the contents of the letter writing aspect predicate simply by percentage (63,04%), while the writing aspect regards predicate cover less by percentage (42, 93%), while in writing the name of the sender predicate very well with percentage (98, 91%), while the use of indonesioan predicate either by percentage (71, 74%), while in the aspect of the preparation of sufficient premises sentence predicate percentage (58,15%) and on aspects of the form or neatness letter predicate simply by percentage (58, 15%). From the results, the average overall percentage of 61, 91% is obtained with neough categories, this suggests that the ability of students PGSD class of 2014 FKIP University of Riau still low in writing a formal letter.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi with a total of 27 students, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. This study uses classroom action research with important stages such as planning, implementation, practice, and reflection. The results of this study show, judging by the basic score, the average value of students is 64.37, with students completing 13 people or 48.14%. after the first cycle, the average value of students has increased to 76.45 while students who completed it became 19 people or 70.3%. while the second cycle, the average value increased to 80.39 with students completing 23 people or 85.18%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences in fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), observasi (observation), refleksi (reflection) atau evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari skor dasar siswa yang tuntas sebesar 13 orang dengan persentase 46%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang tuntas sebesar 20 orang atau 71%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, hasil belajar siswa kembali meningkat menjadi 28 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 100%. Dari analisis hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pemebelajaran Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas II SDN 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Kata kunci: model picture and picture, hasil belajar IPA. ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes with the application of a picture and picture learning model in class III 004 Cendirejo Public Primary School Pasir Penyu District. This research is a classroom action research that includes planning, action, observation, reflection or evaluation activities. The results showed, seen from the basic score of students who completed at 13 people with a percentage of 46%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes increase, this is evidenced by students who complete by 20 people or 71%. While in the second cycle, student learning outcomes again increased to 28 students who completed a percentage of 100%. From the analysis of the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Picture and Picture learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences class II 004 Public Primary School Cendirejo Pasir Penyu District Indragiri Hulu.Keywords: model picture and picture, learning outcomes of Natural Sciences.
