<p>The study objective was to determine the effect of the prior knowledge and <br />interest in learning to learn Physics achievement. The method used in this study is a survey method. Analysis using multiple regression and correlation techniques. Sample size of 76 students obtained by Slovin technique. The instrument used was a multiple choice test to measure the prior knowledge and questionnaire to measure the interest in learning, while performance is taken from the document teacher learning. Results of the hypothesis test, namely (1) there is the influence of prior knowledge and interest in learning together toward physics learning outcomes (2) there is the influence of prior knowledge on learning outcomes of pyhsics (3) there is the influence of interest in learning on learning outcomes of pyhsics</p>

<p>The study objective was to determine the effect of adversity quotient and <br />achievement motivation of students to learn mathematics achievement. The method used in this study is a survey method. Analysis using multiple regression and correlation techniques. Sample size of 120 students obtained by random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire to measure the adversity quotient and achievement motivation, while performance is taken from the document teacher learning. This study aims to determine the differences between NHT) and STAD learning outcomes of clas VII Biology MTs Madinatussalam. The sample of this research is class VII-1 with 32 student as NHT class and 32 student in VII-2 as STAD class. The instrument used in this study was a multiple choice test concisting of 20 questions. The results of analysis showed that the average post-test score for the experimental class I NHT was 82 very high category. Meanwhile, the experimental class II STAD the average post-test score was 67,2 high category. The hypothesis test of the difference in learning outcomes of students in expremental class I NHT and expremental class II STAD, obtained tcount = 6,036>ttable = 1.999, then Ho is rejected and Ha is acepted. This shows that there is a difference in the biology lerning out comes of student who are thought using NHT learning method and those taught using the STAD learning method.

Abstract : This study aims to examine whether or not there is a meaningful relationship between textbooks and the school environment with the results of learning social science both one by one and together. This research was conducted at the junior high school (SMP) which is located in the Bekasi City environment. The time of implementation this research is carried out from November to February 2019. For the independent variables, namely the use of textbooks and the school environment, the data was collected using questioner. The measuring instrument uses a likert scale, while the final variable is the result of learning social science  whose instruments use a multiple choice test. The research method used to explain the relationship between the research variables is the survey method. Testing the validity of the textbook  and school environment using the product moment formula and the reliability calculation using the Alpha formula of Social Sciences using the biserial point correlation formula and reliability calculation using the KR-20 formula. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests in the form of correlation and simple linear regression and multiple correlations and regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out at a significant level.This research produces three main conclusions, namely:(1) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS). (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the school environment and the learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS). (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the relationship between the use of textbooks and the school environment together with the learning outcomes of Social Sciences (IPS).

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial personality on managerial performance in manufacturing companies located in the province of West Sumatra. List of manufacturing companies was obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Padang. Data was collected by survey method. Data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to managers. For the selection of samples was done by purposive sampling method. Analysis using testing through test the validity and reliability of the data, the classical assumption test (test for normality, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression hypothesis test. The study concluded the effect of accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial personality simultaneously influence on managerial performance, but partially entrepreneurial personality has no effect on managerial performance.

The aim of this research applied a quasi-experiment by factorial design 2x3 which was conducted to the student of MAN 1 Mataram is to find out the influence of guided discovery learning model combined with experiment method and VAK style due to physics learning outcomes. The population is the students from grade X MIA in MAN 1 Mataram. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling, where, grade X of MIA 1 as an experiment class and grade X of MIA 2 as a control. Data for learning outcomes are measured by applying multiple choice test while learning style of students using a questionnaire — the hypothesis test using ANAVA test of two ways supported by SPSS 16 with 5% significance level. According to the analysis results, it can be concluded that: 1) there is an effect of guided discovery learning model with experimental method toward physics learning outcome of students because of sig. <0,05;  2) there is no effect of VAK learning style on physics learning result in MAN students because sig.>0,05; 3) there is no interaction between guided discovery learning model with experiment and VAK learning style method of physics learning result in MAN student because of sig.>0,05.

The purpose of this study to identify student's multi-representation ability about work at MA Negeri Bengkayang. The method used is the survey method without comparative group which is descriptive correlative with research instrument in the form of descriptive test on the multi-representation ability test of five questions and multiple-choice test on the learning outcomes test often questions. the validity of the multi-representation test was 3.45 whit valid criteria and the validity of the learning outcomes test was 3.52 with valid criteria Meanwhile, the reliability of the multi-representation test was 0.516 in the sufficient category and the reliability of the learning outcomes test was 0.55 in the sufficient category. The study found that the multi-representation ability of students was low with an average percentage of 33.08%. The multi-representation ability of students with the highest percentage is in the image to symbol representation type, which is 75%, while the multi-representation ability of students with the lowest percentage is in the verbal to mathematical representation type, which is 5.19%. This study also did not found a correlation (r count 0.04 > r table 0.4848) between multi-representation ability and student's learning outcomes. The result of this study is expected to be taken into consideration in determining learning strategies.Keywords: Work, Multi-representation Ability, Learning Outcomes

Persistence refers to the length of time a person sticks with a given action. This can be seen from staying power of behavior or how long a person will continue to devote effort. The purpose of this research was to determained the relationship between persistence with biology learning outcomes of students of Sains grade X on ecosystem material. The research was accomplished at 102 Senior High School of Jakarta in April-May 2016. The method of this research used survey method through correlational study. The subject of this research were students of Sains grade X with sample of 75 students were selected by simple random sampling. Results of the normality data tested by Kolmogorov Smirnov test, resulting that two data population normality distributed. Data homogenity tested by Bartlett test resulting data obtained from the two homogeneous variable. Hypothesis test using regression test, found that the regression model Ŷ = 2.547 + 0.208X had a significant and linier relationship. The result of Pearson Product Moment test was correlation value obtained 0.87. The calculation of the determination coefficient obtained 0.7569. It was that 75.69% of persistence contributed to the biology learning outcomes on ecosystem material while 24.31% was determined by other factors.

<p>The study objective was to determine of the parents attention and interest in learning to learn mathematics achievement. The method used in this study is a survey method. Sample size of 100 students obtained by random from two schools. Data collection doing by direct observation, documents student achievement of each grade math teacher and school and questionnaire. Analysis of the data with descriptive statistical method, multiple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and regression analysis. Results of the hypothesis tests, namely (1) there is no influence of the parents attention and interest in learning mathematics to the students learning achievement (2) the role of parental not significantly affects mathematics achievement (3) student interest significantly affect mathematics achievement.</p><p> <strong>Keywords: </strong>Parents attention, interest in learning, mathematics achievement. </p>

Masih banyak siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar kognitif dibawah nilai KKM. Studi ini bertujuan mengkaji studi hasil belajar kognitif pada materi udara bersih bagi pernapasan melalui model Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan berupa nonequivalent control group design. Sampel adalah  siswa kelas V SDN 23 Menyumbung yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Instrumen berupa soal tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 24 soal yang terkait indikator kognitif. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai probalilitas (0,000) dan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model NHT  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada materi pentingnya udara bersih bagi pernapasan di SDN 23 Menyumbung tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Kata kunci: Numbered heads together, hasil belajar kognitif, pembelajaran tematik Study of cognitive learning outcomes in clean air material for breathing through the numbered heads together model. There are still many students who get cognitive learning outcomes below the KKM score. This study aims to examine cognitive learning outcomes in clean air material for breathing through the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model. The approach is quantitative with a design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The sample is students in class V SDN 23 Menyumbung, totaling 35 students. The instrument using was a multiple choice test item by 24 questions related to cognitive indicators. Hypothesis test results obtained a significant value (0,000) and greater than alpha (0.05) so it can be concluded that the NHT learning model has a significant effect on cognitive learning outcomes on the material importance of clean air for breathing in SDN 23 Menyumbung to the 2019/2020 academic year.Keywords: Numbered heads together, cognitive learning outcomes, thematic  learning

This research aims to knowing description data of individual learning activities and determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Jakarta. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. Data collection of dependent variables using the test of learning outcomes. The population in this study were students of class X TIPTL which amounted to 60 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The sample of this research are 51 students. The collected data will be processed by hypothesis test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test after the data fulfill the normal and linier requirements. The results showed that the average of individual learning activities is 94.35 it means individual learning activities of students of class X SMKN 26 Jakarta entered into enough category of individual learning activities, the detail frecquency of each individual learning activities category as follows: Students who entered very high category of individual learning activities is 19.60%. High category of individual learning activities is 25.49%. Low category of individual learning activities that is 15.69%. The most students included into enough category of individual learning activities is 35.29% and at least into very low category of individual learning activities is 3.92%. The result of this research is tcount > ttable (7.89 > 2.01) and correlation coefficient value 0.748, this result showed that there is positive and significant correlation between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa dan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Rangkaian Listrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data variabel terikat menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan pengumpulan data variabel bebas menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TIPTL yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa yaitu 94,35 sehingga aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta masuk ke dalam kategori aktivitas belajar mandiri cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik yaitu 83,94 sehingga hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung  > ttabel  (7,89 > 2,01) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik.
