The purpose of the study is to find employees Psychological Capital is related to Job Satisfaction. The Sampling for the study consist of 30 women employees working in IT/ITES Sector in Chennai. According to the result of Correlation analysis, no positive correlation was statistically found between Hope and Optimism subdimension of psychological capital and job satisfaction. On the other hand there was a Positive and significant relationship between Self-efficacy, Resilience and Job satisfaction.

Entrepreneurial behavior is a series of actions of business actors to freely combine innovative resources to identify and pursue opportunities. This behavior is influenced by self-efficacy, perceptions of supporting contexts and ability to control attitudes. This study aims to identify the extent of and contributing factors to entrepreneurial behavior of broiler farmers in Banyumas. The data were collected from a survey engaging 60 farmers-members of partnership farming. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical and correlation analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial behavior of farmers was in high category with an average score of 65.45. Farmers have a high category of self-efficacy with an average score of 18.55. Farmers' perceptions of supporting contexts and the ability of farmers to control attitudes are in the medium category with an average of 30.04 and 33.70 respectively. There was a significant relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and self-confidence and perceptions of supporting context, but no significant relationship with the ability to control attitudes. The relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and farmer self-confidence is in the weak category, while the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior and farmers' perceptions of supporting contexts is in the moderate category.

<p>La Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior de Ecuador, establece que todas las Universidades deben contar con un sistema de seguimiento a sus graduados. A partir de este planteamiento, el presente estudio pretende determinar la situación actual de los graduados de la Carrera de Economía en relación al empleo, formación, y satisfacción laboral y la relación con su formación. Para ello, se ha revisado y analizado la base de datos de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo, y por otra parte, se aplicó una encuesta a la población involucrada. Los resultados muestran que cerca a la media, considera suficiente la formación obtenida en la Carrera y en un porcentaje similar, se encuentran muy satisfechos respecto a su empleo actual. La satisfacción laboral de los graduados tiene relación al apoyo recibido en el proceso de titulación y la formación recibida, éste último contrastado a través de una hipótesis que refleja una relación medianamente significativa. No obstante, existen otros factores externos que influyen en la satisfacción laboral del graduado.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Palabras claves:</strong> <em>seguimiento a graduados, formación, satisfacción, empleo</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p> </p><p>The Organic Law on Higher Education of Ecuador establishes that all universities should have a system of monitoring to its graduates. From this approach, the present study aims to determine the current situation of graduates of the School of Economics in relation to employment, training and job satisfaction and the relationship with their training. To this end, the database of the National University of Chimborazo has been reviewed and analyzed and, on the other hand, a survey of the population involved was applied. The results show that close to the average, considered sufficient training obtained in their career and a similar percentage is found to be very satisfied about their current employment. Job satisfaction of graduates has support in relation to the process of qualifications and training received, the latter contrasted through a hypothesis reflects a fairly significant relationship. Psychological capital, which is one of the developing areas of positive organizational behavior, is seen as a psychological resource that can encourage development and performance among employees. In the field of sports education, increasing the psychological capital levels of the employees and increasing the performance and job satisfaction can be effective. The aim of this study is to determine the psychological capital, job performance and job satisfaction levels of academic staff working in higher education institutions offering sports education in terms of various variables and to examine the relationship between them. The study sample consisted of a total of 122 sports science academicians, including 30 female and 92 males, who worked in different regions of Turkey. The Organizational Psychological Capital Scale, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction Scales were used as data collection tools in the study. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey HSD and correlation test. According to the findings obtained in the research, a high level of positive correlation was found between the psychological capital dimensions and job performance. Again, a moderately positive correlation was found between the psychological resilience, hope and self-efficacy dimensions of the psychological capital and job satisfaction.

<p><span><em>The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between selfefficacy and job performance; job satisfaction and job stress as a mediating variable. </em><span><em>This research also investigates the impact of job satisfaction on job performance </em><span><em>and job stress on job performance. Variables in this research were measured with a </em><span><em>survey of 109 insurances salespersons in Yogyakarta and Semarang. Path Analysis </em><span><em>were used to examine the effects of self-efficacy and job performance, job satisfaction </em><span><em>on job performance, and job stress on job performance. </em></span></span></span></span></span></span><em>Results showed that the relationship showed that self-efficacy significantly related </em><em>to job satisfaction and performance, but no significant relationship existed with </em><em>job stress. It also showed that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship </em><em>between self-efficacy and job performance. In addition, this research found that job </em><em>stress not mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. There </em><em>is no significant relationship existed between job stress and job performance but this </em><em>research showed that job satisfaction significantly related to job performance.</em></p>

The purpose of this research study is to investigate the relationship between teachers’ organizational justice perceptions and organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the school via meta-analysis. An extensive literature search was conducted to identify both published and unpublished reports that examined the relationship between teachers’ perceptions of justice, job satisfaction and the organizational commitment to minimize potential availability bias. In total, research reports have identified providing usable data for 24 independent samples. Eight of these studies were published and 16 were unpublished dissertations. In this study, as indicator of effect size is chosen the correlation coefficient. Random effects model was preferred according to heterogeneity tests conducted for organizational commitment and job satisfaction. As a result of meta-analysis, it was found that distributive justice correlated positively with organizational commitment. There is a positive correlation between interactional justice and organizational commitment.  Interactional justice has a significant relationship with organizational commitment. Teachers’ overall perception of justice was positively related to organizational commitment. The distributive justice was found to have a significant relationship with teachers’ job satisfaction. Procedural justice was found to be significantly related to the teachers’ job satisfaction. There is a positive correlation between interactional justice and teachers’ job satisfaction. Finally, organizational justice positive correlated with job satisfaction.

Introduction. In a market economy, staff organizational loyalty is one of the key challenges. Aim. To explore the relationship between staff organizational loyalty and their job satisfaction and enthusiasm. Methods: J. Meyer and N. Allen Scale of Organizational Loyalty, Utrecht Scale of Work Enthusiasm, and Integral Job Satisfaction questionnaire. Results. There is a statistically significant relationship between staff job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. Overall staff organizational loyalty has been shown to relate with such scales of work enthusiasm as "energy", "commitment", and "general enthusiasm". Conclusions. Staff organizational loyalty significantly correlates with staff job satisfaction (in particular, with such components of job satisfaction as job achievement satisfaction, colleagues relationship satisfaction, and work conditions satisfaction) and work enthusiasm (in particular, with staff organizational commitment).

This study demonstrates that psychological capital is essential in the process of developing and strengthening entrepreneurial intentions. We specifically investigate the mediating roles of optimism and self-efficacy facets of psychological capital in the relationship between entrepreneurial mentoring and intentions. The study was conducted among 1,272 young persons from Germany and East Africa (Uganda and Kenya). These included 784 final year university students and 488 wage employed. A multigroup analysis was applied to test for the effects of employment status and country differences. Results indicate that mentoring, optimism, and self-efficacy are positively correlated with entrepreneurial intentions. Findings also supported the hypothesized-mediated mediation model that mentoring impacts on entrepreneurial intentions through optimism and self-efficacy. The association of entrepreneurial mentoring on intentions was higher among the Germany participants than in the East African sample as well as among the students compared with employed individuals. Practical and theoretical implications of our findings are discussed.

Linezolid can cause serious haematological toxicity, such as thrombocytopenia and aneamia. Heme, composed of iron and porphyrin, is an important component of hemoglobin. In order to investigate the relationship between the concentration of linezolid and heme in the plasma of infected patients, a UPLC-MS/MS method that can determine the concentrations of linezolid and heme simultaneously was developed and validated. A total of 96 healthy subjects and 81 infected patients, who received blood routine blood tests, were included and determined by the UPLC-MS/MS method. The results showed that the concentration of linezolid was 5.08 ± 3.46   μ g / mL in infected patients who were treated with linezolid. The heme in healthy subjects was 7.05 ± 8.68   μ g / mL , and it was significantly decreased to 0.88 ± 0.79   μ g / mL in infected patients ( P < 0.01 ). Spearman correlation analysis showed that linezolid had a high negative correlation with platelet (PLT) ( R = − 0.309 ). Heme had a high positive correlation with hemoglobin (Hb) ( R = 0.249 ) in healthy subjects and infected patients. The ROC analysis showed that heme had diagnostic value to distinguish low Hb (110 g/L). In conclusion, there was a positive correlation between heme and Hb, and this correlation was also observed in infected patients. A high concentration of linezolid was inclined to decrease PLT. Monitoring of heme and linezolid helps in the early diagnose of low Hb and PLT.

High turnover rate is one of the striking features of the hotel industry and one of the most significant challenges. High turnover rate causes substantial costs for recruitment, selection and training in hotels, on the other hand, it also leads to negative consequences such as the decline of organizational performance and service quality. Thus, it is necessary to search for the root causes of turnover and put forward solutions. This study was designed to examine the impact of psychological capital (PsyCap), organizational commitment (OC), and job satisfaction (JS) on turnover intention among hotel employees. Additionally, it aimed to test the mediating roles of job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC). The data were obtained from 228 hotel customer-contact employees with a time lag of two weeks in three waves in Kuala Lumpur based on convenience sampling. A series of structural equation modeling analyses were utilized to investigate hypothesized relationships. The results reveal that there exists a significant and negative impact of PsyCap on employees’ turnover intention and this correlation is partially mediated through two job attitudes. That is to say, to retain hotel talents, five-star hotel management should take proper measures to help employees obtain and maintain positive psychological resources such as PsyCap, on the other hand, how to cultivate positive job attitudes and strengthen their sense of identification and belonging for their organizations is supposed to be more focused on.
