The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between Chinese English as a foreign language (EFL) students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes in a blended learning environment. A questionnaire was administered to 960 EFL students, and 10 of them participated in an interview. Following a series of analyses on the data collected through the questionnaire, consisting of exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis, a structural relationship model that integrated learning motivation and learning outcomes was developed and tested. The results reveal that both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive relationship with learning outcomes within a blended learning environment, both of which are conducive to improving students’ English linguistic competence and facilitating their psychological development of English learning. Moreover, intrinsic motivation is more important than extrinsic motivation. In intrinsic motivation, intrinsic interest in English and the intrinsic goal of understanding English culture are the two most important motives. Based on these results, implications and recommendations for future research are provided.   Implications for practice or policy: Foreign language educators should consider the stimulation of students' learning motivation as the main task in blended courses. Foreign language educators should pay more attention to the development of students’ intrinsic motivation than extrinsic motivation to produce more favourable learning outcomes in blended courses. Foreign language educators should focus on developing students’ intrinsic interest in foreign language and culture in terms of the cultivation of students’ intrinsic motivation in blended courses.

This study aims to study the influence of learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. This type of research is ex-post facto research. The sample in this study was class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 with a total of 69 students. The results showed that the partial way is positive and significant influence of learning environment on the learning outcomes about 14%, positive and significant influence learning motivation towards the mathematics learning outcomes about 34% and learning independence had a positive effect and significant to the learning outcomes about 32%. Meanwhile, learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence had positive and significant impacts together on the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA of SMAN 9 Pangkep with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.50 that supports environmental learning, motivation learning and independent learning supports 50% of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA at SMAN 9 Pangkep.

This study was motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks in SMK Negeri 4 Takengon, where 30% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). KKM assigned school on the subjects KKPI is 75 with a range of values of 0 - 100. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and learning atmosphere on the results of study subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon. This research is a correlation associative nature. The population in this study were all students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon, consists of two classes of 40 people. A sampling technique that total sampling where the sample is whole members of the population because the subject is less than 100 persons. The data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers Skills Computer and Information Management (KKPI) SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. While data on the motivation to learn and the learning environment are collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. File was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007.The result showed: (1) learning motivation accounted for 24.61% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (2) Atmosphere Learning accounted for 23.54% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (3) learning motivation and learning atmosphere together accounted for 47.90% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and contribute to the learning atmosphere of learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn and the better learning environment, then it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation, Atmosphere Learning, Learning Outcomes, Associative correlation, Total Sampling.

The purpose of this study was to increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes of students in learning  sports sociology by applying blended learning with  the jigsaw method. The research method used was an action  classroom with two cycles. The research subjects were students of  the fifth semester with a total of 39 students. The results showed that in the pre-cycle students' interest in learning was in the low category, learning motivation was  in the sufficient category. The results of cycle 1 showed that interest in learning  student increases in the high category with a percentage of  70%, learning motivation was in the high category with a percentage of  75%, learning outcomes were in the high category with a percentage of 70%.  The results of cycle 2 showed that student interest in learning increases in  the high category with a percentage of 80%, learning motivation was in  the high category with a percentage of 85%, learning outcomes were in the category  high with a percentage of 85%. So it can be concluded that the  application of blended learning with the jigsaw method can  increase the interest, motivation, and learning outcomes in learning sports sociology.
