In this study, using algorithms and Base64 Cipher Caesar. Caesar algorithm is an algorithm that is old and easily. While Base64 using ASCII format. So that the two algorithms can be used as it is complex. As a result, the security level is higher than not using cryptography. The encryption process and decryption not complicated and does not require a long time. The scholarly literature on millennialism commonly employs Festinger’s theory of cognitive dissonance to understand how groups deal with failed prophecy. For many years Lubavitcher Hasidim held that their spiritual leader, Menachem Schneerson—the Lubavitcher Rebbe—was the Jewish Messiah and that he would reveal himself as such, ushering in the redemption. He died, however, in 1994 without fulfilling his followers’ messianic expectations. The author presents recent ethnographic data from fieldwork among Lubavitcher Hasidim illustrating the role of ritualistic performances and modern communication media (television, radio and the internet) in maintaining a sense of the Rebbe’s continuing presence. This ritualised reaffirmation of belief—a collective experience of symbolic fulfilment—provides disappointed followers with social and psychological support to render such an experience less cognitively distressing.

He article discusses the current state and trends in the development of the sharing economy as a business model. Initially, the sharing economy assumed an exchange between people, but businessmen quickly learned to use the growing popularity of the trend. Companies began to provide platforms for sharing goods. The growing number of mobile and online platforms that effectively connect people who have underutilized assets with people who want to use them, allows you to advertise and sell products widely. In the sharing economy, the role of the consumer is changing to a two-way one, with consumers acting as buyers and suppliers of resources.By “sharing economy” the author understands such a social model, where there is a conscious rejection of private property in favor of collective, and this refusal is associated not with a lack of money, but with a desire to expand their capabilities. The economy of shared consumption today affects most areas of everyday life, changing the methods of transportation (Uber app, BlaBlaCar, Delimobil), living conditions in travel (on Airbnb), ways of entertainment (Netflix and YouTube, etc.), performing tasks (TaskRabbit itself), financing (Kickstarter), etc.Continuing the research, the author found that a number of prerequisites influenced the emergence and development of this business model, for example, the development of the Internet, a change in thinking in favor of a more open and trusting (for example, a trip with strangers to the BlaBlaCar site), a lack of desire to save for a long time to purchase property, urbanization, etc.

As a Spoken Word artist, Faraḥ Šammā has grasped in the tool of video channels the way to transmit her compositions as she does in the course of her live performances. Starting from a reflection on the role of orality and poetry in the Arab cultural tradition and on how this literary form is inserted in the context of the new digital communication media, the work focuses on examining the thematic and linguistic aspects of the selected corpus. The goal is to extend the analysis to other forms of poetry, less conventional but which can help to open a wider glimpse into the knowledge of new literary phenomena in the Arab world.

This paper aims at describing the use of language on the internet, especially language terms in chatting. It is claimed that the language terms have an important role for the chatters to make interaction and relationship with each other for certain purposes. The important role of language can be seen from the fact that many chatters use different language styles and speech variations in chatting over the Internet Relay Chat (IRC). The model of IRC communication is a kind of communication media for communication (chatting) by using computer keyboard in writing symbols or "emoticons", and codes (register) in the conversation with other chatters. The writer uses descriptive method combined with socio-pragmatics approach of Grice’s Maxim theories to explain the special terms of language use in chatting. The study was based on the data from 13 speech channels and 10 couples of private speech on mIRC program and YM in Yogyakarta area. Based on the elaboration, the writer has found four criteria of chatting conversation as follows. (1) Chatting has a special term in the use of codes (register) for conveying something to their partners in speaking, such as abbreviations. (2) Chatting has special forms of Emoticon. (3) Chatting has special identity codes and (4) Chatting has special lengthened the words.

The role of monetary factor in generating inflationary processes in Russia has stimulated various debates in social and scientific circles for a relatively long time. The authors show that identification of the specificity of relationship between money and inflation requires a complex approach based on statistical modeling and involving a wide range of indicators relevant for the price changes in the economy. As a result a model of inflation for Russia implying the decomposition of inflation dynamics into demand-side and supply-side factors is suggested. The main conclusion drawn is that during the recent years the volume of inflationary pressures in the Russian economy has been determined by the deviation of money supply from money demand, rather than by money supply alone. At the same time, monetary factor has a long-run spread over time impact on inflation.
