We introduce a horizontal array capacitor with nine capacitances in a single body using an organic dielectric layer impregnated with glass fiber as a prepreg sheet. An organic solid horizontal array capacitor with a dielectric of prepreg materials of the epoxy type can implement the nine capacitances in a single body via a unique simple lamination and cutting process. We then investigate the basic electrical properties of a horizontal array capacitor. The organic solid array capacitors with five electrodes and four dielectrics are Cu/PPG layer/Cu/PPG layer/Cu/PPG layer/Cu/PPG layer/Cu with a horizontal array structure. The size of a completed array capacitor is 2.85 × 2.85 mm. The height of the fabricated array capacitor in the vertical direction is 0.5 mm, with nine capacitances possessing a series-type structure. The average capacitance value of C1, C2, C3, and C4 is 1.98 nF, and each tolerance has a value within 1% based on the average value. The temperature change rate in the capacitance maintains a nearly linear characteristic, but the rate of change tends to increase finely from 120°C or more. The capacitance values of C5, C6, and C7 with the parallel circuit were measured according to the voltage. Impedance and ESR (equivalent series resistor) of C1 were measured according to frequency and temperature.

Abstract The purpose of the study was to assess poverty in Serbia in the period 2006-2010. This paper analyzes the percentage of the poor by: type of neighborhood, regional distribution, household type, age, involvement of children and adults, level of education and socio - economic status of the household. The following methods of descriptive statistics were applied: the average value of the appearance, the interval of variation, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and the rate of change. It points to the differences in the values of consumer units denominated in RSD, which is used as a threshold for determining the percentage of the poor population. The research results indicate that the poorest are multi-member households and adults at the age of 19-24.

Abstract Introduction The number of pressure measurements that need to be recorded using high-resolution manometry (HRM) for the accurate evaluation of pharyngeal function is not well established. Objective The purpose of this study is to clarify the number of swallows required to obtain an accurate pharyngeal manometric profile of a person. Methods Forty healthy adults performed a dry swallow and bolus swallows using 3-, 5-, or 10 ml of water and underwent measurements using the Starlet HRM system. Each subject underwent 10 swallows for each of the four bolus volume conditions. Results The mean of up to seven measurements of maximum pre-swallow upper esophageal sphincter pressure with 10 ml of swallow was close to the mean of up to eight measurements in 95% of the subjects. Similarly, the rate of change of the average for the eighth and ninth measurements and the rate of change for the average of the ninth and tenth measurements were less than 5%. When the other parameters were similarly measured up to the sixth measurement, no major change in the average value was observed even if more measurements were taken. Conclusion A minimum of six measurements are required, and seven swallows are sufficient for evaluating the pharyngeal manometric profile of a single person. This number of measurements can be a useful criterion when performing HRM measurements on individual subjects.

ABSTRACTBased upon the concept of charge carrier hopping within a disordered organic solid a formalism for the temperature and field assisted charge injection from an electrode into an organic dielectric has been developed. Both back flow of charges towards the injecting electrode and the dependence of the injection efficiency upon the charge carrier mobility has implicitly been taken care of. Experimental results for electrode limited injection are in good agreement with the theory.

Vibration data collected from piezoelectric sensors serve as a means for detecting faults in machines that have rotating parts. The sensor output that is sampled at the Nyquist rate is stored for analysis of faults in the traditional condition monitoring system. The massive amount of data makes the analysis very difficult. Very complex procedures are adopted for anomaly detection in standard methods. The proposed system works on the analog output of the sensor and does not require conventional steps like sampling, feature extraction, classification, or computation of the spectrum. It is a simple system that performs real-time detection of anomalies in the bearing of a machine using vibration signals. Faults in the machines usually create an increase in the frequency of the vibration data. The amplitude of the signal also changes in some situations. The increase in amplitude or frequency leads to a corresponding increase in the level-crossing rate, which is a parameter indicating the rate of change of a signal. Based on the percentage increase in the average value of the level-crossing rate (ALCR), a suitable warning signal can be issued. It does not require the data from a faulty machine to set the thresholds. The proposed algorithm has been tested with standard data sets. There is a clear distinction between the ALCR values of normal and faulty machines, which has been used to release accurate indications about the fault. If the noise conditions do not vary much, the pre-processing of the input signal is not needed. The vibration signals acquired with faulty bearings have ALCR values, ranging from 3.48 times to 10.71 times the average value of ALCR obtained with normal bearing. Hence the proposed system offers bearing fault detection with100% accuracy

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and glucose intolerance. Patients with DM in Indonesia ranks 4th largest with a prevalence of 8.6 % of the total population. Patient compliance in the treatment greatly affect the success of the therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adherence before and after administration of short message reminders, as well as knowing the adherence changes that occur in patients with type 2 diabetes at the Puskesmas Melati Kabupaten Kapuas. This esearch was conducted by quasi experimental design, with prospective data collection during the period from May to June 2016. The intervention was giving short message service reminder. Subjects who met the inclusion criteria as many as 15 patients. The primary data collection is done by filling the questionnaire adherence MMAS and secondary data obtained from medical observation sheet.            The results showed that in the pre intervention average value (mean) adherence by 5.8 or are in the low adherence rate, in post intervention average value of 7.4 or adherence are moderate adherence rates, with the rate of change (Δ) adherence towards better at 1.6. It can be concluded that the adherence were lower before than after giving short message service reminder. There was improvement in the adherence to taking medicine after giving short message service reminder. The giving short message service reminder increased the adherence to take medicine effectively
