In this paper, the problem and analysis method of underwater storage tanks resting on a horizontal seabed is presented under stochastic earthquake loading. The tank is axi-symmetrical and has a flexible wall/roof. The finite element method is used for the response solution. A solid axi-symmetrical FE has been formulated to idealize the tank whereas an axi-symmetrical fluid element is used for the idealization of the fluid domain. The Eulerian formulation of the fluid system is used to calculate interactive water pressure acting on the tank during the free motion of the tank and earthquake motion. For the response calculation, the modal analysis technique is used with a special algorithm to obtain natural frequencies of the water-structure coupled-system. For the stochastic description of the earthquake loading the modified Kanai-Tajimi earthquake spectrum is used. Finally, the analysis method presented in the paper is demonstrated by an example.

A method for dynamic analysis of flexible bladed-disk/shaft coupled systems is presented in this paper. Being independant substructures first, the rigid-disk/shaft and each of the bladed-disk assemblies are analyzed separately in a centrifugal force field by means of the finite element method. Then through a modal synthesis approach the equation of motion for the integral system is derived. In the vibration analysis of the rotating bladed-disk substructure, the geometrically nonlinear deformation is taken into account and the rotationally periodic symmetry is utilized to condense the degrees of freedom into one sector. The final equation of motion for the coupled system involves the degrees of freedom of the shaft and those of only one sector of each of the bladed-disks, thereby reducing the computer storage. Some computational and experimental results are given.

The thermal expansion mismatch problem for a chip due to temperature decrease from processing temperature to room temperature may cause residual stress inside the chip structure. The thermal prestress accumulated and may affect the chip reliability when the chip was subjected to the thermal loading again. In this paper, the effect of thermal prestress on the micromirror chip embedded with copper through-silicon vias (TSVs) was investigated by the finite element method. In analysis, the micromirror chip embedded with TSVs was analyzed first under thermal loading which resulted from temperature decrease between the stress free processing temperature and room temperature. This process produced a thermal prestress in the micromirror chip. The chip was then subjected to a heat source at the bottom while in operation and the heat transfer analysis was used to simulate this situation. Finally, the thermal stress analysis was carried out to obtain the deformation and the stress distribution in the chip. The results show that the thermal prestress had strong effect on the chip reliability and should be reduced as much as possible. This paper proposed a three steps analysis method to obtain the deformation and the stress distribution in the chip, in which the effect of thermal prestress on the chip reliability was evaluated effectively.

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

The aim of this study is to examine the current research trends in graduate theses on preschool inclusion in Turkey. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. It was carried out on 31 graduate theses, which were obtained as a result of scanning the thesis archive of the Higher Education Council (YÖK) and were open to access between 2016 to 2020. The search was carried out by typing "pre-school integration" into the search engine of the Higher Education Institution's thesis archive. The theses included in the study were analyzed using the thesis analysis form prepared beforehand by the researchers. In the prepared form, the theses were analyzed according to the year, thesis level, university, institute, department, thesis supervisor title, research model, number of participants, data collection tool, data analysis method, and domestic and foreign references. The findings obtained within the framework of the examination were interpreted with percentage and frequency tables, and recommendations were made for future research. Key Words: Mainstreaming, preschool, thesis, document analysis.

This research aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic variables on stock return and its impact on corporate values. The population in this research is the sector of agriculture because based on the results of the sector's observation, the most severe decline in performance among others. Further sampling is done by the purposive sampling method, so from 22 companies that listings only 15 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical technique to be used in this study is to use a double linear regression analysis technique expanded with a pathway analysis method to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables of one variable with other. We find is an inflation and interest rate negatively and significantly affecting the return of shares. The exchange rate positively and significantly affects the stock return and the influential stock return rate positively and significant to the corporate values.

abstract: This work aims to verify the influence of the foundation and the reservoir on the dynamic behavior of concrete gravity dams in terms of the natural frequencies, vibration modes for a free vibration analysis; and in terms of maximum displacements and maximum stresses at singular points of the structure for a seismic excitation. The dam-reservoir-foundation interaction was investigated through modal and transient analysis by the finite element method via ANSYS APDL software. For this study, we used a typical Brazilian dam profile and compatible data from a Brazilian earthquake for the seismic excitation. The results showed the influence of the reservoir and the foundation on the natural frequencies in the coupled system, as well as its repercussions on the response of the dam under seismic excitation.

Pejanggik Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is an institution that can assist the community in economic empowerment, especially in village communities to achieve economic welfare and village income. So the purpose of this study is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises as an effort to develop the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sember research data consists of BUMDes managers and communities who receive business development assistance. The data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the researcher used the analysis method by Milles and Hubarman which included data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can be explained that the role of BUMDes Desa Pejanggik is not going well and has not been able to significantly improve the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This is due to the lack of available capital, public awareness and inadequate human resources. Keywords: BUMDes, Economic Improvement, Society
