ABSTRAK In carrying out its main duty as a guardian of the territorial water sovereignty republic Indonesia, the strength of the Navy is directed as a strategic force developed under the SSAT. The strength of the Navy can be measured by the arsenal and the quality of the personnel who are responsible for it. The performance, quality of personnel is strongly influenced by the work load it receives. Measurement of personnel workload in Indonesian Warship to determine the class of his current position using the Factor Evaluation System (FES) method that is more oriented on the volume of work and work time. While the mental workload has not been accommodated in the measurement of workload using this method. In this research will carry out the measurement of mental workload of Indonesian Warship personnel for each type of work when the Indonesian Warship operates, using the NASA TLX method integrated with the Fuzzy method. The questionnaire data collection was obtained from 82 respondents Indonesian Warship personnel. From the research results obtained data that of 11 (eleven) types of work in Indonesian Warship at the time of operation, Main Engine Operators work is the work that has the highest mental workload with a value of 74.33. While the type of work that most low-level mental work is to electronics Operators with a value of 58.83.  Keywords: Workload, NASA TLX, FUZZY Method, FES

The traditional heritage corridor is considered as one strategy of regional heritage preservation which linked with urban green space system. However, heritage corridor is seen as one landscape with heritage preservation value and closely bound up with human activities and social conversations which related to the heritage corridor. In this paper, taking the region of Nanjing Qinhuai River from Shuixi Gate to Hanzhong Gate as an example, we divided the evaluation system into two aspects, elements of landscape and ways of observation, to discuss the interaction and relationship between the visual experiences of different human activities and the landscape quality of heritage corridor. Using qualitative study as its primary means while quantitative study as auxiliary one, we attempted to establish one quantitative visual evaluation system under the influence of multi-factor interactive model. With the system, we did the visual evaluation for that region considering different motion ways, which differs from the past single-factor qualitative research, for the aim of facilitating the landscape quality quantification.

We are developing a low-loss stator core for high-speed and small-size motors using an ultrathin electrical steel sheet. This stator core for a high-speed motor was produced using a 0.08mm-thick ultrathin electrical steel sheet. Additionally, in order to evaluate the iron loss of the high-speed motor stator core, we constructed a high-speed building factor evaluation system. This evaluation system is composed of high-speed A/D converters, a D/A converter, and a high-speed power amplifier. TheB-Hcurve and the iron loss of the high-speed motor stator core (0.08mm_Core), which was made of the 0.08mm-thick ultrathin electrical steel sheet, were measured using the outer excitation method and the high-speed building factor evaluation system. The iron loss of the 0.08mm_Core was about 66% of the iron loss of the ordinary-speed motor stator core (the 0.35mm_Core) which was made of a 0.35mm-thick electrical steel sheet. Each iron loss in two kinds of cores was measured using the outer excitation method at the excitation frequency (fex) 1000Hz and the maximum excitation magnetic flux density (Bexmax) 1.0T. From experimental results, the iron loss of the 0.08mm_Core in the high frequency excitation was very small.

Highlights This article presents a multiobjective optimization function of power shift quality that uses the calculation formulas of sliding wear work, impact degree, and output torque derived from the analysis of split-phase dynamics. The calculation formulas of impact degree, sliding wear work, and output torque of each phase are derived, and a three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality is constructed. A pattern-search-based optimization method of power shift quality is proposed on the basis of the three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality. The power shift control based on pattern search algorithm optimizes the shift quality evaluation indexes and effectively improves the power shift quality of high-power tractors. Abstract . This study conducts a dynamic analysis of power shift by analyzing the key influencing factors of power shift quality. The power shift process is divided into low gear torque, sliding wear, and high gear torque phases. The calculation formulas of impact degree, sliding wear work, and output torque of each phase are derived, and a three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality is constructed. A pattern-search-based optimization method of power shift quality is proposed on the basis of the three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality. A multi-objective optimization function of shift quality is constructed using the linear change law expression of clutch oil pressure and the calculation of shift quality evaluation indexes of each phase. The multi-objective function is pretreated using a weighted coefficient method, and the change rule of clutch oil pressure is accurately optimized. Simulation and experimental results show that the power shift control based on pattern search algorithm optimizes the evaluation indexes of each shift quality and effectively improves the power shift quality of high-power tractors. Safety supervision aims to safeguard the overall interests of the corporation, and ensure its safety production together with sustainable development. It is the key to reducing accident rates, and safeguarding employees’ safety and corporate property. The establishment of safety supervision system requires specify strategies. However, it is difficult to determine such strategies in an objective manner under complex environments. Therefore, first, this paper combined an external factor evaluation matrix (EFEM) and an internal factor evaluation matrix (IFEM) to analyze the internal and external safety environments faced by X Group Corporation (XGC). Second, the strength-weakness-opportunity-threat (SWOT) approach was employed to qualitatively analyze and explore the alternative safety supervision strategies. Following this, the most attractive strategies were selected from alternatives by using the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM), namely construction of the safety culture system, clarification of modes and organizational structure of safety supervision, and improvement of the safety performance evaluation system. These strategies were subsequently applied in the construction and improvement of the XGC’s safety supervision system. This study can provide reliable theoretical and methodological support for the establishment of corporations’ safety supervision systems.
