Highlights This article presents a multiobjective optimization function of power shift quality that uses the calculation formulas of sliding wear work, impact degree, and output torque derived from the analysis of split-phase dynamics. The calculation formulas of impact degree, sliding wear work, and output torque of each phase are derived, and a three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality is constructed. A pattern-search-based optimization method of power shift quality is proposed on the basis of the three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality. The power shift control based on pattern search algorithm optimizes the shift quality evaluation indexes and effectively improves the power shift quality of high-power tractors. Abstract . This study conducts a dynamic analysis of power shift by analyzing the key influencing factors of power shift quality. The power shift process is divided into low gear torque, sliding wear, and high gear torque phases. The calculation formulas of impact degree, sliding wear work, and output torque of each phase are derived, and a three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality is constructed. A pattern-search-based optimization method of power shift quality is proposed on the basis of the three-factor evaluation system of power shift quality. A multi-objective optimization function of shift quality is constructed using the linear change law expression of clutch oil pressure and the calculation of shift quality evaluation indexes of each phase. The multi-objective function is pretreated using a weighted coefficient method, and the change rule of clutch oil pressure is accurately optimized. Simulation and experimental results show that the power shift control based on pattern search algorithm optimizes the evaluation indexes of each shift quality and effectively improves the power shift quality of high-power tractors. Highlights A power shift control strategy based on torque and speed transition, which aims to deliver multiple target and multiparameter optimization of power shift control, is proposed in this study. It can effectively solve the shift power cycle. Based on minimum optimal control theory, the optimal control of shift quality during power shifting optimizes clutch terminal oil pressure, which is determined by solving the Rebecca differential matrix equation and shift characteristics based on various stages. By aiming at the multiple target and multiparameter optimization problem of the clutch control in the power shift process, the minimum optimal control principle is applied to the shift quality optimization of the power shift. Based on the minimum optimal control theory, the optimal solution of the terminal oil pressure of the clutch is determined by solving the Rebecca differential matrix equation to improve the shift quality of the power shift process. Abstract . The dual clutch of the combined transmission of a tractor with large horsepower uses a dynamic shifting process, in which only one clutch undergoes slipping friction during the shift. A power shift control strategy based on torque and speed transition, which aims to deliver multiple target and multiparameter optimization of power shift control, is proposed in this study. Based on minimum optimal control theory, the optimal control of shift quality during power shifting optimizes clutch terminal oil pressure, which is determined by solving the Rebecca differential matrix equation and shift characteristics based on various stages. In addition, the power shift simulation model of the double clutch is established. Simulation results show that the power shift control strategy based on single slip friction can effectively avoid power flow cycle, uninterruptible tractor power shift, and adaptive resistance change. The minimum optimization theory can effectively reduce the output torque fluctuation in the dynamic shift process, reduce friction work, and improve the shift impact. Shift process of automatic transmission is divided into torque phases and inertia phase, and the control principle of clutch to clutch shift is studied with the lever method. Then, inertia phase engine and transmission integrated control principle and entire shift process engine and transmission integrated control principle are respectively studied with taking power on up shift as study example and taking the transmission output torque fluctuations during shifting minimum as control target. Simulation results are compared to the results of power on up shift without engine and transmission integrated control, and it is proved that the transmission output torque overshoot peak with inertia phase engine and transmission integrated control strategy is decreased significantly and shifting jerks are reduced. Shift quality is improved significantly.

Product evaluation is very important for product improvement and development, and subjective product evaluation determines customer’s evaluation of products to some extent, so the purpose of this study is to establish a reasonable subjective product evaluation system. In this study, we comprehensively determine the evaluation indexes based on Kansei engineering (KE), establish an overall product evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and establish the subjective product evaluation system by classifying the evaluation indexes in the overall product evaluation system into “objective evaluation index” and “subjective evaluation index”, removing the objective evaluation indexes, and retaining the subjective evaluation indexes. Additionally, we select some modern chairs as experimental samples to verify the reliability and validity of this subjective product evaluation system by means of questionnaires. The experimental results show that, in this subjective product evaluation system, the subjective evaluation of the product is positively correlated with the “favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, and negatively correlated with the “least favorite” level of the product in comprehensive evaluation, indicating that this subjective product evaluation system realizes a symmetry between subjective product evaluation and comprehensive product evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that this subjective product evaluation system based on KE and AHP proposed in this study has reliability and validity, and can be used for product evaluation to judge the popularity of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.

Sand liquefaction is a problem of complex evolution of the disaster, there is no accurate way to judge at present, this study put forward an analytical method to improve and optimize the evaluation system of sand liquefaction based on rough set. The significance of indexes are confirmed by calculating rough dependability between indexes and result for appraisement, the result show that SPT blow count has the greatest impact on the evaluation system, the groundwater level has greater impact, followed by the sand depth, epicenteral distance and duration. The proposed approach overcame the subjectivity of traditional weight determination method, so it is more objective and accurate, and it is reasonable and effective to optimize the evaluation index of sand liquefaction.

In this paper, a 2 stage continuously variable transmission (CVT) shift control algorithm is proposed for the 1–2 upshift of the planetary gear to achieve the shift quality. A fuzzy control algorithm is designed considering the relatively slower response characteristics of CVT. In order to evaluate the performance of the control algorithm, a 2 stage CVT vehicle simulator is developed including a dynamic model of the CVT powertrain. From the simulation results, it is found that CVT gear ratio changes faster in the inertia phase and remains constant after the inertia phase of the planetary gear shift, which provides the reduced torque variation by the proposed control algorithm.

In order to improve the rationality and fairness of Teachers’ “Double-qualified” Ability, the article establishes an evaluation model based on 14 evaluation indexes of teachers’ “double-qualified” ability. it adopts Delphi - entropy weight method to weight the evaluation index, and then combines TOPSIS method to evaluate the evaluation object. In the evaluation of TOPSIS method, the traditional TOPSIS weight method was improved, and the entropy weight-delphi method was used to determine the index weight, which was a combination of subjective and objective, making the evaluation system more objective, scientific and reasonable. It not only avoids the subjectivity of decision makers and limitations, but also eliminates the phenomenon of indexes in common impact assessment results and finally applies it to a university teacher “Double division and triple energy” evaluation system, to provide theoretical basis and feasibility analysis for the “double type” teachers team construction. In this article, the efficiency loss of a beer filling line is investigated and modeled to improve its system performance in terms of overall equipment effectiveness and productivity. First, research is aimed at problems related to beer filling line resulting from poor production management where utilization and productivity of filling machines are low. This article derives the overall equipment effectiveness of filling machines and overall throughput effectiveness of the filling line, with the overall throughput effectiveness of general system (OTE(S)) obtained based on these measurements. Based on these metrics, the efficiency evaluation system is established. Next, according to the efficiency evaluation indexes, overall equipment effectiveness, and OTE(S), the overall efficiency of filling machines and filling line are calculated, respectively. From the results, the stenciling machine has the lowest efficiency. However, considering overall throughput effectiveness indexes and production capacity, unit 3 is the bottleneck and limits the entire productivity. Finally, efficiency loss is analyzed based on the overall equipment effectiveness and OTE(S) calculation results. Using a fishbone diagram for analysis, the cause of equipment loss is summarized and countermeasures are offered. Theory of constraint is used to analyze the efficiency loss of the filling line and give suggestions for improvement. This research can help beer enterprises achieve continuous improvement of equipment efficiency and production capacity.
