The methods of learning most often used by elementary school teachers are speech and giving assignments. The presence of 2013 curriculum with a scientific approach does not change the way teachers teach the students. Game-based learning is very suitable with the character of students at the elementary level who still like to play. Preparation of game-based learning includes two things, namely the preparation of rules or steps of learning as well as the appropriate game media. Thus, the implementation of game-based learning must be prepared in earnest and based on theories and principles of learning. The debriefing of game-based learning is carried out through several stages, namely: training, mentoring, modeling, and workshops. Through training, teachers gain knowledge about learning related to game-based learning. Modeling is intended to provide a concrete example of the implementation of game-based learning. Workshops and mentoring are intended to assist teachers in preparing and implementing game-based learning. Assistance is needed to guide and evaluate teacher performance. Keywords: Game-Based Learning; Elementary School Teacher; Indonesian Monopoly Game.

Waste bank is one of the strategies for implementing the 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) in waste management at the community level using an economic incentive pattern. The government's program to reduce waste has generated a new innovation, namely by establishing a “waste bank”. Integrated waste processing can stimulate creativity and innovation in society so as to improve the welfare of residents. Garbage can be a source of economic empowerment for the community, by recycling it into unique items that generate money. Community service programs in the form of counseling and the practice of recycling household food scraps are implemented in Gambir Anom Hamlet RT.03 RW.07 Desa Keboan Anom Sidoarjo, this activity will be very beneficial for residents considering the use of food waste, vegetables and leaves can be used as liquid fertilizer , compost while plastic waste can be used as various crafts. With a cost of ± IDR 45,000 / 20 kg for the purchase of used buckets, paralon, woven wire and EM4 as well as yeast, leftover food, vegetables and leaves can produce liquid fertilizer and compost instead of chemical fertilizers which are more expensive. There are 275 million tonnes of plastic waste produced worldwide based on data compiled by Jenna R. Jambeck of the University of Georgia in 2010, and about 4.8-12.7 million tonnes of them were wasted and polluted the sea. As a coastal population of 187.2 million, each year Indonesia is producing an astonishing amount of plastic waste. It is an irony when Indonesia becomes one of the fourth largest waste-producing countries in the world. This problem motivated us to provide community service about a minimal waste lifestyle and invite young people in Yogyakarta to change their mindset towards plastic waste. The method of community service is carried out by holding a mini workshop with the theme of minimal Waste Lifestyle, to provide a change in mindset for the people involved, so that they can adopt a lifestyle of minimal waste. The results of this community service shows that to implement a minimal waste lifestyle, continuous education is needed so that people can adopt this lifestyle starting from themselves and reusing existing waste.

Current and prospective business characteristics enter the market climate. So today we live in four eras at the same time, the globalization of the economic period, the period of information technology, the strategic efficiency management era, and the revolutionary era in management. We must discover the characteristics of each period and bring it against management principles. Based on the results of the assessment, it is known that Kademangan Village not only has abundant natural potential, but is also supported by skilled Human Resources (HR), especially in handicrafts and food preparations. Even so the living conditions of the people, especially the economic aspects, are not sufficient. This is caused by several factors such as the still poor quality of human resources and inadequate village infrastructure. For example, the community of handicrafts and food preparations have not been able to produce different products and of good quality so that they have high selling points. Considering these various conditions, the PKM (Student Activity Center) activities are directed at the economic aspect by organizing training for community service activities with the theme "Entrepreneurship Training to Improve Community Economy in Kademangan Village, Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency". Keywords: Economy; Entrepreneurship; Society

Watutulis village is the name of one of the villages in the lowlands, geographically this village is a small village that is very beautiful, the place is located north of the Krian District. In this village there are still many towering trees and lush, as well as very green rice fields. Watutulis villagers are very welcoming. Concerning the problem of plastic waste in Watutulis Village, Sekelor Utara Hamlet RT 001 RW 006, RT 002 RW 006, and RT 003 RW 006 Some residents of Sekelor Utara Hamlet still lack awareness in processing household plastic waste. Most of them are not aware of the importance of managing household plastic waste to make the village cleaner and healthier. Residents of North Sekelor Hamlet have no awareness of disposing or utilizing plastic waste. In addition, in the North Sekelor Hamlet area there are still empty gardens which are only used as landfills or burning trash. So it can be said that the people in the Sekelor Utara Hamlet area are still lacking in optimizing vacant land for better waste management. Therefore there needs to be community awareness of how citizens love the environment so that it becomes a clean and healthy Hamlet. Keywords: Management of Plastic Waste; Garbage Bank
