For the first time, a reverse method of studying the spectral distribution curves of the photocurrent was applied, which allows to separate the contribution of equilibrium and non-equilibrium carriers. This publication is a continuation of the reviews [1-3]. In order to preserve the generality of the work, the numbering of sections is selected to be general. Numbers of formulas and figures are presented in sections. References to literature in each review are given individually. Cadmium sulfide crystals are used in our research as a convenient model material. The results obtained on them and the constructed models are also applied to other semiconductor substances.

It is proposed that the complex molding process and the scanning process should be unified through the differential envelope principle. After scanning the surface of the part with the contact sensor, the contour coordinates of the measured surface are calculated by the trajectory of the center of the ball, and the contour data of the complex linear surface is extracted. Then, the intelligent analysis and calculation of precision generating surface parameters and quantitative adjustment are carried out, and the exact reverse method of the special line parts with characteristic parameters is studied. There is only micron scale difference between the reverse result and the nominal value. This technology is applied to the closed-loop manufacturing process of gear parts, which reduces the dependence on the artificial experience when the machining parameters of the cylindrical gear processing equipment is adjusted and provides an effective solution for the digital and intelligent manufacturing of the parts.

In an effort to understand a complex picture, clinicians usually compare it with more downtime. But it is not for this purpose that we have to use an even more complex symptom complex as a connector to the reverse method. This is exactly what I will allow myself to adopt when examining the patient present here.

The studied deposit is located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russia). The reservoir formation is represented by bituminous sandstone. The deposit is being developed by steam-gravity drainage (SAGD). The researchers noted that the reservoir has the variability of petrophysical parameters in thickness. The correct adjustment of the lithological model will allow us to assess the variability of the reservoir characteristics by its thickness, which can better predict its reservoir and elastic properties. The article presents the results of the modeling of the mineralogical composition of rocks and the coefficient of total porosity. Results received using the statistical reverse method of constructing a volume model. This method is based on geophysical well logging used to predict the content of rock-forming components of the studied sediments. The use of core data, in particular X-ray phase analysis, made it possible to evaluate the results of the lithological model.

The paper presents a model of moisture transport in wood taking into account diffusion and the accompanying adsorption of water vapour through the skeleton. A two-parameter form of the source term was proposed, depending on the distance of the current moisture content (MC) from the equilibrium state. The tests on cubic samples with a side of 2 cm were carried out which allowed to determine the coefficients of the proposed model on the basis of the reverse method. The tests were performed for pine, larch, oak and ash in all directions of orthotropy. Tests on thin samples were also performed to verify the source term.

The paper presents a model of moisture transport in wood taking into account diffusion and the accompanying adsorption of water vapour through the skeleton. A two-parameter form of the source term was proposed, depending on the distance of the current mass concentration of bound water from the equilibrium state. The tests on cubic samples with a side of 2 cm were carried out which allowed to determine the coefficients of the proposed model on the basis of the reverse method. The tests were performed for pine, larch, oak and ash in all directions of orthotropy. Also the tests on thin samples were performed to verify the source term.
