Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor yang ikut berperan dalam karier individu adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). OCB mengacu pada perilaku peran ekstra karyawan, yaitu perilaku yang bersifat sukarela dan melampaui ekspektasi peran normal. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberlakuan OCB memiliki dampak positif yang kuat pada berbagai hasil kerja individu. Mengingat peran dan dampak OCB dalam organisasi maka perlu disusun instrumen yang tepat untuk mengukur OCB. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyusun instrumen pengukur OCB di kalangan dosen. OCB diukur dari lima dimensi yakni altruism, courtesy, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, dan civic-virtue. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan melihat statistik Cronbach Alpha. Uji validitas ini menggunakan Content Validity Ratio. Validitas isi instrumen diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner yang dirancang kepada panelis yang terdiri dari pakar yang berkecimpung di dunia pendidikan dengan bidang psikologi dan manajemen. Pengujian validitas item sebagai pengukur variabel juga dilakukan dengan analisis Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil uji PCA menunjukkan terbentuknya 10 variabel yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur OCB di kalangan dosen. Total item pernyataan yang membentuk 10 variabel tersebut adalah 36 item pernyataan.

ABSTRACT: Objective: To analyze the prevalence of physical inactivity and the average time of practice of total physical activity and by domains (leisure and commuting), according to gender, age group and schooling, between 2003 and 2015, in residents of the urban area of the city of São Paulo. Methods: Data from Household Health Surveys in the Municipality of São Paulo (2003: n = 2,514; 2015: n = 4,043). The International Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to measure total, leisure, and commuting physical activity. Results were presented in < 10 minute/week periods, physical inactivity and minutes/week, according to evaluation period, sex, age and schooling. Results: Prevalence of < 10 minutes/week periods in 2003 and 2015 were: 22.5 and 28.9% for the total; 56.7 and 58.3% for leisure; and 35.2 and 39.9% for commuting, with significant change only in the total item, among adolescents (10.3 to 18.8%). For physical inactivity, prevalence rates were: 54.9 and 61.6% (total); 78.2 and 78.9% (leisure); and 72 and 79.9% (commuting), with significant changes only for commuting among adults (67.8 to 77.4%). For the average in minutes per week, in total, there was a significant decrease for female adolescents (138.2 minute/week) and adults with 0–8 (122.6 minutes/week) and 9–11 years (96.7 minutes/week) years of schooling; in commuting, there was a reduction for female adolescents (95 minutes/week); and male adults (95 minutes/week) and female adults (82 minutes/week). Conclusions: There were no reductions in the prevalence of < 10 min/week periods or leisure physical inactivity. Commuting physical inactivity has become even more common.

A scale to measure the perception towards dairy-based farmer producer companies (FPC) in India was developed. A list of positive and negative (70:30) items related to the perception towards dairy-based FPCs was prepared based on fourteen criteria advocated by Edward (1969), and 40 such items were got rated by 60 experts with massive knowledge in the field of farmer producer companies. For calculating the scale value, the score of each item was calculated based on an individual expert’s score. The scale took into account the maximum twenty-five percent of total item value with the maximum score and the bottom most twenty-five percent of total item value with the bottom-most score. Finally, the t value was calculated and the items having an at-value of more than 1.75 were selected and incorporated into the final schedule. Based on the calculated values, 36 items were selected and finally, the scale’s reliability is 0.862 and validity is .0844 for the consistency of the results.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan validasi terhadap konten dan item soal pada E-Modul yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi SIGIL berbasis EPUB3 dan melakukan pemetaan terhadap tingkat kesukaran soal dan kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab item soal pada materi statistika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mix-mode yang terdiri dari review literatur, validasi item dan konstruk serta validasi pakar. E-Modul divalidasi menggunakan tiga tahapan, yakni validasi item dan konstruk menggunakan Rasch Model serta validasi konten E-Modul yang dilakukan oleh pakar. Total item tes sebanyak 25 soal pilihan ganda, terdiri dari soal ukuran pemusatan data, ukuran penyebaran data serta penyajian data. Item soal tersebut diuji pada 44 orang siswa level menengah. Hasil pengujian validasi item dan konstruk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 soal yang valid dan reliabel serta tingkat kesukaran item soal terdiri dari sangat sukar, sukar, sedang, mudah dan sangat mudah. Hasil pengujian menggunakan variabel (wright) map menunjukkan bahwa dari 6 soal pilihan ganda yang valid, terdapat 3 soal yang memiliki bias perbedaan yang signifikan (faktor gender) dan masih perlu untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen tes yang masih memiliki bias perbedaan perlu dilakukan perbaikan, namun secara konten materi statistika yang ada pada E-Modul sudah layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran statistika.

The aim of this study is to develop the scale of assignment anxiety for teacher candidates to Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia. The study group of the research consisted of 461 pre-service teachers studying at universities in the Marmara region. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used in the study. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used in the study. Within the scope of the study, first, an exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted with the data obtained from 300 students. Then, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed with the data obtained from the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and the data obtained from 161 students. The result of the AFA shows that the scale consists of 25 items and 3 factors and 71.349% of the total variance was explained. Factors were named as “Anxiety about Assignment, Anxiety about Educational Problems, and Anxiety about Security”. As a result of CFA, it was determined that the scale was item and the fit indexes of the structure obtained were sufficient (χ2/sd= 2.95, RMSEA= .02, SRMR= .07, CFI=.94, GFI=.90, AGFI=.87). Total item correlations of the scale. It varies between .40 and .89. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale was found to vary between .80 and .85 according to sub-factors. Considering these results, it can be said that the scale will measure the anxiety levels of pre-service teachers about being appointed to Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia in a valid and reliable way. Anxiety facing exams refers to the student's tendency to understand evaluativ situations where their performance will be assessed, such as high-risk exams, as they are very threatening. The threat here is their self-esteem, fear will be judged negatively by teachers, friends, or parents.  The purpose of this research is to seek the validity and reliability of the TAI-G scale. This research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples of this study was 101 SMA/SMK students in Magelang with an age range of 15-17 years. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling techniques. The results of the analysis show 21 items declared valid with a correlation of item-Total 0.25, 1 invalid item with a total-item correlation of 0.25, and an alpha reliability of 0.907.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa jauh perbankan syariah Indonesia mengadopsi standar AAOIFI dan IFRS dalam pelaporan keuangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan tahunan bank syariah Indonesia dengan periode tahun 2014- 2018 yang diperoleh dari 11 bank syariah di Indonesia yang dikumpulkan dari web resmi kesebelas bank yang dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah Indonesia lebih condong mengadopsi standar IFRS dalam laporan keuangan tahunannya (annual report), hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan besarnya jumlah persentase perbankan syariah yang dominan memenuhi total item yang dipilih sebagai standar IFRS dalam laporan keuangannya, dibandingkan dengan jumlah persentase perbankan syariah yang memenuhi total item yang dipilih sebagai standar AAOIFI.Kata Kunci : Bank Syariah, IFRS , AAOIFI

The ‘mobbing’ phenomenon is regarded as the actions or behaviour referring to an employee or directed against an employee, comprising persistent and drawn-out harassment or intimidation of that employee. This phenomenon causes substantial negative workplace consequences, but, above all, one should stress the consequences for the victims, which are devastating. This has been observed in a variety of organisations, regardless of the sector and country. Given these facts, the purpose of this study was to identify the prevalence of workplace mobbing in Polish and Lithuanian organisations with regard to corporate social responsibility (CSR). The research sample included a group of 823 entities operating in both countries in both the private and public sectors (410 from Lithuania and 413 from Poland). A closed-type questionnaire was used in the survey. Several research methods including factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, Spearman–Brown, factor loading, and total item correlation were used in our study. The results achieved showed that there were both similarities as well as differences between the analysed organisations. More specifically, our research revealed that: (1) Employee attitude to CSR depends on the company’s sector of activity and the country; (2) In Poland, workplace mobbing is more prevalent in the public sector than in the private, whilst in Lithuania there were no substantial differences; (3) Organisations that implemented the CSR concept showed less imposed mobbing prevalence; and (4) Employees who faced mobbing in the workplace had worse relationships with clients and users of the company’s services/products.
