The present article introduces eight empirically-tested concepts that guide the crealectic practice of philosophical counseling: philosophical health, deep listening, the Creal, the possible, imparadisation, deep orientation, eudynamia , and mental heroism. The crealectic framework is grounded on a process-philosophy axiom of absolute possibility and continuous cosmological and cosmopolitical creation, termed "Creal". The approach also posits that there are three complementary modes of intelligence, namely analytic, dialectic, and crealectic, the balance of which is necessary to live a healthy human life. Beyond what is physically possible and psychologically possible, an underestimated force of social and personal deployment is the philosophical possible . In a context of personal counseling and philosophical care, the crealectic approach endeavors to slowly connect the patient to a field of harmonious and generative potentiality termed eudynamia.

Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis.Tuberkulosis disebabkan oleh bakteri atau kuman Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis.Kuman ini mudah menular lewat udara sehingga penyakit ini sering dikaitkan dengan penyakit paru walaupun sebenarnya kuman ini tidak hanya menyerang paru-paru saja.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku sebelum dan sesudah diberikan konseling personal terhadap perilaku pencegahan penularan TB paru di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon. Desain penelitian ini quasi eksperimen yang digunakan adalah one group Pretest Postest. Subyek penelitian ini adalah penderita TB paru di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon tahun 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampel dengan jumlah 24 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar angket perilaku pencegahan penularan TB paru. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan konseling personal dengan niali rata-rata 66,7% dengan kategori perilaku pencegahan penularan  rendah, dan sesudah diberikan konseling personal didapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata 100% dengan kategori memiliki perilaku tinggi terhadap perilaku pencegahan penularan TB paru. Dari uji paired t test didapatkan nilai p value adalah signifikan 0,000 (a < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh konseling personal terhadap perilaku pencegahan penularan TB paru di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Plumbon Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2019.Kata kunci    : Konseling Personal, TB Paru, Perilaku Pencegahan Penularan    ABSTRACTTuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is caused by bacteria or Mycrobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. This bacterium is easily transmitted through the air so that the disease is often associated with lung disease even though these germs do not only attack the lungs. The purpose of this study is to knowing changes in behavior before and after personal counseling on the prevention behavior of pulmonary TB transmission in the Work Area of the UPT Plumbon Health Center in Cirebon Regency. The design of this quasi-experimental study used was one group pretest posttest. The subjects of this study were pulmonary TB patients in the Work Area of the UPT Plumbon Public Health Center in Cirebon Regency in 2019. The sampling technique used a total sample of 24 respondents. The research instruments used were questionnaires. prevention behavior of pulmonary TB transmission. The data analysis used is the paired t test. The results showed that before being given personal counseling with an average score of 66.7% with the category of low transmission prevention behavior, and after being given personal counseling the results of the average score were 100% with the category having high behavior towards the prevention behavior of pulmonary TB transmission. The statistical test results obtained with a significant value of 0,00 can be concluded that there is an effect of personal counseling on the prevention behavior of pulmonary TB transmission in the Work Area of the Cirebon District Plumbon Public Health Unit in 2019.Keywords : Personal Counseling, Pulmonary TB, Behavior Prevention of Transmission

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas fenomena banyaknya bermunculan boarding school dengan siswa yang memiliki keragaman budaya atau memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda. Kergaman budaya tidak hanya menunjukkan kekayaan budaya tetapi memungkinkan munculnya prasangka-prasangka yang menjurus ke perselisihan antar siswa, pelanggaran norma sosial karena egois budaya masing-masing. Untuk menumbuhkan kebersamaan, toleransi dan penghargaan terhadap budaya lainnya siswa perlu memiliki kemampuan penyesusaian diri, terutama dalam menghadapi keragaman budayanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif pengembangan (research and development) yang diarahkan sebagai a process used to develop and validate educational product (Borg dan Gall, 1989). Produk penelitian ini adalah program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi sosial untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Banjarmasin yang tergolong boarding school dengan keragaman budaya siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan dan konseling pribadi sosial secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa terhadap keragaman budaya. Artinya program yang disusun telah mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap budaya sendiri, budaya lain, norma atau sistem nilai yang berlaku dalam lingkungannya, dan memiliki kemampuan bagaimana berperilaku dalam lingkungannya._________________________________________________________ This research is motivated by the phenomenon of many emerging boarding schools with students who have cultural diversity or have different cultural backgrounds. Cultural diversity not only shows cultural richness but allows the emergence of prejudices that lead to disputes between students, violations of social norms due to the selfish culture of each. To foster togetherness, tolerance and respect for other cultures students need to have the ability to adapt themselves, especially in dealing with cultural diversity. This research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive method of development (research and development) which is directed as a process used to develop and validate educational products (Borg and Gall, 1989). The product of this research is a personal tutoring and social counseling program to improve students' adaptability abilities. The study was conducted at the SMK Negeri 2 Banjarmasin which was classified as boarding school with the diversity of students' cultures. The population of this study was grade X students. The research findings showed that social counseling and personal counseling programs were significantly able to improve students' adaptability to cultural diversity. This means that the programs that have been prepared have been able to increase understanding and awareness of one's own culture, other cultures, norms or value systems that apply in their environment, and have the ability to behave in their environment.

Abstract Since the fifties of the twentieth century Roman-catholic or ecumenical student parishes exist in all university cities in the Netherlands. The history of these parishes goes back to the end of the nineteenth century, when Roman-catholic students started to organize to armor themselves intellectually and morally against antipapism and positivism. All these student associations had a so called ‘moderator’, a spiritual advisor in a leading role. In the first decennia the moderator had a strong influence on the policy and programming of the associations. During the century however the associations grew and also got a social function, becoming full student associations next to the existing student corpora. During World War II most students had to go into hiding in order not to get caught for the German Arbeitseinsatz. The moderators did what they could to keep in touch with them, personally and with stenciled letters, and directed themselves not only to the association members, but to all catholic students.After the war this orientation to all Catholics was formalized by founding student parishes, and in the sixties moderatorship disappeared. In the early seventies these student parishes stood in the forefront of the renewal movement of Dutch Catholicism. Afterwards, as a consequence of the secularization, the accent of the student chaplains shifted to personal counseling, meditation and other activities concerning personal growth.

Binuang Vocational High School 1 often found students lacking in concentration in class when the lesson took place. Based on the identification of the problem, due to lack of understanding of students in dealing with emotional students faced in the implementation of learning. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on the effect of personal counseling services in improving intellectual and emotional intelligence. The aim is to find out how much influence personal counseling services have on intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. This research was carried out on 11 August to September 2017 with a location in Binuang 1 Vocational High School. The data is collected through interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. The study sample was taken through three stages, the school level was appointed, the class determination (two classes) was appointed, and then continued with a simple random to determine 30 respondents. Data analysis using regression results of the study shows that X against Y1 F count (18,380) is greater than F table α 0,05 df 1/28 (4.20), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. X against (Y2), the calculated F value (22,413) is greater than F table (4.20) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Personal counseling services affect intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. It was concluded that the variable personal counseling service (X) can be used as a recommended variable in estimating the variables Y1 and Y2.

This research was carried out based on the phenomenon that occurred in MAN 1 Banjarmasin lack of discipline in these students quite happened in school, students who were late coming to school, dressed not according to the rules, often did not go to school and this is often complained by subject teachers and teachers other teacher. In this case it is necessary to involve teachers in guidance and counseling in dealing with students who are less disciplined. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve student discipline and whether the teacher's guidance and counseling strategies will be used in improving student discipline. The objectives to be achieved in this study want to know the teacher's guidance and counseling strategies and what strategies will be used. This research was conducted by interviewing all the guidance and counseling teachers in MAN 1 Banjarmasin as informants. The method used was qualitative method. The conclusion was that the guidance and counseling teacher had a strategy in improving student discipline because the guidance and counseling teacher or commonly called counselor had responsibility full in improving student discipline. Guidance and counseling teachers choose individual counseling strategies because specifically personal counseling between a counselor and students. In this individual counseling it is expected that the counselee can change attitudes, self-decisions so that students can better adapt themselves and the surrounding community. <p class="Abstrak">This study describing the self disclosure husband in young married couple. Type of the research is quantitative descriptive. Research subjects are young age couples who totaled 42 men. Instruments used for data collection is a likert model scale. Dana analyzed is using percentage and interval. The results of this reseach is self disclosure husband in the open category.Based on finding of research, hopefully the counselor can provide professional assistance with information services and personal counseling to help young couple to enhancing self dislcosure.</p>
