The studies, which may reveal some elements of regulation between the metabolic processes of proteins (at the level of translation and changes in the amino acid spectrum) as well as catabolism and anabolism of carbohydrates under conditions of pathological deviations of the functioning of the animal organism, are promising, and the search for protective substances of a different nature is necessary. The aim is to study and analyze a bio protectors’ effect on the composition of some amino acids under alcohol-induced oxidative stress. During the experimental period, changes in the body weight of rats confirm the depressant effect of alcohol on the dynamics of weight gain of animals during their growth and development, and the positive protective effect of betaine and additives (protein+minerals). The increased activity of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, γ-glutamyltransferase in the blood serum of rats in experimental groups of animals with the absence of protectors’ substances in the diet indicates a deviation in the functional capacity of the liver. The determined indices of the content of creatinine and urea were increased significantly that points out on possible pathological deviation of the kidney. Under alcohol substances, changes of such biochemical indexes value as lactate dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase, and catalase, and the content of malonic dialdehyde indicate oxidative stress. In the case of bio protectors’ presence, values of biochemical parameters become to ones in the animals of control groups. It was observed, that betaine has a higher potential for the correction of the above pathological abnormalities than protein-containing additives with minerals in the form of chelate, but the last is perspective for further study and their use as a raw material for the development of more complex bio protectors

For many years, ß-blockers have been used to treat patients with coronary heart disease. In patients with stable angina, the effect of ß-blockers on the amino acid spectrum of blood serum has been studied. Its violation is considered as one of the pathogenetic links in the development of atherosclerosis. The study showed a more efficient action of nebivolol compared to bisoprolol on the amino acid imbalance. In patients with stable angina against the background of antianginal therapy, which included bisoprolol and nebivolol, there was a significant decrease in the total amount of amino acids, the amount of essential amino acids, and the amount of essential amino acids compared to the treatment. Against the background of the nebivolol treatment, there is a positive dynamics of sulfur-containing amino acids (methionine level was maintained, taurine level was significantly increased, cystine level was normalized), isoleucine level was normalized, which indirectly indicates cardioprotective and angiprotective effect of nebivolol.

Introduction. Ischemic heart disease is the leading nosology calunit in the structure of cardiovascular diseases interms of disability and mortality among the population of Ukraine. The purpose. To improve the treatment of patients with stable angina by studying the effect of L-arginine on the balance of essential amino acids in blood plasma. Material and methods. It was examined 85 patients with stable angina. They were divided into two groups: group Ipatients received antianginal basic therapy, group II patients received basic antianginal therapy and L-arginine. The amino acid spectrum of patients' blood plasma was studied by ion-exchange liquid column chromatography, using an automatic amino acid analyzer T-339 Microtechna (Czech Republic, Prague). Results and discussion. In patients with stable angina who received basic therapy and L-arginine, in contrast to patients who received only basic therapy, plasma levels of arginine became normalized, which probably contributes to the synthesis of NO. The level of valine, leucine and isoleucine, which provide the synthesis of acyl-CoA and succinyl-CoA, became also normalized.Conclusion. Administration of L-arginine to patients with stable angina together with antianginal therapy helps to correct plasma amino acid imbalances, which is likely to effectively affect the course of the disease and prognosis.

It is now known that the human body suffering from coronary heart disease is trying to adapt to new working conditions through biochemical rearrangements, one of which is to increase the involvement of amino acids in car diomyocyte metabolism. Amino acids are metabolized in the myocardium under normal conditions, myocardial ischemia leads to a major restructuring of biochemical reactions, which increases the use of amino acids as metabolites. It is proved that myocardial ischemia, painless myocardial ischemia, and group ventricular extrasystoles are prognostic indicators of the adverse course of ischemic heart disease. According to the results of the study, in patients with stable (SA) or unstable angina (UA), the reliable correlations between the frequency of group ventricular extrasystoles and painless or painful myocardial ischemia with the levels of arginine, the amount of sulfur-containing amino acids and amino acids with branched lateral chain are formed. This indicates the pathogenetic role of the imbalance of the amino acid spectrum of blood plasma in the development of atherosclerosis, destabilization of coronary circulation, and the emergence of cardiac arrhythmia.

Using the method of determining the amino acid spectrum in daily urine is important for conducting early diagnosis of many diseases and hereditary metabolic defects, reflecting the complete picture of the amino acid state in the patient's body. The study of 24-hour urine makes it possible to avoid difficulties with the transportation and storage of biomaterial. Evaluation of the results of the study made it possible to identify the lack of nutrition among schoolchildren, helped to adjust nutrition to weakened children and improve the physical and mental performance of schoolchildren. The examined weakened children did not suffer from this or that form of pathology of metabolism. The presented changes in the concentration of amino acids in the urine of schoolchildren before the reception of the dairy product "Formula Growth Standard" and after taking dairy products demonstrated the modern possibilities of personal selection of diet therapy and improving the quality of life of a teenager.
