Many fundamental principles have been explained in Ayurveda, having specific terminology which cannot be compare with any other terminology in modern medical science and Srotas is one of them, having more function- al importance rather than structural, which are enamors and Akasha Mahabhuta is mainly involves in its constitu- tion. Srotas play a significant role in the circulation and transportation of various materials including micronutri- ents throughout the body, having Khavvaigunya property which provides the space for accumulation of vitiated Dosha & Dushya. In the pathogenesis of any diseases ‘Doshadusya Sammurchhana’ is an important event, which happened in the Srotas and the whole process is known as Srotodusti. It is of 04 type viz. Atipravriti (Increase activity/flow), Sang (Obstruction), Siraagranthi (Reduction of the lumen of the system) & Vimarggaman (Oppo- site direction flow). The management of disease depends upon Srotodusti as well as type of Srotas involved in the pathogenesis of specific disease. The characters of Srotas involve and type of Sroto Dusti affect the treatment plan and as well as the prognosis of disease. Keywords: Srota; Sroto Dusti; Ati Pravriti; Sang; Siragranthi; Vimarggamana.

Amphipathic helices have hydrophobic and hydrophilic/charged residues situated on oppo site faces of the helix. They can anchor peripheral membrane proteins to the membrane, be attached to integral membrane proteins, or exist as independent peptides. Despite the widespread presence of membrane-interacting amphipathic helices, there is no computational tool within Rosetta to model their interactions with membranes. In order to address this need, we developed the AmphiScan protocol with PyRosetta, which runs a grid search to find the most favorable position of an amphipathic helix with respect to the membrane. The performance of the algorithm was tested in benchmarks with the RosettaMembrane, ref2015_memb, and franklin2019 score functions on six engineered and 44 naturally-occurring amphipathic helices using membrane coordinates from the OPM and PDBTM databases, OREMPRO server, and MD simulations for comparison. The AmphiScan protocol predicted the coordinates of amphipathic helices within less than 3Å of the reference structures and identified membrane-embedded residues with a Matthews Correlation Constant (MCC) of up to 0.57. Overall, AmphiScan stands as fast, accurate, and highly-customizable protocol that can be pipelined with other Rosetta and Python applications.

The present study analyzes the essence and main trends in the development of the policy of the Rus-sian autocracy in the national question in the 19th century. The factors that influenced the complica-tion of interethnic relations in the period under con-sideration are identified. The study considers active foreign policy of the Russian Empire that resulted in the annexation of new territories which population was the traditional antagonist of Russians, the na-tion that made the core of the empire’s population. The contradictory nature of the borderland policy of the autocratic government in the 19th century is em-phasized. In this connection, the present study pro-vides analysis of the content of two radically oppo-site models of the policy implementation. In con-clusion it is substantiated that lack of foresight and wrong policy decisions of the supreme authority of the Russian Empire with regard to the acquired terri-tories and their peoples, became one of the key de-terminants of the rapid development of the revolu-tionary crisis and the collapse of the imperial state at the beginning of the 20th century.

The features of the influence of electrical stimulation of the monoaminergic (MA) nuclei of the brain (nR, LC) on effects of the hypothalamic regulation of retinal electrogenesis in condition of experimental retinal dystrophy were studied It is shown that electrical stimulation of the suprachiasmatic nucleus of the hypothalamus (SCH) for 10 days on the background of the destruction of the pigment epithelium leads to the restoration of parameters as electro-retinogramm (ERG) and of the capacities of various structures of the visual analyzer. However, these effects are of short duration and quickly leveled. Preview activation of the various components MA-ergic system of the brain tends to have mixed influence of the effects of hypothalamic regulation. It is shown that the stimulation of nR increases the effects of SCH nuclei of the hypothalamus. In this environment, the recovery of the amplitude of the parameters from recommendation to photostimulation are stored during the time of testing (12 days). In contrast, stimulation of the LC leads to the oppo-site effects. In the current study, we discuss possible mechanisms of MA-ergic neuromodulation of plasticity of the various components of the visual system of the brain.
