Many fundamental principles have been explained in Ayurveda, having specific terminology which cannot be compare with any other terminology in modern medical science and Srotas is one of them, having more function- al importance rather than structural, which are enamors and Akasha Mahabhuta is mainly involves in its constitu- tion. Srotas play a significant role in the circulation and transportation of various materials including micronutri- ents throughout the body, having Khavvaigunya property which provides the space for accumulation of vitiated Dosha & Dushya. In the pathogenesis of any diseases ‘Doshadusya Sammurchhana’ is an important event, which happened in the Srotas and the whole process is known as Srotodusti. It is of 04 type viz. Atipravriti (Increase activity/flow), Sang (Obstruction), Siraagranthi (Reduction of the lumen of the system) & Vimarggaman (Oppo- site direction flow). The management of disease depends upon Srotodusti as well as type of Srotas involved in the pathogenesis of specific disease. The characters of Srotas involve and type of Sroto Dusti affect the treatment plan and as well as the prognosis of disease. Keywords: Srota; Sroto Dusti; Ati Pravriti; Sang; Siragranthi; Vimarggamana.

In federal criminal cases, federal law requires that judges consider the sentences other courts have imposed in factually similar matters. Courts and parties, however, face significant challenges in finding applicable sentencing precedents because judges do not typically issue written sentencing opinions, and transcripts of sentencings are not readily available in advanced searchable databases. At the same time, particularly since the Supreme Court’s 2005 decision in United States v. Booker, sentencing precedent has come to play a significant role in federal sentencing proceedings. By way of example, this article discusses recent cases involving defendants with gambling addictions, and recent cases involving college admissions or testing fraud. The article explores the ways the parties in those cases have used sentencing precedent in their advocacy, as well as the ways the courts involved have used sentencing precedent to justify their decisions. Given the important role of sentencing precedent in federal criminal cases, the article finally looks at ways in which the body of sentencing law could be made more readily available to parties and courts alike.

AbstractThe aim of the paper is to investigate the role of dictionary form (paper versus electronic) in language reception, production and retention. The body of existing research does not give a clear answer as to which dictionary medium benefits users more. Divergent findings from many studies into the topic might stem from differences in research methodology (including the various tasks, participants and dictionaries used by different authors). Even a series of studies conducted by one researcher (Dziemianko, 2010, 2011, 2012b) leads to contradictory conclusions, possibly because of the use of paper and electronic versions of existing dictionaries, and the resulting problem with isolating dictionary form as a factor. To be able to argue with confidence that the results obtained follow from different dictionary formats, rather than presentation issues, research methodology should be improved. To successfully generalize about the significance of the medium for decoding, encoding and learning, the current study replicates previous research, but the presentation of lexicographic data on paper and on screen is now balanced, and the paper/electronic opposition is operationalized more appropriately. A real online dictionary and its paper-based counterpart composed of printouts of screen displays were used in the experiment in which the meaning of English nouns and phrases was explained, and collocations were completed with missing prepositions. A delayed post-test checked the retention of the meanings and collocations. The results indicate that dictionary medium does not play a statistically significant role in reception and production, but it considerably affects retention.

The study of the relationship between somatotypological features of a person and the course of diseases is today an important stage in the development of medical science. The somatotype is genetically determined and is a constant objective characteristic of a person from birth to death. Age changes, illnesses, increased physical activity change the size and shape of the body, but not the somatotype. To date, considerable theoretical and clinical material has been accumulated, which confirms the important role of the somatotype in the emergence and development of pathological processes in the human body. In the literature there are data on somatotypological features of the course of diseases of the respiratory system, cardiovascular and nervous systems, and the gastrointestinal tract. At the same time, when analyzing the literature data, we did not find any work on the effect of the somatotype on the course of benign hyperplasia andprostate cancer. The identification of these patterns will be a valuable contribution to the early diagnosis of the above listed diseases.

Amlapiita is a very common disease of present era and a disease of Annavaha Strotas, and is commonly observed in these days of modernization and industrialization. 30% of the general population is suffering from gastro-oesophageal reflux and gastritis resulting in heartburn. It is very troublesome disease and can give rise to many serious problems if not treated in time. Signs and symptoms of Amlapiita are very similar to gastritis or hyperacidity. According to conventional medical science the most common causes of gastritis are H. pylori infections and prolonged use of Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS). Gastritis is believed to affect about half of people worldwide. In 2015 there were approximately 90 million new cases of this condition. As people get older the disease becomes more common. It, along with a similar condition in the first part of the intestines known as duodenitis, resulted in 50,000 deaths in 2017. The five procedure of Panchakarma done through several procedures purify the body system by removing morbid Doshas from the body. These purification methods are essential components of the curative management of these diseases that are not controlled by palliative management.

Despite sport rebranding becoming an emerging topic for both academia and industry, there has been a limited number of investigations on how sport rebranding influences sport fans. The aim of this study is to investigate how sport rebranding in the form of logo redesign influences fan loyalty. Through an experimental approach, the results indicate that attitude toward rebranding plays a significant role in fan response when sport rebranding occurs. Additional findings suggest that logo evaluation partially mediates the relationship between logo change and brand loyalty. This study makes significant contributions to the body of knowledge on sport rebranding by revealing how fans’ attitudes toward rebranding affects brand loyalty. The proposed model suggests directions for future sport rebranding research, and the paper provides implications for how sport marketers can use various rebranding strategies to improve rebranding outcomes and diminish negative responses from sport fans.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role and rights of women in Islamic and Western views. Islam is a grace to all nature and although we know that women are created from male ribs, Islam never states that women’s degrees are below men. The methodology used literature studies. As for the research results that the role of women is said to be important because of the many heavy loads it has to deal with, even the burdens that men should have been imposing. Women have equal and equal rights in Islam in contrast to those prosecuted by Western women who demand equality and identification between men and women in every respect. The point of departure they use in this is that their rights must be equal, identical and comparable. There is no privilege and primacy for either of them. Equations are different from those of the identities. The gender equations many westerners had buzzed, evidently having permeated into the body of these Muslims' Muslims. They had been fooled by the thoughts of the westerners, not even a few of whom were to screech the thought. Natural law is fixed in nature to have regulated gender relations in society. So, when in society there is and there is a female subordination phenomenon, it is due to female biological factors. Some answers about the low role of public dissector women due to biological constraints, such as menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. All of them became women's inhibitors to play a significant role in society.

Dancing space traceThe aim of this research is to sed light on the latent concern about one of the earliest forms of art which humans being manifest instinctively, the Dance, moreover, the direct connection of this art with the expressive body language, where the artistic anatomy became the protagonist and challenge of this study. According to the facts mentioned above, the work focused on the body that slides into the precise time as well as the narrative space in which is decoded it self on the dance track, that represents it’s identify, moreover led my final goal to reach. Something ephemeral, it’s footprint, representation, what’s more it’s own voice. Furthermore, it is a reflection of how a picture of the anatomic body, as well as it’s own dance, can be represented through the space and time dimensions as any sort of creation. Whether sculptural, painterly, scenic, musical, photographic, so on. It claims to be noted the significant role of time and space on the dance as transfers and translate the different types of languages developing and modifying the spacial translation.

Leadership has significant impact on strategic management process. Especially it helps to determine the vision and mission of the organization. Further, it facilitates the organization to execute effective strategies to achieve that vision. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of leadership in strategy formulation and implementation by reviewing the existing literature. The study reveals that leadership serves as a link between the soul and the body of an organization. For the successful implementation of strategies, the challenge of leadership is to be strong but not rude, be kind but not weak, be humble but not timid, be proud but not arrogant, have humor but without folly. Leadership has to have the evaluation process to ensure the effectiveness of the whole process, and this aspect will facilitate to identify the drawbacks and to make fresh the strategies in line with the change as well. Moreover, this evaluation process is able to help and sustain the constant growth of the institution. Thus, it can be said that leadership is known as the nucleus of the organization, and it should have the pivotal role like the role of blood and brain; as a result, the outcomes of the success can be guaranteed and be shared.

New digital devices monitoring the body are increasingly used as research devices. As highly intimate new media objects, placed next to our skin, they challenge our notions of privacy and contribute to the generation of affects—disrupting considerations of “successful” research. In this article, we offer an auto-ethnographic study of (not) using a wearable sleep-tracking device, the ŌURA smart ring, as a research device. We discuss the unexpected, intense affects we experienced when attempting to use the ring during a “failed” research process, feeling enchanted and harassed by it in turn. Reflecting on our affects enables us to identify different forms of intimacy: those related to disrupting the bodily norms of academia, and those disrupting the privacy of the sleeping body. To conclude, we discuss the potential of these disruptions to offer a better understanding of the significant role of the thing-power of research devices in qualitative research process.
