The impact of food advertising on consumer behavior is a matter of concern to psychologists, marketers, economists and the general public alike. It is well known that the consumer is not rational, and all the time does not carefully evaluate all available alternatives before purchase. There exist many stimuli influencing consumer behavior, which refers to the study of buying tendencies of consumers. There are several stages a consumer goes through before he finally picks up products available in the market. Various factors, be it cultural, social, personal or psychological, influence the buying decision of individuals. Submitted paper deals with the impact of inappropriate advertising on consumer behavior, namely the purchase of food. Related research was conducted at Department of Marketing and Trade, FEM SUA in Nitra, based on a questionnaire survey with a sample of 702 respondents from the Slovak Republic. We have used two research methods: Chi Square contingency test and Kolmogorov – Smirnov test. Obtained results proved that 38% of respondents have a personal experience with inappropriate food advertising and most respondents considered inappropriate food advertising as a deceptive, misleading and manipulative one. It was confirmed that the perception of inappropriate food advertising is not dependent on the age of the respondents and respondents do not avoid buying food previously seen in inappropriate advertising. They take into consideration more important characteristics and features of the food products such as quality, price, taste etc.

Syndrome dyspepsia often occurred and still be health problems in the society. The prevalence of cases of occurrence of symptoms syndrome dyspepsia in Western countries is around 23%-41% and in Indonesia the case of syndrome dyspepsia that came for medical to health services about 30%-60%. The cause of the symptoms of the syndrome dyspepsia is afactor of stress. This research purposed to know the relation of stress level with incident syndrome dyspepsia. The research was carried out on children ages 10-14 years in the working area Bluto Puskesmas. This research use analytic correlative study design with crosssectional approach (α = 0,05). The respondents in this study amounted to 47 people who are taked by using simple random sampling. The instruments used are questionnaire DASS 42 to measure the stress levels and Form Check List to measure incidence syndrome dyspepsia. Data analysis using the Coefficient Contingency Test to find out the relation between the two variables. The results showed no relationship stress levels with occurrence syndrome dyspepsiain children age 10-14 years who are in the working area Bluto Puskesmas (p = 0.327.r = 0.213). Many levels of stress occurs is mild stress level while the symptoms of the syndrome dyspepsia are most dominant is heartburn when hungry. The factors that caused the syndrom dyspepsia in children not just because factor of stress, but several the other factors also affect happen syndrome dyspepsia like an increase in the secretion of gastric acid, Helicobacter pylori infection, Dismotitilitas gastrointestinal stimulation threshold of perception, autonomic Dysfunction, the activity of the gastric mioelektrik, the role of Diet, hormonal and environmental factors, psychological, and genetic factors. Need to be researched again the other factors that might relate to or be the cause of the syndrome dyspepsia in children ages 10-14 years in the working area Bluto Puskesmas.

Curly top of sugar beet is a serious, yield-limiting disease in semiarid production areas caused by Beet curly top virus (BCTV) and transmitted by the beet leafhopper. One of the primary means of control for BCTV in sugar beet is host resistance but effectiveness of resistance can vary among BCTV strains. Strain prevalence among BCTV populations was last investigated in Idaho and Oregon during a 2006-to-2007 collection but changes in disease severity suggested a need for reevaluation. Therefore, 406 leaf samples symptomatic for curly top were collected from sugar beet plants in commercial sugar beet fields in Idaho and Oregon from 2012 to 2015. DNA was isolated and BCTV strain composition was investigated based on polymerase chain reaction assays with strain-specific primers for the Severe (Svr) and California/Logan (CA/Logan) strains and primers that amplified a group of Worland (Wor)-like strains. The BCTV strain distribution averaged 2% Svr, 30% CA/Logan, and 87% Wor-like (16% had mixed infections), which differed from the previously published 2006-to-2007 collection (87% Svr, 7% CA/Logan, and 60% Wor-like; 59% mixed infections) based on a contingency test (P < 0.0001). Whole-genome sequencing (GenBank accessions KT276895 to KT276920 and KX867015 to KX867057) with overlapping primers found that the Wor-like strains included Wor, Colorado and a previously undescribed strain designated Kimberly1. Results confirm a shift from Svr being one of the dominant BCTV strains in commercial sugar beet fields in 2006 to 2007 to becoming undetectable at times during recent years.
