In order to meet the low latency and high throughput requirements of data transmission in 5th generation (5G) New Radio (NR), it is necessary to minimize the low power encoding hardware latency on transmitter and achieve lower base station power consumption within a fixed transmission time interval (TTI). This paper investigates parallel design and implementation of 5G quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) codes encoder. The designed QC-LDPC encoder employs a multi-channel parallel structure to obtain multiple parity check bits and thus reduce encoding latency significantly. The proposed encoder maps high parallelism encoding algorithms to a configurable circuit architecture, achieving flexibility and support for all 5G NR code length and code rate. The experimental results show that under the 800 MHz system frequency, the achieved data throughput ranges from 62 to 257.9 Gbps, and the maximum code length encoding time under base graph 1 (BG1) is only 33.75 ns, which is the critical encoding time of our proposed encoder. Finally, our proposed encoder was synthesized on SMIC 28 nm CMOS technology; the result confirmed the effectiveness and feasibility of our design.

Multi-hop remote innovation improve the a few properties (limit and scope) in a financially savvy way and it has been present in Fourth-Generation (4G) norms. A multi-hop  remote framework is can be clarified in better path like as multi-hop and time-opened yet the compelling limit idea is produced in view of single-jump and nonstop time correspondence frameworks. So two idea are utilized to portray the conduct of framework: the multi-jump successful limit idea for multi-bounce systems and the Mixed Continuous/Discrete-Time (MCDT) viable limit idea for time-opened systems coming about in this way there are two ways are include to approve these two idea on perfect remote interchanges, bundles navigate various remote system gadgets and parcels are transmitted to or gotten from a remote system gadget each Transmission Time Interval (TTI). So in the field of Multi-hop remote Network, the paper concept enhance the execution.

A key technique of LTE is how to allocate efficiently the resource of radio spectrum. Traditional Round Robin (RR) scheduling scheme may lead to too many resource residues when allocating resources. When the number of users in the current transmission time interval (TTI) is not the greatest common divisor of resource block groups (RBGs), and such a phenomenon lasts for a long time, the spectrum utilization would be greatly decreased. In this paper, a novel spectrum allocation scheme of cognitive gateway (CG) was proposed, in which the LTE spectrum utilization and CG’s throughput were greatly increased by allocating idle resource blocks in the shared TTI in LTE system to CG. Our simulation results show that the spectrum resource sharing method can improve LTE spectral utilization and increase the CG’s throughput as well as network use time.

The spilled oil alarming and tracking buoy system includes monitoring software and hardware, oil spillage sensor, and spilled oil alarming and tracking buoys. To buoy terminal directly after water, GPS positioning signal, and micro will be parsed real-time location information (position, speed, time, etc.) through wireless communication system (satellite networks or GSM network) to monitor the platform. Monitoring software can in electronic chart intuitive to display buoy, send the real-time controlled buoy updating, and change the transmission time interval.

In Ad hoc On-Demand Distance Vector Routing (AODV) protocol, numerous control messages consume a large quantity of the network resources, which deteriorates the effectiveness of AODV. In this paper, Fuzzy Velocity-based AODV (FV-AODV) is proposed for improving the reliability and effectiveness of AODV in wireless mobile ad hoc network (MANET). According to the velocities of network nodes, FV-AODV adaptively adjusts the HELLO_INTERVAL, which is the transmission time interval of two successive HELLO messages. The simulation results demonstrate that the reliability and effectiveness of FV-AODV are improved comparing with AODV.
