Professional teachers hold the main key to improving the quality of education in the future. As for the formulation problem in this study, how is the professionalism of teachers in Elementary school State of West Perak VI?. This study aims to determine the professionalism of teachers in Elementary school State of West Perak VI . The approach used in this research is Qualitative with the interview method. The research data dan comes from the headmaster and teachers. The subjects of this study were four informants, namely one headmaster, one Christian religion subject teacher and two class teachers. The reason the researcher took the subject was based on the consideration of the headmaster that due to limited time and energy it was better to take the four informats. Data collection was done by interviewing techniques. atlas. ti and drawing conclusions were used to process the interview data. The result showed that the teachers at SDN Perak Barat VI had carried out their duties professionally. It is recommended for teacher profesionalism in the teaching and learning process.

Pelatihan olah seni vokal berbasis elekton pada murid autis di SLB Negeri 1 Makassar

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) in SLBN 1 Makassar City. The formulation problem is: disability students who are autistic as students who experience disabilities both in terms of mental aspects and in terms of communication disorders. But, have a number of potential that should be proud of his parents, siblings, environment, and at school community, nation and state. Potential superior in question is superior talent in vocal arts, music, classy call to pray, and other potentials. This fact was demonstrated by one of the students of the PLB FIP UNM Department, demonstrating an extraordinary talent in playing electronic keyboards while singing (musical talent), even though they were very blind. In the commemoration of international disability day in the auditorium of Amanagappa, there were autistic children with talent in vocal arts. The external target was training in singing national anthems. The method used was lecture and training. The results achieved were the four autistic children who were trained in electronic-based vocals were able to sing two national anthems, namely independence day and cheers.

Village funds allocation is a form of village right fulfillment to organize village autonomy in order to grow and develope to follow the village growth it self base on the diversity, partipatory, pure autonomy, democracy and empowerment of society. One of reasons why the village funds allocation (ADD) was needed and ADD wisedom in same line with regional autonomy note when the village placed as base of decentralize ADD wisedom realy relevant with perspective that placed the village as base of participation. formulation problem in this research is there any influences ADD to the society welfare in Air Hangat village at Air Hangat Timur district Kerinci regency and how far the influences, this research had done in air hangat timur kerinci regency. The population in this research were 312 KK and samples used 31 KK. This a quantitative research which used the numbering during the data collection, data overnmenton, and data presentation. The result of this research were there positive significant influences between village funds allocation to the society welfare of Air Hangat village Air Hangat Timur district Kerinci regency. The influences of village funds allocation (ADD) to the society welfare was 15,3%. As writer suggestion to the village overnment Air Hangat to more attention about overnment activities of monitoring and overnment to the ADD implementation in order to the ADD right targeted, then the village overnment Air Hangat also more attention of educational degrees and health services of society in order to the education or healt services will accessed easily by whole society elements.

Kelentangan Dalam Ritual Merangin Pada Upacara Erau di Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur

Merangin is one of the ritual stages in erau ceremony. Erau is a ceremony that held once a year to celebrate anniversary Tenggarong city. In this ceremony, there some rituals that should be held, one of them is merangin, that include in pra erau stage which have purpose to open the communicate with the unseen world. Ritual merangin is held in Serapo belian and done by belian (people who can talks the spell) for three nights. Merangin in implemetation presenting kelentangan ansamble that will be played from the beginning till the end ritual. The main purpose from ritual merangin is to telling the unseen things to attend the erau ceremony and to guard Kutai Kartanegara during the ceremony. This research using descriptive method of analysis with anthropological and ethnomusicology approach. Then, the next step is collecting the data with literature review, observation, interview and documentation to ritual merangin that held on 19th till 22nd of July 2017. This research also using theory of music function by Alan P. Merriam, cultural theory by Clifford Geertz and form of music science by Karl Edmund Prier SJ to analize the data and the answering the formulation problem. The result of this research is ritual merangin that presenting kelentangan ansamble having linkages that cant be separated because the ansamble is the part of the ritual. Kelentangan in ritual merangin have some function, that is ritual function, communication media function, and physical response function. The song that played by kelentangan ansamble having pattern which is the simple one and sounded repeated to create magical atmosphere so the message in the communication can be delivered to the unseen things.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE SAW DALAM MENENTUKAN MEDIA PROMOSI (STUDI KASUS PADA LPP LPS KOMPUTER AIR JOMAN)

Abstrak: Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pelatihan LPS Komputer Air Joman berdiri sejak tahun 2010 dibawah naungan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan. Ditinjau dari sisi letaknya yang berada diantara Kota Kisaran dengan Kota Masya Tanjung Balai maka LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman harus bekerja lebih keras untuk dapat menarik minat konsumen untuk belajar di lembaga tersebut. Untuk itu perlu pemilihan media promosi yang tepat. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode SAW dalam menentukan media promosi terbaik bagi LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman. Tujuannya adalah mengimplementasikan media SAW dalam menentukan media promosi yang tepat bagi LPP LPS Komputer Air Joman. Pemilihan media promosi dilakukan dengan metode Simple Additive Weithing (SAW). Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah: menentukan nilai kriteria masing-masing alternativ , menentukan bobot , melakukan normalisasi matrik dan melakukan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan ke skala yang dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternative. Hasil Penelitiannya adalah bauran promosi dengan alternative Promosi Penjualan sebagai media yang terbaik dengan nilai 1,75. The formulation problem in this research is how to implement SAW method in determining the best promotion media for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The goal is to implement SAW media in determining the right media promotion for LPP LPS Computer Air Joman. The selection of promotion media is done by Simple Additive Weithing (SAW) method. The steps taken are: determine the criteria value of each alternative, determine the weight, normalize the matrix and perform the process of normalizing the decision matrix to the scale compared with all the alternative rating. The result of the research is promotion mix with Sales Promotion alternative as the best media with value 1.75. A Preconditioned Iterative Approach for Efficient Full Chip Thermal Analysis on Massively Parallel Platforms

Efficient full-chip thermal simulation is among the most challenging problems facing the EDA industry today, especially for modern 3D integrated circuits, due to the huge linear systems resulting from thermal modeling approaches that require unreasonably long computational times. While the formulation problem, by applying a thermal equivalent circuit, is prevalent and can be easily constructed, the corresponding 3D equations network has an undesirable time-consuming numerical simulation. Direct linear solvers are not capable of handling such huge problems, and iterative methods are the only feasible approach. In this paper, we propose a computationally-efficient iterative method with a parallel preconditioned technique that exploits the resources of massively-parallel architectures such as Graphic Processor Units (GPUs). Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a speedup of 2.2× in CPU execution and a 26.93× speedup in GPU execution over the state-of-the-art iterative method.
