Merangin is one of the ritual stages in erau ceremony. Erau is a ceremony that held once a year to celebrate anniversary Tenggarong city. In this ceremony, there some rituals that should be held, one of them is merangin, that include in pra erau stage which have purpose to open the communicate with the unseen world. Ritual merangin is held in Serapo belian and done by belian (people who can talks the spell) for three nights. Merangin in implemetation presenting kelentangan ansamble that will be played from the beginning till the end ritual. The main purpose from ritual merangin is to telling the unseen things to attend the erau ceremony and to guard Kutai Kartanegara during the ceremony.            This research using descriptive method of analysis with anthropological and ethnomusicology approach. Then, the next  step is collecting the data with literature review, observation, interview and documentation to ritual merangin that held on 19th till 22nd of July 2017. This research also using theory of music function by Alan P. Merriam, cultural theory by Clifford Geertz and form of music science by Karl Edmund Prier SJ to analize the data and the answering the formulation problem.            The result of this research is ritual merangin that presenting kelentangan ansamble having linkages that cant be separated because the ansamble is the part of the ritual. Kelentangan in ritual merangin have some function, that is ritual function, communication media function, and physical response function. The song that played by kelentangan ansamble having pattern which is the simple one and sounded repeated to create magical atmosphere so the message in the communication can be delivered to the unseen things.

AbstractPregnant women are very susceptible to anemia due to lack of food reserves and before pregnancy they were already anemic. Pregnant women need more iron intake than before pregnancy. Problems in pregnant women are problems in pregnancy that can cause anemia. This literature review aims to determine the description of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women from various articles. This study uses a descriptive method with a literature review approach. Search articles through PubMed and Google Scholar according to keywords and then analyzed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria and found 5 articles and reviewed using the Joanna Instrument (JBI). The description of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women showed anemia as many as 258 respondents (35.3%) and those who experienced anemia were not as many as 472 respondents (64.7%). In this literature review, it was concluded that most pregnant women did not experience anemia.Keywords: Anemia, Pregnant Women AbstrakIbu hamil sangat rentan mengalami anemia karena cadangan makanan kurang dan pada saat sebelum hamil sudah mengalami anemia. Ibu hamil membutuhkan asupan zat besi yang lebih banyak dibandingkan saat sebelum hamil. Permasalahan pada ibu hamil adalah masalah – masalah dalam kehamilan yang dapat menimbulkan anemia. Literatur Review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kejadian Anemia Pada Ibu Hamil dari berbagai artikel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan literature review. Pencarian artikel melalui PubMed dan Google Scholar sesuai dengan kata kunci kemudian dianalisa sesuai dengan keriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan ditemukan 5 artikel dan di review menggunakan Instrument Joanna (JBI). Gambaran kejadian Anemia pada ibu hamil didapatkan hasil anemia sebanyak 258 responden (35,3%) dan yang mengalami tidak anemia sebanyak 472 responden (64,7%). Dalam penelitian literature review ini disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil tidak mengalami anemia.Kata kunci : Anemia, Ibu Hamil

The objectives of this research were to examine the Influence of Principal Leadership toward Teacher Performance. This research consists of independent variables (Principal Leadership) and the dependent variable (Teacher performance). This research was used a qualitative descriptive method by Literature Review. Data collected by a search engine, google scholar, to search the articles with keywords. Principal’s leadership and teacher performance. Based on the results of the literature review we found that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance across various countries, in general, it can be concluded that there is the influence of principal leadership toward teacher performance.

The sar culture is the pre-existing culture of the Kanum tribe whose implementation is aimed to maintain and preserve nature. Sar culture not only has a positive influence on the environment, but it also represents symbolic violence against women and the Kanum people. This research is aimed to describe sar culture based on the theory of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. This research involved a qualitative descriptive method, in which the data was obtained from in-depth interviews with Kanum tribal head, Kanum tribe elders, and some village residents involved in sar, observation in Naukenjerai district, and supported by literature review. All collected data were then analyzed descriptively according to the concepts of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. The research results show that sar culture is a habitus resulting from an interaction between human beings and their nature that has existed for long before. Besides that, there is symbolic violence to the Kanum women and also to the Kaum people, which done by the Kanum men and the leaders of the Kanum tribe as the dominant actors.

With the development of information technology, document management is now done digitally and paperless. Document management is also carried out as an implementation of knowledge sharing activities in an organization. Document management as a part of knowledge sharing activities is one of which is carried out by Bina Nusantara University (Binus). This article is compiled to find out how document management is an implementation of knowledge sharing in the Binus University environment. The method used is descriptive method of conducting interviews and literature review. From the research conducted, Binus University developed the Binus portal as a forum for employees to carry out knowledge sharing activities as well as manage documents in the organization. The managed documents include institutional documents such as organizational structure documents, business processes, duties and functions of each directorate, training materials, references in carrying out assignments, sharing expertise, case studies, case-based reasoning, as well as documents in the form of ideas, innovations, and opinions written in popular form by employees at Binus.

This paper aims to discuss the existence of a form of gondang at the ritual ceremony of Si Pahasada, and how its function at the ritual ceremony of Si Pahasada in Huta High of North Sumatra is the subject matter to be discussed. The method used in this study is by using descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data is done through observation, interview, documentation, and bibliography. In this study it is found that there are 12 dishes reportoar gondang kesumpaan presented during this ritual. In this study also found eight functions of gondang in the ritual of Parmalim Si Pahasada, namely: 1) Aesthetic function, 2) communication functions, 3) symbolic functions, 4) physical response function, 5) enforcing social norms, 5) validation of social institutions. 6) religious ritual function, 7) cultural continuity and stability, 8) contribution to community integration.

Telepresence can be defined as a system that provides remote collaboration between people in different locations, creating the feeling that both users share in fact the environment. The advances in communication, media and internet, has made possible the popularization of these systems. Smartphones have become increasingly powerful in processing, less expensive and more widespread. A single device combines various sensors, one or more cameras and internet connection, thus a potential hardware for telepresence applications. The main objective of this paper is to present a Systematic Literature Review to identify the main characteristics of immersive telepresence systems designed for mobile environment and to analyze research opportunities that can be further exploited or optimized. This research revealed that the development of immersive telepresence systems for mobile devices has increased in recent years, but is not yet widespread.

Changing Karo language into a modern written language is certainly not an easy matter. Karo society does not want to be involved to improve, develop, and preserve the Karo language. Therefore, in this research we will examine the role of surat ukat in Karo Singalor Lau Karo District. Surat ukat can serve as a way of life in every action in Karonese life so that people can live harmonious and peacefully. The method that used in this research is descriptive method and interview. The theory that used is cultural theory.  This study describes about the role of surat ukat in the Karo community Singalor Lau  Karo District can be distinguished on: surat ukat in deeds, surat ukat in thoughts, surat ukat in the household and surat ukat for students.  From the results above, can be concluded that the Karo people have surat ukat as a guide to life in sangkep geluh in ancient times, while in the present, the younger generation is rarely know and use the surat ukat. We suggest the Karo community to life their daily life based on surat ukat so that they can live in harmony and good.

Humans are social beings who mutually cooperate and interact with each other that have an impact on the changes and dynamics of a complex life, both individually and in groups that may be able to uphold the value and dignity and vice versa, it can be influenced by individual and group characteristics in living his life. The purpose of this study is to describe the application and outcome of character education based on six value systems. This study applied descriptive method with literature review analysis. The results of the analysis show that the character of education based on the six value systems can be applied in various levels of education from basic education to higher education and educational outcomes can have the characteristics of value for use, or benefits for the life of the community worthy both materially and spiritually that can solve the problem, Improvement and change of valuable moral, mental, and spiritual skills.

This study aims to analyze the role of information technology-based management education in vocational schools. The implementation of technology was conducted in several schools, covering managerial aspects as well as academic aspects. This research utilizes a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that technology-based management education is essential to provide information to support and facilitate the management and academic processes daily. It is important that schools invest in technology-based school systems to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in school management generally.

Education and art movements, which are common development and evolution tools for societies, have been affected by communities as much as they have affected one another. This affection, continues in a supporting way for decades just as in the spring of 1945; Reggio Emilia Schools was started by the natives of the small village, called Villa Cella (located in 50 kilometers northwest of Reggio Emilia region), building a school for the infants, and gone well beyond being a socialist based dream of Malaguzzi becoming common pre-school institutions of the modern day. Just as Cubism which signifies the geometric objects which are able to present the topic with its different aspects simultaneously. The research, aims to reveal 'a breeze' of Cubism at the Reggio Emilia Schools as an example of "mirror triangle". As for the methodology, literature review orientated for the art movement and education; descriptive method of the non-experimental pedagogical research .
