Evaluation of indicators for the implementation of road preservations in the national road implementation centre of west nusa tenggara

Road preservation is a road handling activity starting from prevention, maintenance and repairs needed to maintain road conditions to function optimally to serve traffic. Preservation activities include routine maintenance work, rehabilitation, reconstruction, and widening to standards. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the indicators used in the implementation of road preservation activities based on the level of importance and satisfaction of the perceptions of stakeholders involved in road conservation activities in the West Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Agency. The indicators used in this study are structural indicators and functional indicators. The hole parameter in the structural indicator is an important parameter in the implementation in the implementation of preservation activities in the West Nusa Tenggara National Road Implementation Center with the satisfaction level in handling of very satisfied.

Agrobiological Characteristics of Different Varieties of Corn and Their Role in Breeding on Wet Soils in Azerbaijan

The influence of the norms of nutrients on the agrobiological characteristics of zoned varietal samples of corn in the mountain forest soils of the Zagatala region has been determined. The role of each structural indicator as a starting material in studies of the formation of productivity and selection is considered. In terms of economic significance, the varieties had different biomorphological characteristics and interactions with environmental factors. The application of organic fertilizers and 20–25 tons of sialite per hectare to maintain soil moisture and meet the moisture demand during the growing season has a positive effect on the normal development of plants under stress conditions during the summer drought.

Emócie A Emocionálnosť V Mediálnej Interakcii (So Zameraním Na Jazyk Mediálneho Športu)

The main goal of the paper is to present the stylistic-pragmatic approach to the currently preferred and not fully explored subject of emotions and its influence in the specific sport-media sphere. In terms of cognitive-emotional aspect of communication, the paper reflects on intellectuality and emotionality (rationality and emotionality) and given the assumption that communication as human activity is based on the interaction of cognition, the paper focuses on the basic research questions: Do we need words to feel?; How can emotions be implemented in speech?; What is the way the emotions are communicated in media language and how they can be viewed and interpreted in the media context? The paper presents semantically related concepts of emotionality and expressivity; it indicates their relation and the extent of their competence in the language of media sport. In terms of theoretical understanding of the category of expressivity by J. Zima (1961), it focuses on the definition of the term contextual emotionality. The paper concentrates on the naming of goal as a structural indicator of emotionality, which dominantly characterizes the commentator’s speech. It is present in media verbal interaction and indicates intensity of experience of communicated event during the direct broadcasting of ice-hockey.

Evolution of Spin-Crossover Transition in Hybrid Crystals Involving Cationic Iron Complexes [Fe(III)(3-OMesal2-trien)]+ and Anionic Gold Bis(dithiolene) Complexes Au(dmit)2 and Au(dddt)2

Hybrid ion-pair crystals involving hexadentate [Fe(III)(3-OMesal2-trien)]+ spin-crossover (SCO) cationic complexes and anionic gold complexes [Au(dmit)2]− (1) (dmit = 4,5-dithiolato-1,3-dithiole-2-thione) and [Au(dddt)2]− (2) (dddt = 5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dithiolate) were synthesized and studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, P-XRD, and SQUID magnetometry. Our study shows that both complexes have similar 1:1 stoichiometry but different symmetry and crystal packing. Complex 1 has a rigid structure in which the SCO cations are engaged in strong π-interplay with molecular surrounding and does not show SCO transition while 2 demonstrates a reversible transition at Tsco = 118 K in a much “softer”, hydrogen-bonded structure. A new structural indicator of spin state in [Fe(sal2-trien)]+ complexes based on conformational analysis has been proposed. Aging and thermocycling ruined the SCO transition increasing the residual HS fraction from 14 to 41%. Magnetic response of 1 is explained by the AFM coupled dimers S = 5/2 with J1 = −0.18 cm−1. Residual high-spin fraction of 2, apart from a contribution of the weak dimers with J12 = J34 = −0.29 cm−1, is characterized by a stronger interdimer coupling of J23 = −1.69 cm−1, which is discussed in terms of possible involvement of neutral radicals [Au(dddt)2].

Introducing a more realistic model for opinion formation considering instability in social structure

Opinion formation is a process through which interactions of individuals and dynamism of their opinions in effect of neighbors are modeled. In this paper, in an effort to model the opinion formation more realistically, we have introduced a model that considers the role of network structure in opinion dynamics. In this model, each individual changes his opinion in a way so as to decrease its difference with the opinion of trusted neighbors while he intensifies his dissention with the untrusted ones. Considering trust/distrust relations as a signed network, we have defined a structural indicator which shows the degree of instability in social structure and is calculated based on the structural balance theory. It is also applied as feedback to the opinion formation process affecting its dynamics. Our simulation results show formation of a set of clusters containing individuals holding opinions having similar values. Also, the opinion value of each individual is far from the ones of distrusted neighbors. Since this model considers distrust and instability of relations in society, it can offer a more realistic model of opinion formation.

The Burdened Area as a Structural Indicator of Interface Bonding Strength

In laminate structures, the interface debonding failures usually result from very complex fracture mechanisms which lead to different strengthening approaches. The bonding strength of two dissimilar bodies depends, to a great extent, on the bulk materials and the bonding structure in addition to the intrinsic interface adhesion. The structural effect on bonding strength will be emphasized in this investigation. The analysis will exhibit the relationship of materials, structures, and interface adhesion which is essential in understanding the failure mechanisms. This paper proposes that the burdened area on an interface is, according to experimental and analytical results, a structural indicator for bonding strength. Such a comprehensive parameter makes it easy to determine the complex contributions of so many structural parameters to the bonding strength. Although there are many microscopic observations of separated surfaces which support the concept of burdened area, a direct measurement of the burdened area is difficult in practice. Therefore an analytical or numerical evaluation is necessary. The solutions from the classical equation of elastic plate will be used to determine the distribution of interface stress as well as the size of burdened area. The bonding strength is considered as fracture toughness which is directly related with the burdened area. As a useful indicator for evaluating the bonding strength, the burdened area includes the effects of many structural parameters and mechanical properties, such as: elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio, layer thickness, slanting angel, and corner radius. Burdened area is a property of structure because it is independent of the peeling loads, the material’s yielding strength and interface adhesion. As far as energy release rate is concerned, the boundary load is virtually distributed on the whole burdened area. The concept of burdened area will facilitate mechanical design of bonding strength and leads to a better understanding of various debonding failures.
