Deli Husada Health Institute is a health campus that has been established for 34 years, currently it has 30000 students, each student at the final level will submit a final project of study program every year, each student before doing his final project report must provide the title of an assignment report. Finally, to the study program, to reduce the level of similarity in the title of the student's final report, the study program usually conducts a manual check, the result that appears is that it is not effective in determining the title of the final project for students, so that it creates quite a lot of similarities between students. So that many final project reports look the same. With the above conditions, the Sentence Similarity Test of the Final Project Title was carried out with the Cosine Similarity Method and TF-IDF Weighting at the Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute Campus. At the end of the test results on the training data against the training data, the results obtained were 43% of the titles in Submitted is not eligible to be submitted again and 53% is eligible to be submitted as the title of the final project because it has high similarities to the title of the final project report. Abstract Considering the small scale of creative tourism, the limited resources in any specific case, and the high engagement level of stakeholders, a self-assessment exercise (i.e. carried out by the organizers/promoters of creative tourism activities) is most appropriate in order to monitor activities and results. Thus, within the CREATOUR ® project, a self-assessment process for creative tourism initiatives was developed, beginning with an initial diagnosis and proceeding to an assessment of outcomes and impacts. The process and tools were co-developed between researchers and practitioners to help various types of creative tourism organizers to measure, monitor, and evaluate the course of their activities in order to improve management and decisionmaking processes. The main objective was to assist practitioners and stakeholder organizations to become more aware of the intentional and unintentional effects generated by creative tourism activities, highlighting the potential benefits of artistic, cultural, and creative experiences for territorial development. This article is divided into three parts: part I outlines the development of the self-assessment process and tools; part II presents a synthesis of overall findings from the CREATOUR ® project resulting from this self-assessment process; and part III lists take-aways for practitioners.

BACKGROUND Medical crowdfunding utilizes the internet to raise medical funds. Medical crowdfunding has developed rapidly worldwide; however, most medical crowdfunding projects fail to raise the targeted funds. Therefore, a very important research problem that has not received sufficient attention from the existing literature is identifying which factors affect the success of medical crowdfunding projects. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to examine the effect of textual features of medical crowdfunding projects on their success rate using 4903 real projects from the Tencent Charity platform, a well-known medical crowdfunding platform in China. In particular, according to Aristotle’s theory of persuasion, we divided the project text of medical crowdfunding into the project title and project details, which were analyzed from two perspectives (existence and extent) to explore their respective impacts. METHODS We established a research framework to meet our research goals. The process was divided into five main parts. We first collected data from Tencent Charity using Python programs and cleaned the datasets. Second, we selected variables and built the research model based on previous studies and the theory of persuasion. Next, the selected variables were extracted from the project text. We then performed econometric analysis using multiple regression analysis. Finally, we evaluated the results of econometric analysis to extract knowledge. RESULTS In the project title, the presence of the patient’s disease (<i>P</i>=.04) and occupation (<i>P</i>=.01) had a positive impact on the success rate of fundraising, whereas the presence of age (<i>P</i>&lt;.001), gender (<i>P</i>=.001), and negative emotions (<i>P</i>=.04) had a negative impact. In the project details, the presence of the patient’s occupation (<i>P</i>=.01), monetary evidence (<i>P</i>=.02), and negative emotions (<i>P</i>=.04) played a positive role in the fundraising success rate, whereas the presence of age (<i>P</i>&lt;.001) and positive emotions (<i>P</i>&lt;.001) played a negative role. Moreover, in the project details, high-frequency monetary evidence (<i>P</i>=.02) and negative words (<i>P</i>=.02), as well as a short narrative length (<i>P</i>=.01) were conducive to succeeding in medical crowdfunding. Younger patients were more likely to obtain a higher success rate in medical crowdfunding. For patients whose occupations were national civil servant, professional skill worker, clerk, business and service worker, solider, child, student, and public-spirited person, the success rate of fundraising decreased sequentially. CONCLUSIONS This study collected 4903 valid data from Tencent Charity, and identified which factors in the project text play an important role in the success rate of medical crowdfunding from the perspective of existence and extent. We found that in addition to the project details, the features of the project title also have an important impact on the success rate of fundraising. These findings provide important theoretical and managerial implications for medical crowdfunding.

This paper is the result of the research that examines the titles of the final project reports on the creation of the Kriya major in the art faculty of the Indonesian Art Institute in Yogyakarta 2012-2017. This research was triggered because the titles of the final project students seemed monotonous and not challenging, there was no suitability of the purpose conveyed in the visual language of artwork created with the lingual language of the final assignment report title.Data collection is done directly in the library majoring of Kriya. The data found is linguistically classified, then analyzed from the language structure and highlighted aspects. The result found are in accordance with the hypothesis that the titles of the final assignments from 2012-2017 are very monotonous because they are dominated by two forms of title styles with only one aspect of prominence, namely the source of creation. This is very unfortunate, because students cannot take the opportunity to express their art expressively and scientifically through the final project title. Therefore, through the results of the study students are expected to be more able to higlight other aspects that are in accordance with what is emphasized in his artwork into the final project title. Keywords: “Latah” title, the title of final report on the creation of Kriya  Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang menelaah judul-judul Tugas Akhir (TA) Laporan Penciptaan di Jurusan Kriya, Fakultas Seni Rupa, ISI Yogyakarta tahun 2012-2017.
