One of the first exotic phenomena observed in the 80s of the last century was an event registered by a calorimetric type installation. In this event, an anomalous relationship was observed between charged and neutral hadrons, arising from the collision of a high-energy particle with a carbon nucleus. In accordance with the principle of isotopic invariance, the number of neutral pions should be equal to the number of charged pions. The event, which was recorded by Japanese physicists, contained only charged peonies with no neutral [1]. This event was named "Centaur". Until now, such events have not been observed in accelerator experiments. The article presents the results of searching for such events in experiments at the DESY HERA collider. For the candidates for Centaur events and for all other events, constructed distributions by the type of fitability of charged tracks in CTD. Since the absence of neutral particles in events is explained by methodological reasons, "Centaur" events were not detected in electron-proton interactions at the ZEUS facility.

During 2015 to 2019, there was a significant upsurge observed in the lending rate in Nepalese credit market. Interestingly, the lending amount also went up significantly in this period showing an anomalous relationship between lending and lending rate. This paper is an attempt to analyse this observed anomaly. We have estimated and examined the degree of elasticity of sectoral lending with lending rate in Nepalese context undertaking panel regression analysis covering all 28 commercial banks in operation in Nepal till mid-July 2019.The results show a positive and inelastic relationship to exist between sectoral lending and lending rate during the study period despite decreasing Herfindahl-Hirschman index in the same period, which means that level of competition is increasing in Nepalese banking industry. Our scenario analysis indicates syphoning of funds, and the changed role of bankers as major causes for this anomalous relationship.

This chapter examines the hip-hop community's relationship with Obama. The hip-hop community was generally supportive of Obama as the first prospective black president and an imagined emblem of hope and change, while Obama acknowledged the phenomenal power of hip-hop and admitted that he is a fan of distinguished contemporary artists in the genre. Adversely, hip-hop is highly skeptical and critical of government, and Obama has voiced disdain for the negative content and misogynist messages in hip-hop music. Now that Obama is elected, how will this anomalous relationship impact the collective posture of the hip-hop community? How will he communicate and approach the hip-hop community? Will the presence of Obama and his positive messages make the typical outlier of drug dealer passé and make it cool to be informed, articulate, and befittingly ambitious?
