Contemporary college students are the main group that will create a new kind of China and promote China's economic development. This requires them to have a unique and sensitive perspective of development, education is not only the demand of China's economic structure transformation, but also in line with the development trend of global higher innovation education. 1000 college students from different grades and regions have fully understood the innovation education of our country through the questionnaire survey. In the past ten years, the government, universities in some regions and the society have analyzed the investment in education. In addition, this paper also compares the two-year survival rate of entrepreneurship projects between graduates with and without education from 2010 to 2017. Through the post-processing, statistics and comparison of the data, we find that most of the students have different degrees of willingness to start a business, but relatively few can put it into action. The main reasons are the lack of a reliable platform, innovative ideas can not be achieved, the lack of guidance of relevant economic theory knowledge, and the inability to implement scientific research achievements into specific entrepreneurial projects.

since the 1990s, the industrial design activities of the design promotion center of Taiwan foreign trade association have made great achievements in the macro design policy formulation and micro level communication, and the cooperation between industrial enterprises and industrial design studios and designers. Based on Taiwan’s modern industrial manufacturing enterprises and the economic goal of economic structure transformation, these macro design industry development strategies and research work are effective. They have created a new era for Taiwan’s industrial design to be in line with international standards and upgrade in an all-round way after the 1990s, and played an important role in shaping the overall industrial brand effect of “Taiwan Design”.

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá thực trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thị xã Phổ Yên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp thống kê mô tả, phương pháp so sánh và phương pháp phân tích SWOT. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thị xã Phổ Yên, tỉnh Thái Nguyên chuyển dịch theo hướng tích cực, giảm dần tỷ trọng trồng trọt, tăng dần tỷ trọng chăn nuôi và dịch vụ. Tổng nguồn vốn đầu tư cho phát triển nông nghiệp tăng mạnh, năm 2017 nguồn vốn tăng 3,49% so với năm 2016; năm 2018 mức tăng lên đến 82,78%. Nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất bốn nhóm giải pháp nhằm đẩy mạnh chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thị xã Phổ Yên, gồm: Nâng cao chất lượng công tác quy hoạch; Thực hiện hiệu quả chính sách đất đai; Hoàn thiện cơ chế, chính sách khuyến khích, hỗ trợ phát triển sản xuất và thực hiện tái cơ cấu ngành nông nghiệp; Phát triển bền vững công nghiệp và dịch vụ hỗ trợ thúc đẩy chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp theo hướng đô thị hóa.

Energy-rich cities tend to rely on resource-based industries for economic growth, which leads to a great challenge for its low-carbon and sustainable economic development. The contiguous area of Shanxi and Shaanxi Provinces, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (SSIM) is one of the most important national energy bases in China. Its development pattern, dominated by the coal industry, has led to increasingly prominent structural problems along with difficult low-carbon transition. Taking energy-rich cities in the contiguous area of SSIM as examples, this study analyzes the main drivers of CO2 emissions and explores the role of economic structure transformation in carbon emission reduction during 2002–2012 based on structural decomposition analysis (SDA). The results show that CO2 emissions increase significantly with the coal industry expansion in energy-rich cities. Economic growth and structure are the main drivers of CO2 emission increments. An energy structure dominated by coal and improper product allocation structure can also cause CO2 emission increases. Energy consumption intensity is the main factor curbing CO2 emission growth in energy-rich cities. The decline of agriculture and services contributes to carbon emission reduction, while the expansion of mining and primary energy processing industries has far greater effects on CO2 emission growth. Finally, we propose that energy-rich cities must make more efforts to transform energy-driven economic growth patterns, cultivate new pillar industries by developing high-end manufacturing, improve energy efficiency through more investment in key technologies and the market-oriented reform of energy pricing and develop natural gas and renewable energy to accelerate low-carbon transition.

More and more intensive degradation and soil contamination by conventional agriculturein the 1970s, encouraged the development of organic, eco-agriculture as one of the methods ofhealthy food production.Organic agriculture widens its influence from the form of foodproduction to one of the ways of socio-economic structure transformation of rural areas. Morethen 3 million hectares of cultivable soil in Europe is under organic production. South-European countries, esp. Italy and Spain, have the greatest portion of areas under organiccultivation.
