Road construction is one thing that is always in line with technological advances and human thinking. Because the road is an important facility for humans, in order to reach an area. Continuous use of the road will reduce the service life of the road to the economic life of the road. To restore the service condition of the road, it is necessary to carry out road maintenance. Kaway XVI Sub-district is one of the connecting lines for Pidie Regency - West Aceh Regency, the road will continue to be built and maintained to support the agricultural and fishery sectors. The purpose of this study was to identify the inhibiting factors for road construction and maintenance as well as the relationship between these factors and indicators in Kaway XVI District using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that the quality factor has a positive effect on Spatial Planning and the Environment (TRL), and financing with a correlation number of 0.25 and 0.17. Regulations and Policies (PK) have a positive effect on financing of 0.60. Quantity has a positive effect on politics with a correlation number of 0.07. Politics has a positive effect on Regulations and Policies (PK) with a correlation number of 0.73, but negatively on TRL with a correlation number of -0.09. TRL has a positive effect on Human Resources (HR) with a correlation number of 0.81. HR has a significant positive effect on politics with a correlation of 0.67. Based on the research path diagram, the most decisive indicators both in quality and quantity for the construction and maintenance of roads in support of the Agriculture and Fisheries Sector are TRL, Financing, Politics and PK.

This study aims to identify and describe: (1) the positive and significant contribution of the application of the learning method to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, (2) the positive and significant contribution of learning activities to the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education, and (3) the positive and significant contribution of the application. Learning methods and learning activities together on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education?.The research was conducted at the Sei Bejangkar Region Private Junior High School. This research is a quantitative study with a correlation research method. The population in this study was all students of class VIII which consisted of 2 classes with a total of 72. All students were used as research samples. The data collection instruments used was questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used is correlation and regression. The research findings show: (1) there is a positive and significant contribution between the application of learning methods and learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.354 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 71.60 + 0.23 X1, (2) there is a positive and significant contribution between learning activities and outcomes. Learn with the correlation number 0.473 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 68.96 + 0.28X2. and (3) there is a positive and significant contribution between the application of learning methods and learning activities with learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.549 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 138.80 + 0.18X1 + 0.25X2. The effective contribution of the variable application of learning methods to learning outcomes is 9.90%, while the effective contribution of learning activity variables to learning outcomes is 20.00%.

This research was carried out by formulating the following problems: (1) Is there a relationship of leadership communication with the performance of the DPD Secretariat General's staff? (2) Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication and the performance of the DPD Secretariat General's staff? (3) Is there a relationship between leadership communication and interpersonal communication with the performance of employees of the DPD Secretariat General? To answer the formulation of the problem above, this research was conducted with a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely associative descriptive. The population in this study were employees of the DPD Secretariat General, with a sample of 90 people. Sampling method using a purposive sampling method. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is the analysis of partial correlation and multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) The relationship between leadership communication and employee performance obtained the number t-count (3.091)> t table (2,675), a significant number of 0,000 <0,05 and, a correlation number of 0,500 (25%) means that there is a significant relationship. (2) The relationship between interpersonal communication and employee performance is obtained by the number t-count (7.105)> t-table (2.675), a significant number of 0.000 <0.05 and, a correlation number of 0.711 (50.5%) means that there is a significant relationship. (3) The relationship between leadership communication and interpersonal communication with employee performance obtained Fcount number (11,626)> F-table (1,605) significant number 0,000 <0,05 and correlation number 0,795 (63,2%) means that there is a significant relationship.

In studying language, vocabulary is the key to understand language lesson. It is similar in learning Arabic. The vocabulary is important. In learning Arabic, there four skills. They are listening, writing, reading, and speaking. All students should have a lot of vocabulary. The main purpose of this research are: (1) to describe the intensity of reading vocabulary of the second grade students at Arrisalah Islamic Boarding School, (2) to describe the writing skills of the second grade students at Arrisalah Islamic Boarding School, (3) to understand the effect of vocabulary reading intensity to improve the students’ writing skills. The quantitative research was used. The data were collected from the students and the boarding school’s information by using observation, questionnaires, test, and documentation. Meanwhile, to determine the relationship and the effect of vocabulary reading intensity on the students’ writing skills product moment correlation was used. From this research, it is known that the reading vocabulary intensity is at a moderate level with a percentage result 64.70% and the writing skills are also at a moderate level with a percentage result 52.94%. By calculating the product moment correlation between reading vocabulary intensity and writing skills, it was found that the correlation number was 0.784 and the coefficient of determination in variable of the vocabulary reading intensity affects the students’ writing skills was 63%.

This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities ROHIS (Rohani Islam) on student achievement in Islamic education subjects at SDN 3 Cinagara Malangbong Garut. The research method that I use is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all participants / members of ROHIS at SDN 3 Cinagara Garut, totaling 30 students, and with a total sample of 30. Based on the calculation of the correlation between variables X and Y using the Rank Sperman formula (rs) of 0.58. The spherical rank correlation number is in the interval 0.41-0.60. With enough qualifications. This means that there is sufficient influence between ROHIS extracurricular activities on learning achievement in Islamic Education subjects at SDN 3 Cinagara. And through hypothesis testing it is known that the correlation number is significant. Because proven_count is 5.52 and ttable is 2.048. By comparing the two numbers, it is proven that tcount is greater than ttable. This contains an interpretation that the data regarding the effect of ROHIS Extracurricular Activities on Learning Achievement in Islamic Education Subjects at SDN 3 Cinagara are significant. Thus it is concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract education is a basic necessity for every human being, because with the education that human beings can determine the next steps. In this study the authors use a method of survey with a correlation approach conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan by involving class III, IV, V and VI students who participated in the memorization activities of the Qur'an. Data collection is done with observations, polls, and documentaries. Data analysis using correlation analysis with product moment formula correlation technique.The results of the research obtained to answer the formulation of problems are: 1) the application of memorization of the Qur'an in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan applied according to the results of observation and based on the results of the poll, hence the result obtained is 55.5. Thus, the average score number of the memorization rate of Al-Quran Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan is good enough, 2) Student learning achievement on the subjects of the Qur'an hadith in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan after the memorization activities of the Qur'an is in good category with an average of 81.92 of the entire respondent, and 3) the influence between memorization of Al-Qur'an with students ' learning achievement in the field of Quranic study in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Azhar Serabi Barat Bangkalan with medium interpretation. With the correlation number between variable X and variable Y of 0511. Its significance by 5% seen from table Correlation Product Moment.

ABSTRACT               This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher guidance and the Qur'anic khatam on the ability to read the Qur'an at MTS Nurul Ihsan Cibinong. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The result was that the majority (60.3%) of MTS students Nurul Ihsan Cibinong, Bogor, met the Al-Qur'an's Khatam target with very good criteria. The rest, including both (18.0%) and moderate (9.8%). There is a moderate correlation between Khatam Al-Qur'an and Ability to Read the Qur'an at MTs Nurul Ihsan Bogor. This is evidenced by the correlation number or R2 of 0.575. That is, the variables of khatam and guidance can explain the ability to read the Qur'an by 57.5%. The rest is explained by other variables not examined. Determination of irrigation channel dimensions is determined by the number of consumptive use values that are empirically determined by the potential evapotranspiration value (ETo). Due to the limited lysimeter measurement data, the ETo value is usually approached by an empirical method using weather data input. The recognized standard method for its reliability and can be used universally in determining ETo values is the FAO Penman-Monteith method. However, the use of this method is only possible if complete weather data is available. This study modified the simplest ETo calculation method, the Thornthwaite method and the evaporation pan method to obtain ETo values as accurate as FAO PM resulted. Callibrations are made by finding the correction number to get the best results shown by the high of correlation number and the efficiency index value. The results obtained are for the area with limited weather data condition, the Thornthwaite method both before and after calibration has better accuracy than the evaporation pan method. While the calibration carried out successfully increased the correlation number and efficiency index of both methods significantly. The results of the two calibrated methods, the Thornthwaite method provides better and satisfactory performance with a ratio between 0.86 and 0.89 and the efficiency index reaches 0.78.

This study aims to find out and to describe: (1) the effect of interest in<br />learning on student Jurisprudence learning outcomes, (2) the effect of<br />communication skills on student Jurisprudence learning outcomes, and (3)<br />the influence of learning interest and the ability to communicate together<br />on Jurisprudence learning outcomes students. This type of research is<br />quantitative research with correlation research methods. The population<br />of this study was all students in class V MIN Bah Kapul, Pematang Siantar<br />City consisting of 2 classes with a total of 60 students. The instruments of<br />data collection used were questionnaires and test results. Data analysis<br />techniques used are correlation and regression. The research findings<br />show: (1) a positive and significant relationship between interest in<br />learning and student learning outcomes with a correlation number of<br />0.749 and a determinant coefficient of 0.561 with a regression line equation Ŷ = 44.72 + 0.50X1 (2) a positive relationship and significant between communication skills and learning outcomes with a correlation number of 0.391 and a determinant coefficient of 0.152 with regression line equation Ŷ = 56.67 + 0.27X2 (3) a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and the ability to communicate together with results learning with a correlation number of 0.817 and a determinant coefficient of 0.667 with the regression line equation Ŷ = 36.27 + 0.483X1 + 0.196X2.

This study aims to find out and emphasize: (1) the positive and significant<br />contribution of the application of learning methods to Jurisprudence<br />learning outcomes, (2) the positive and significant contribution of learning<br />activities to Jurisprudence learning outcomes, and (3) the positive and<br />significant contribution of the application of learning methods and<br />activities learn together about the results of Jurisprudence learning.
