In this paper, we design and implement the first multi bit conversion-based log file with tuner and global asynchronous transmitter (UART) for Bluetooth simplex. UART is the main communication element of the Controller interface with external devices such as GSM, GPS, Bluetooth, etc. One problem with embedded systems is the time it takes to connect the external device to the controller. We focus primarily on fast communication between devices in integrated applications. The simulation results showed that the proposed system is 50% faster than the current system. The code is written in VHDL and ISEStyle KILX 10.1, is made with the help of the HOTGO Spartan 3E material tool.

Although, according to Aristotle’s theory of reproduction, in the process of generation a male always transmits form and a female provides matter, in the blooded animals males perform their function with the use of a material tool known as semen or a seminal fluid. Aristotle describes it as a kind of foam consisting of water, earth and pneuma; the last one, being a vehicle of vital heat, causes semen to be fertile. As a seminal fluid is produced from blood – the final stage of useful nourishment, intended to turn into each of body parts of the particular animal whose heart produces it – it is endowed with the same movement or, rather, the same set of movements as that in virtue of which the animal’s body grows. In the process of reproduction these movements not only transmit to the offspring the principle of movement and specific form, but they also attempt to recreate in the offspring’s body individual features of the particular father. For this reason, males which do not emit semen fail to generate offspring that look like themselves.In this paper I also try to demonstrate that the transmission of individual hereditary characteristics depends not only on pneuma enclosed in the semen, but also on „an earthy element” which forms the envelope, because by preserving and increasing the vital heat it improves the efficiency of the movements.

The demand for technological equipment is still rising, resulting in often complicated and lengthy repairs. It is necessary to analyze the tools used in the construction of assembly joints and to describe the deficiencies that may occur during assembly. When contacting a material tool using a particular technology and assembly, it is necessary to analyze the impact on the final surface quality of the material.

Diamondand PCBN are extra-hard materials. There are several grades in the PCD andPCBN groups. Comprehensive Review of Super hard materials such as diamond cutting tools, high-speed machining PCBN tool and performance, the type of domestic and international manufacturing and research status . Elaborate on three high-speed machining with a diamond cutter nature and characteristics of the domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprise status, as well as polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tool features and applications. The isotropic synthetic graphite high-speed processing of diamond tool applications, engine block, cylinder heads high-speed milling PCBN cutting tool applications, aerospace application example to illustrate the advantages of hard material tool in high-speed machining of titanium alloys in high speed turning PCBN tools. Hard material tool to provide guidance and support for the selection of high-speed processing manufacturing enterprises.

The need of micro part become increasingly popular which make increase of the need of prodution technology with high accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and reliability.Metal forming technology offers the solution to answer the challenge. High produtivity, zero material losses, good mechanical properties of product, and tight tolerance is able to achieve by micro forming technology. This thing make metal-forming fit for mass production based on near net shape technology concept it offered.Miniaturized effect phenomena which was not simple on micro-scale manufacturing process, demand high accuracy level from all aspect of micro-manufacturing process, which are material, tool, machinery and process. Therefore, characteristic of micro-forming machine become important in defining reliability of micro-forming system.  Micro-forming machine under investigation was 5 kN m-Forming Machine developed in Manufacturing Laboratory, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. Modification to the machine made changes on machine characteristic. Therefore, it need characterization of the machine by measuring its geometric measurement and linear movement. The research revealed that deviation caused by imperfection of geometry of assembled machine component shown good results. Testing of linear movement of machine in one cycle show the range of deviation was 0.024 mm with smallest deviation was -0.0135 mm while the biggest one was 0.0105 mm.  The value of deviation was below etimated value which estimated from mathematical analisys of backlash. The results of machine linear movement also gave reccomendation of effective path of 5 kN m-Forming Machine, which is on path along 30 mm to 40 mm, from point A which had been decided before.

Proses punch adalah salah satu proses pengerjaan masal dalam pengerjaan suatu produk. Proses seperti ini bisa dikatakan cukup sederhana karena tidak memerlukan banyak kebutuhan perlengkapan dalam proses pengerjaannya. Namun dalam pengerjaanya terdapat kendala dimana kemampuan punch tool memiliki batas kemampuan dalam sekali melakukan proses. Kendala tersebut dapat dilihat dari batas maksimal tool dalam proses punch. Pada proses pengerjaan, jika pengerjaan tool melewati batas maksimal maka tool akan mengalami patah. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kinerja punch, dapat dilakukan dengan mengubah sifat mekanik material tool. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan proses heat treatment. Heat treatment adalah salah satu cara yang dipakai untuk meningkatkan kekuatan material. Proses pembakaran material sampai mencapai titik kristalisasi kemudian dilakukan holding time untuk mencapai karakter yang diinginkan. Proses heat treatment material carbide drill rod AF1 dilakukan pembakaran pada suhu 8500C dan holding time selama 30 menit dan kemudian dilakukan proses quenching dengan media berupa air, udara dan oli. Setelah proses heat treatment (pembakaran) tersebut akan menghasilkan perubahan pada sifat mekanik material salah satunya adalah dengan bertambahnya nilai kekerasan. Dengan peningkatan kekerasan material dapat menghasilkan peningkatan dalam proses punch. Peningkatan kekerasan dan kinerja punch material Caride Drill Rod AF1 dengan media quenching air merupakan salah satu cara paling baik dibandingkan dengan quenching udara dan oli dalam aplikasi proses punch.Kata kunci : Heat Treatment, Punch, Carbide Drill Rod AF1.

Ovalization (or flattening) of tubes in cold bending operations causes dimensional inaccuracy that may lead to loss of fit-up and function of the formed product. The particular distortion mechanism is governed by radial bending stress components forcing the extremities of the tube section towards the neutral layer of the cross-section. Thus, the magnitude of distortions is limited by the instantaneous stiffness of the tube section upon plastic bending. In order to proactively consider tube ovalization in the product design process, it is necessary to develop a practical methodology that takes into account the impact of governing parameters such as material, tool and section geometries. In the present work, an analytical model of the ovalization problem has been developed using the deformation theory of plasticity. The results show that the diameter of the tube is the most important parameter with respect to tube ovalization, while the thickness of the tube section and the bending radius are of the same relative importance. The developed model indicates that strain hardening is the most important material parameter, whereas tube ovalization is nearly unaffected by the initial yield stress. The present model shows good correlation with a number of experiments.

The contribution focuses to study of selected properties of thin coatings deposited on tool steel. Used samples were prepared by PVD method. Samples were evaluated using the scanning electron microscopy. Characteristics of surface morphology Ra, Rz Rt, RSm and RPc were established according to standard STN EN ISO 4287. The coatings TiN, TiCN, Supral and Exxtral Plus have been deposited on tool steel substrate having a thickness of 16 mm. The morphology characteristics were compared to the surface morphology of the reference material tool steel X155CrVMo12.1.
