Penambahan 75% limbah perut ikan terfermentasi per kg pakan  menunjukan pemanfaatan pakan paling efisien. Consumer demand for catfish is increasing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fish stomach waste fermentation using rice water and obtain the optimal feed enrichment dose in increasing growth, feed efficiency and survival in catfish (Clarias sp). This research was conducted from September to November 2018. Each of the 50 catfish seeds (average weight 2.78 ± 0.19 g / head) was stocked in 12 30x30x20 cm sized aquariums . Theexperimental plan used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications, with additional doses of fish stomach waste on commercial feed namely (A) 25%: 75%, (B) 50%: 50%, (C) 75%: 25% and (D) 0%: 100%, feeding with a dose of 7% of the weight of biomass. 30 days maintenance. The results showed that the addition of fermented fish waste in artificial feed had no effect (P> 0.05) on LPH, Absolute Growth and Synthesis but had a very significant effect (P> 0.05) on feed efficiency where treatment (A) 11.24 %, (B) 14.13%, (C) 20.12% and (D) 11.94%. The addition of 75% of fermented fish waste per kg of feed shows the most efficient use of feed.

The article is devoted to the fauna of Bivalvia (family Sphaeriidae) of waterbodies and water-courses of the eastern slope of the Polar and Pre-Polar Urals. The fauna of freshwater clams of this region remains practically unexplored. This study aimed at identification of the species content of Bivalvia and publication of images of their shells. We analyzed both qualitative and quantitative samples of molluscs as well as fish stomach contents. The identification of the material was based on conchological features, including the hinge structure. In total, 31 sphaeriid species is reported, and the annotated check-list, brief zoogeographic characteristics of the fauna, and shell images are provided. Most species demonstrate a limited spatial distribution within the studied area. The causes of discrepancies between published lists of sphaeriid species are discussed.

This research studied the food habits and trophic level of A. testudineus in a floodplain lake, Lake Semayang, East Kalimantan. The lake has characteristics of both swamp and lake habitats. The research was conducted from February 2017 until January 2018. During the study, 558 samples of Anabas testudineus were analyzed. The Index of Stomach Content (ISC) in the swamp habitats ranged from 4.32 - 39.59%, with an average of 19.35%, while in the lake habitat ranged from 3.68 - 38.46% with an average of 16.03%. Index of Preponderance (IP) value showed the dominant food item in the fish stomach is animal (62.58 - 79.66%), plants (25.18 - 42%), and undetectable food (≥ 5%). Based on the type and composition of the food, A. testudineus can be classified as omnivorous more inclined to carnivorous. The trophic level of this species changes along with increasing size length.

Skipjack found on Puger beach have a variety of sizes. The scientific name of it ca lled (Katsuwonus pelamis), it is taken from Japanese which means hard fish. Generally, skipjack is also be included as fast swimmer fish and it has a greedy nature in foraging. This skipjack look for the meal is based on vision and they are greedy for their prey. This study aims to determine the eating habits of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) of various sizes that are landed in the coastal waters of Puger, Jember Regency. The method used in this study is the method of frequency of events. There are 107 fish samples that were taken on 31 October - 1 December 2018. The taking of the data was carried out in the field by measuring the total weight and length of the fish. Observation of fish stomach was done by dissecting the body of the fish and analyzing the composition contained in the stomach of skipjack. Using the method of frequency of occurrence, each content contained in the fish stomach is deformed and expressed in percent. The results of the study showed that 107 of the skipjack that is observed, were known to have a long distribution and weight ranging from 51-92 cm and a weight range of 4700-7200 grams. While the contents contained in the stomach of skipjack are fish, squid and shrimp. The results of the calculations that have been made can be explained that the fish organisms whose composition is the most with a percentage value on October 31 of 74%, November 7, 85%, November 13 of 91%, November 19 of 87%, the 25th of November is 83% and December 1 is a percentage of 89%. The skipjack found in the puger beach has plants that are negative allometric with a value of b of -1.2113 and a of 0.7585 so it is known that the growth of fish body length is faster than the growth of fish weight.
