According to the results of the correlative modeling regression, there is a strong correlation link between the concentration of harmful substances in the atmosphere and the amount of tree accumulation in the leaves. Such bonding was most prominent at juniper trees. In particular, the density of binding between the two sulphate proteins and the accumulation of this substance in the leaf of selected trees was 0.88 in the juniper tree, 0.78 in the oak tree, 0.75 in the chestnut, and 0.93 in the pavlonion tree. Objective. To determine the correlations between different levels of anxiety and the presence of hyperprolactinemia and to study the possibilities of correcting the level of prolactin by means of complex anti-stress therapy. Materials and methods. We conducted a survey of 94 adolescent girls during the period of the formation of menstrual function. To study the psychoemotional state of the patients, the Spielberger – Hanin anxiety scale was used. Results and discussion. Among girls aged 14.0±1.5 years with hyperprolactinemia, the presence of acute and chronic stress was found in 92.2 % of cases. Before treatment, the proportion of high personal anxiety of girls with hyperprolactinemia was 4 times higher, and low personal anxiety was 6 times lower than of healthy girls. The proportion of high situational anxiety significantly exceeded this indicator in healthy girls, and moderate situational anxiety in girls with hyperprolactinemia was 3 times lower. The proportion of low situational anxiety in girls with hyperprolactinemia was almost 5 times lower than in healthy girls. Three months after the start of treatment, the proportion of high and moderate personal anxiety of girls with hyperprolactinemia decreased slightly, and the proportion of low personal anxiety increased significantly after the psychological correction. In contrast to personal anxiety, situational anxiety depends on living conditions, therefore, its changes were significant after anti-stress treatment. Conclusions. Among girls aged 11-18 years with hyperprolactinemia, the acute and chronic stress was found in 92.2 % of cases, which was characterized by increased personal and situational anxiety of patients with hyperprolactinemia compared with healthy girls, indicating a direct correlation link between high levels of anxiety and the presence of hyperprolactinemia, and confirms the need for comprehensive anti-stress therapy for such girls. Stabilization of the psycho-emotional state and reduction of anxiety contributes to the normalization of hormonal homeostasis (reduction of prolactin and activation of pituitary-dependent hormonal function of the ovaries) and as a consequence of menstrual function.

Objective. Intraoperative determination of the threads tension force while performance of laparoscopic cruroraphy. Materials and methods. Using a numerical dynamometer Walcom FM-204-50K the threads tension force was measured while performance of laparoscopic cruroraphy in 62 patients, suffering large hiatal hernias. The measured results have included a middle value of the tension force of every stitch for secure approximation of diaphragmatic crura and presence of any dehiscence in diaphragmatic crura while doing cruroraphy. Results. The middle tension force of the first suture while performing of posterior cruroraphy have constituted 2.1 N, while a second one – 3.2 N and the third – 4.2 N. Positive correlational dependence was revealed between the threads tension force while doing cruroraphy and the hiatus square, as well as with a patient’s age. The correlation link between the threads tension force, while doing cruroraphy, and the patient’s body mass index was not revealed. The diaphragmatic crura muscles dehiscence was observed in the threads tension force, exceeding 4 N. Conclusion. The sutures tension force while cruroraphy conduction, as our data demonstrate, exceeding 4,5 - 5 N, constitutes indication for the net implants application.

Introduction. The time organization of the body is a set of biorhythms that have different periods, but are consistent with each other over time. Any pathology is an inconsistency of rhythms in the body. To date, the problem of the relationship between different rhythms of the human body is poorly studied. The largest number of publications is devoted to the connection between respiratory and heart rhythms. The goal of research — to identify the correlation between some rhythms of the body in osteopathic patients and the effect of osteopathic correction (OC) on them.Materials and methods. 100 patients of an osteopathic physician aged 8 to 81 years were examined (37 men and 63 women). All patients underwent a general osteopathic examination. The frequency of the cranial rhythm, the respiration rate (RR), the heart rate (HR), the neural process mobility (NPM) and the «connective tissue motility» were assessed before and after the OC session. Statistical processing of the results was carried out using nonparametric methods and the Statistica 10.0 program. The correlation coeffi cient between the frequencies of different rhythms was calculated by the Spearman method.Results. On the whole, only one statistically signifi cant correlation was found in the group of examined patients — between RR and NPM (r =–0,33, p<0,05). After OC, the number of statistically signifi cant connections increased, which may indicate a benefi cial effect of OC on the rhythmic integrity of the patient′s body. In the group of children (8–15 years old) and young people (18–34 years old), three correlations between rhythms that can be considered as «normal» were revealed: negative correlation link between heart rate and PNP (r =–0,36, p<0,05), negative correlation link between HR and NPM (r =–0,58, p<0,05), positive correlation link between HR and RR (r =0,68, p<0,05). With age, these correlation links decrease, which can be explained by the alteration of regulatory processes and increase of desynchronosis. The higher is the level of dominant somatic dysfunction (local–regional–global), the lower are statistically signifi cant correlations between biorhythms. This means that the severity of desynchronosis increases. In global somatic dysfunctions and regional somatic dysfunctions of the head and dura mater there are no correlations between biorhythms, i. e. the most pronounced desynchronosis is observed in these groups of patients.Conclusion. The correlation between some rhythms of the body in osteopathic patients was studied. The most pronounced desynchronosis is observed in global somatic dysfunctions and in regional somatic dysfunctions of the head and dura mater. After OC, the number of statistically signifi cant links between biorhythms increased.

The research is aimed at improving the technological process of applying solid organic fertilizers by means of body machines through determining power consumption and specific power for the drive of the working parts from the power take-off shaft of the tractor and, in general, for the operation of machines depending on their load-carrying capacity. The correlation of the power consumption with load-carrying capacity is taken as the specific power. The research covered body machines produced by the enterprises of the former Soviet Union and by “Strautimann” and “KUHN” companies. Between the consumption power of machines of different producers and with various load-carrying capacity one can observe the positive correlation link with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.560 to 0.963 under the correlation ratio amounting from 0.877 to 0.961. Between the specific power of machines and their load-carrying capacity we have revealed the negative correlation link with determined correlation coefficients and correlation ratios. Depending on the load-carrying capacity of machines produced at the enterprises of the former Soviet Union the change in the gear power of the working parts of the power take-off shaft from the tractor is described by the equation of the advanced incasing power function. The change in the consumption power for the operation of machines produced by “Strautmann” company depending on the loading-capacity of machines is described by the equation of the direct with positive angular coefficient; and for the operation of machines produced by “KUHN” company – by the equation of the accelerated increasing exponent. The change in the specific power on the gear of the working parts from the tractor power take-off shaft which is produced in the former Soviet Union depending on the load-carrying capacity of machines is described by the equation of the decreasing hyperbola. The change in the specific power in the work of machines produced by “Strautmann” company depending on the load-carrying capacity of machines is described by the equation of the direct with negative value of the angular coefficient. As concerns the machines produced by “KUHN” company this change is described by the equation of the decreasing hyperbola. The research results can be used for designing and constructing body machines for spreading solid organic fertilizers, the calculation of the composition and complete equipment of the corresponding machine and tractor units, and the organization of their use in the technological processes of farm crop mechanized production.

Objectives: to study communications of separate components of the metabolic syndrome (MS) and immune and oxidative characteristics of patients with psoriasis in combination with MS. Methods. The research included 312 patients with psoriasis having diagnostic signs of a metabolic syndrome. Biochemical and immunological researches were conducted by means of immunofermental and immunokhemilyuminestsentny analyses. Results. At patients with psoriasis at a combination to MS abdominal obesity, a giperleptinemiya, insulin resistance, high oxidizing potential and hyperactivity of interleukins (ILS) -1β,-6,-8, a factor of a necrosis of tumors an alpha (FNO-α), interferon scale (INF-γ) are noted. the waist circle’ is characteristic direct weak correlation with the pro-inflammatory tsitokina oxidized by lipoproteins of blood (LDL-ok) and with the general oxidizing ability of blood (OOS), weak negative correlation of an indicator - with the general antioxidant ability of blood (OAS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). The HOMA-IR index has direct correlation link of moderate force with levels of a leptin of blood, LDL-ok, OOS, pro-inflammatory tsitokin, negative correlation of moderate force - with OAS, SOD. At patients with psoriasis with MS direct strong correlation link of level of a leptin of blood with activity of the studied pro-inflammatory cytokine, LDL-ok, OOS moderated is established with the level of insulin in the blood., the HOMA-IR index, strong negative correlation with OAS, SOD. Conclusion. Presence at patients with psoriasis of signs of a metabolic syndrome is followed by increase in activity of immune and inflammatory mechanisms, development of oxidative stress.

Проведено кореляційний аналіз між 11 біометричними та господарськими ознаками 6 сортів баклажана при 3 варіантах густоти стояння рослин в умовах Лівобережного Лісостепу України. За допомогою методу максимального кореляційного шляху визначено структуру взаємозв’язків вивчених ознак та її мінливість у різних варіантах досліду. При всіх схемах розміщення рослин виявлено дві відокремлені кореляційні плеяди. Виявлено комплекс узгоджених ознак, які окреслюють особливості росту, розвитку і реагування на умови вирощування рослини баклажана як цілісної системи. Основними ознаками із стабільно тісним проявом взаємозв’язків виявились поширеність загальної ураженості хворобами, ступінь розвитку загальної ураженості хворобами, загальна урожайність і товарність. The correlation analysis was carried out between 11 biometric and economic characteristics of 6 eggplant varieties in 3 variants plant density (placement schemes 70х25, 70х35, 70х45) under the conditions the Left Bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine. By method of maximum correlation path, the structure relationships studied features and their variability in different variants of the experiment was determine. Two separate correlation agglomeration were identified in all schemes plant placement. The basis of the first agglomeration with high correlation bonds between signs was four signs: prevalence general disease, the degree development of general disease, yield and fruit market. A clear classification yields was determined with a degree development of the total disease incidence with a close correlation link between these features from -0.83 to -0.87, depending on the variant of experiment. The second agglomeration in different variations of experiment consisted of various elements. Most signs were grouped in the first agglomeration when growing eggplant in the layout of plants 70x25 and 70x45. Therefore, under scheme 70х25 here also included height of a plant, width of a plant, contents in fruits dry substance and area of ​​assimilation surface. In the variant with the scheme 70x45 to this agglomeration included width of the plant, leaf length, leaf width, content in the fruits of total sugar fell. In the variant with the scheme 70x35 to this agglomeration, in addition to the main 4 signs, included only the area of the assimilation surface. The second agglomeration under layout scheme of plants 70x25 consisted of three elements: leaf width, content in the fruits of the total sugar and length leaf. In the variant with scheme of placing plants 70х35 to these signs have joined height plant, width plant and contents in fruits of a dry substance. In the variant with scheme 70x45 the second agglomeration also consisted three features:  contents in fruits of a dry substance, area of assimilation surface and the height of plant. The obtained results allow us to assume that the density placement of eggplant plants in field conditions affects to structure of correlation relations between features. A complex of agreed features that outline the peculiarities of growth, development and response to conditions for the cultivation of eggplant plants as a holistic system were noticed.

Multiplex networks encode relevant information in their correlated structure, including interlayer degree correlation, link overlap, weight–topology correlations in weighted multiplex networks and activity of the nodes. Interlayer degree correlations among a pair of layers indicates for instance whether or not the hub nodes of one layer are also hub nodes in the other. Link overlap indicates that a finite fraction of nodes are connected in more than one layer. Weight–topology correlations of weighted complex networks reveal that the weight of the links is not random, but often correlated with the link overlap. Finally, the nodes of a multiplex network might be connected only in a subset of the network, leading to a heterogeneity node activity. This chapter identifies the main multiplex network measures for characterizing these correlations, and evaluates their significance using statistical and information theory methods and novel multiplex network measures, including multilinks and multidegrees.

The aim of the work was to determine the diagnostic value of the markers of surfactant protein D (SP-D) and C-reactive protein (C-RP) in patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) with concomitant arterial hypertension (AH) and its effects on the activity of the inflammatory process. The study included 79 people. Among them, 63 patients with CAP and 16 healthy individuals who were a control group. Depending on the presence of hypertension, the patients were divided into two groups. The first group included 26 patients with CAP with AH, the second – 37 patients with CAP without AH. All patients were given general-clinical methods of examination, radiography of the chest organs in two projections. Plasma levels of SP-D and C-RP were determined. Reliable connection (p<0.05) was determined between the presence of AH and the probability of occurrence of CAP (OR - odds ratio 2.27 [95 % CI 1.05–4.94]). The level of SP-D and C-RP in patients with AH on the first day was significantly higher than in healthy subjects (p<0.05). In patients in the first group, SP-D levels were significantly higher (p<0.05) for the first, third and ninth day relative to the second group. The existence of a direct tie of average strength between the presence of AH and SP-D (R=0.41, p<0.05) has been determined. The presence of a direct correlation link of mean strength (R=0.38; p<0.05) between the AH and the level of C-RP indicates that arterial hypertension in patients with CAP increases the activity of the systemic inflammatory response.
