As to differentiating between different nationalities … ​there is a difference; that many of our old Italian people who came here years ago and who worked and raised families, and who have been law-abiding citizens, have very little, if any, respect for their native land and which would in no way interfere with their loyalty. Moreover, conditions in European countries are such that many Italian people here today feel that the only solution for their problem over there is for the United States to win this war. These people, naturally, are going to be loyal to us. Locally, a very great percent of our young men who are joining the Army are of Italian parentage, and before any action should be taken to move their parents away from their homes, I believe we should consider seriously the result that that may have upon them as soldiers....

Objective: To study the adaptive strategies from harmful effect of heat waveon an urban, educated, well to do subjects for a period of May to July 2014.Data Source:250 selected young students of RIHS. Design of Study: Descriptive Study. Setting: RawalInstitute of Health Sciences, Islamabad. Period: March – July 2014. Method: A questionnairewas circulated among the students of Rawal Institute of Health Sciences Islamabad regardingeffects of heat and measures taken to combat its effects. Results: A total of 250 urban studentswith mean age of 19.77±1.10 years were inducted in the study, having resources to face theextreme heat. A significant number of female non boarder students (p=0.000), wearing cottonclothes (p=0.000) having fair skin (p=0.000) and using air condition at homes (p=0.000) werenot acclimatized to heat waves still have headache and anxiety. A great percent of students didnot complaint of headache, heat exhaustion, heat cramp or syncope, except mild sweating,effect on studies. A great percentage (>65%) of students complained of malaise, nauseavomiting. Male students showed increase thirst than female, while anxiety state was noticedmore in female than male students. Conclusion: The use of cotton clothing, daily bathing,increased water intake and use of air conditioner minimized the severe adverse effects likeheat exhaustion, heat syncope, and heat stroke, although the minor effects like skin tanning,disturbed sleep, anxiety and adverse effects on studies cannot be avoided in heat wave season.

The transforming of ownership in the tourism sector of Istrian industry, has been conducted as in different sectors whereby a great percent of sectors have become the state- property , and the final privatisation has still to be conducted. The future property structure is dominated by the institutionalized forms of the state as the Croatian privatisation fund, Retirement fund and banks, which is contradictory with the foreseen goals of privatisation and market economy which Croatia is turning to. The transforming of ownership relations of tourism companies has created the presumptions for new property relations and development of business and management as the most secure way towards the healing of the tourism industry. This article analyzes the processes of ownership transforming and privatisation of Istrian hospitality and tourism enterprises, main limitations which influence the direction and success of privatisation, and also give propositions and possible solutions of this complex problem. The long-termed meaning of this process is characterized in the structural change of the tourism offer, business, management, technic-technological structure, marketing and a new development cycle.
