Perancangan E-Modul “ALKI” Pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia Bagi Siswa Kelas X Berbasis Mobile di SMAN 1 Mapat Tunggul

ALKI is an e-module that serves as a learning medium for grade X students majoring in MIA at SMAN 1 MAPAT TUNGGUL. E-module ALKI was created with the aim of assisting teachers in delivering materials and helping students understand more about chemical materials by repeating lessons, working on exercises, and strengthening memory by playing flashcards. The thing behind the design of alki e-module is the lack of motivation to learn students, difficulty and the absence of internet network in Mapat Tunggul area, students should not take home the package book, the smartphone owned by students is not used to study, and when doing homework with the help of the internet most students just copy the answer without understanding the origin of the answer. This research method is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D research model (four-D) that is with define, Design, Development, and Disseminate stages. In the Development stage, the development stage of ALKI e-module media is carried out. The media development model used in this study is MDLC(Multimedia Development Life Cycle) luther-sutopo version which consists of 6 stages, namely conception, design, material collection, manufacturing process, testing and distribution. The result of the research is a mobile-based ALKI e-module product. With 0.81 validity test results declared valid,0.93 Practicality test results are practiced very practically,and 0.80 effectiveness test results are declared very effective. So, it can be concluded that alki e-module based on mobile application as a learning medium has been valid, practical and effective.

CALIBRATION OF BONDING MODEL PARAMETERS FOR COATED FERTILIZERS BASED ON PSO-BP NEURAL NETWORK

In this paper, the ultimate crushing displacement and ultimate crushing load of the coated fertilizer granules were obtained by uniaxial compression test as 0.450 mm and 58.668 N, respectively. Then the DEM model of the encapsulated fertilizer was established, and the Plackett-Burman and Steepest ascent tests were taken to determine the factors that had significant effects on the results and their ranges of values, respectively. Finally, the PSO_BP neural network was trained using full-factor test data, and the correlation coefficients of training process, validation process, testing process and overall performance were obtained as 0.98057, 0.95781, 0.96724 and 0.97459, respectively, indicating that the trained PSO_BP neural network fits well and can predict the ultimate crushing displacement and ultimate crushing load. The ultimate crushing displacement Y1 and ultimate crushing load Y2 are 0.450 mm and 58.703 N, with a minimum relative error of 0.06% from the actual value. This study can provide new methods and ideas for the calibration of discrete element simulation parameters.

The Formation of Subsequent Entrepreneurial Intention: Happiness Matters

Subsequent entrepreneurial intention is a good predictor of serial entrepreneurial endeavors which facilitate the sustainability of economic growth. Previous research has investigated the influence of economic outcomes on continuous engagement in entrepreneurial activities. However, despite frequent calls by scholars, limited attention has been given to the psychological factors that could explain how economic performance influences intention. This study aims at answering some of these questions, including whether entrepreneurs are willing to continue creating new ventures after achieving positive economic feedback from their current business, and what the psychological drivers are behind such intentions. Borrowing insights from the field of positive psychology, this study develops a framework to understand the role of the performance of a firm and happiness in the subsequent intention formation process, testing the mediated moderation effect using data collected from 1019 entrepreneurs in China. The results show that current firm performance significantly enhances subsequent entrepreneurial intention, while the relationship is mediated by the happiness of the entrepreneurs. Family cohesion attenuates the influence of firm performance on happiness, which shows that for entrepreneurs, family issues play an important role in their mental state. The theoretical and practical implications of the framework are also discussed.

Diagnostics of solid-state microwave modules at the initial stage of technological tests

Process testing is an integral part of the production of solid-state microwave modules used in radar stations. At the final stage of production, long-term technological tests are carried out. However, at the initial stage of testing, it is possible to carry out diagnostics of solid-state microwave modules, which makes it possible to identify malfunctions leading to failures of solid-state microwave modules.

Implementation of Additive Manufacturing in Designing A Wrist Hand Orthosis to Increase Grasping Time on The Left Hand of Cerebral Palsy Children

Cerebral palsy (CP) is a physical disability in childhood with impaired development of movement and posture due to disorders of the fetal or infant's brain. The measurement results of the spastic HCP children at YPAC Surakarta show that 8 attributes have difficulty grasping the precision type and 9 attributes of the power type. To solve this problem, hand tools called wrist hand orthoses are needed to restore hand function. This study aims to design alternative designs and make prototypes of wrist hand orthoses using the 3D printing process. The research stages began by collecting activity daily living (ADL) data and anthropometric data, taking a participatory approach to produce design alternatives, selecting design alternatives with the PUGH's concept selection method. The chosen design alternative will be printed through the additive manufacturing process. Testing with the 2015 human grasping database showed an increase in grasping time in 13 types of ADL activities from 17 ADLs.

Recognition Method of Abnormal Power Consumption State of Power Users Based on Strategy Gradient Algorithm

Because the traditional method ignores the problem of power load data preprocessing, the accuracy of the recognition result of the power consumption status is not high, the recognition efficiency is not high, and the recognition effect is not good. For this reason, a method for identifying the abnormal power consumption status of power users based on the strategy gradient algorithm is proposed. The preprocessing of power load data mainly includes the completion of missing data and the feature extraction of power load data. Based on the results of the preprocessing, the abnormal increase in user power consumption is detected. Finally, the strategy gradient algorithm is used for initial training and training process testing to complete the identification of the abnormal state of power users. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the power status recognition result of the proposed method is higher, and the recognition time is always less than 2.0 s, indicating that the recognition effect of the method is better.

The dangers of single-lap shear testing in understanding polymer composite welded joints

Single-lap shear (SLS) joints are straightforward to manufacture. This makes them especially attractive for testing polymer composite welded joints. Owing to local heating, which is characteristic of composite welding processes, the production of more geometrically intricate joints (such as double-lap or scarfed joints) or bigger joints (such as end-notched flexure or double cantilever beam) typically entails significant complexity in the design of the welding process. Testing of SLS joints is also uncomplicated and, even though, owing to mixed-mode loading and uneven stress distribution, it does not provide design values, it is widely acknowledged as a valuable tool for comparison. Even so, comparing different aspects of composite welded joints through their corresponding SLS strength values alone can be deceptive. This paper shows that comparison of different welding processes, adherend materials, process parameters or different types of joining techniques through SLS testing is only meaningful when strength values are combined with knowledge on other aspects of the joints such as joint mesostructure, failure modes and joint mechanics. Lessons Learned From Developing a MCI Virtual Empowerment Program?

In the Spring of 2020, COVID-19 closures and safe distancing orders required healthcare programs across the US to cease in-person treatment. This paper presents a case study of rapidly pivoting a novel, 12-month comprehensive clinical lifestyle program combining education, occupational therapy, cognitive training, and social interaction to an online application-based education program. The focus of the program is empowerment research for people newly diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and their care partners, and is conducted by the Emory Brain Health Center. Georgia Tech developed an education application (named MyCEP) for use with our MCI and care partner population combining off-the-shelf services and customized user interfaces. We used an iterative design and development process, testing our application with our end users and our treatment providers, and made updates based on our discovery of the need for new capabilities and requirements. We present the discovery of emergent practices by family members and healthcare providers to meet the new requirements for successful virtual engagement.

EXPERIENCE OF INTRODUCING CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES

Modern education is closely connected with widespread digital technologies, through which communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation can be organized. The aim and objectives of the article consist in describing the experience of real experience with cloud technologies on the example of a municipal organization (institution, establishment) “Shostka educational complex: specialized school of I-II degrees-lyceum of Shostka town council of Sumy region”. To test the effectiveness application of cloud computing technologies in the educational process of the institution, experimental work was carried out, as a result of which carried out: analysis of the possibility application of cloud computing technologies in the learning process; determination of pedagogical conditions application of cloud computing technologies in the learning process; testing the effectiveness of certain pedagogical conditions.Assessment of the possibility of using the selected technologies in education was carried out according to the results of a survey of all participants in the study. This stage made it possible to determine the main directions of research, take into account the possible obstacles to their use.To implement the selected pedagogical conditions, guidelines for teachers on the use of these technologies in the learning process were developed, which contain a set of methods and techniques for organizing lessons, ways to implement a business game, cluster, senkan, fishbone, comparison chart, brainstorming .Organizing the educational process with the help of cloud technology is one of the priority areas of updating modern education that allows not only to improve the quality of education, but also to achieve a new level of relations between participants in the educational process at all stages of teaching. They help teachers work not only with children but also with their parents.During the transition to the new educational standards, cloud technologies contribute to forming a new digital culture of teachers and students. Their applying in the educational allows to make the educational space open.
