Traffic congestion has been one of the major issues faced by most urbanization around the world. Traffic congestion can be define as the vehicles that travels at a certain place with slower speed. This is because there are many vehicles using that road at the same time. This problem has resulting to the delay, pollution and increased fuel consumption. The aims of this study are to determine the factors that contribute to this problem, identify the impacts have been occurred and give the recommendation on reducing the issue. Each data and information in this research is strengthen with the support from several sources of reading and knowledge gained through past studies and journals. The researcher using the quantitative method in order for describe and generalize collecting data from the respondents. Then, the collected data has been analyze by using the SPSS software. After that, the researcher has used the descriptive statistics in order to identify the most significant factors and impacts based on the mean values respectively. The highest mean value shows that those factors and impacts were strongly significant. From that, it can show that the objectives of this research successfully achieved. Furthermore, in this research study the researcher has gave the recommendation to reducing traffic congestion at Jalan Bertingkat Skudai, Johor Bahru. Those are implement Vehicle Quota System (VQS), reduced parking spaces strategy, implement Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) system, Tidal-Flow operation and provide bike-sharing system at this area.

<p><em>These studies build  proposition about waqf  as become one competitive advantage  issue which develops under  a model of management strategy.  Although there was three step in  that model, these study only discuss  the first step which is formulation strategy to determine external factors that considerate opportunity and threats.    A lot of threats  comes from  the situation like   the habit to give priority into physical needs, ages such as biographical characteristics, investor mindset, government policy,   and globalization could be factors that hinder people from doing waqf. Beside that nazir attitude and behavior explained  strength and weakness managing waqf.  Although  these study  only describes the proposition, as a basic idea to do next research, but its gives a contribution  on  how to  proof  factors that shape  threats and opportunity to   formulate a strategy implement waqf  successfully. </em></p><p><strong><em>Key  Words : Strategy, Waqf, Opportunity, Threats, Strength, Opportunity </em></strong></p><p> </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Rancangan dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah media dan teknologi pembelajaran merupakan suatu aktivitas latihan proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Dalam perancangan pembelajaran diperlukan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam   merencanakan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi sebagai sebuah system pembelajaran yang tersebar dalam berbagai mata kuliah.  Dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa mengembangkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan pemahamannya terhadap filosofi pembelajaran yang mereka miliki, kemampuannya dalam menstruktur aktivitas sesuai tujuan yang ada dengan mempertimbangkan gaya belajar anak. Efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran merupakan wujud dari pemahaman mahasiswa tentang teori yang diterjemahkan ke dalam praktek pembelajaran dalam bekerjasama dengan sesama mahasiswa dan dosen.</p><h6 align="center"><strong> Abstract</strong></h6><p style="text-align: justify;">For the student of Early Childhood Education (ECE) designing and applying learning strategy in Media and Learning Technology subject is the process of teaching and learning activities where they directly experience the teaching ang learning process in the class. In order to be capable for designing learning activitities such as planning, actuating, and evaluating as a learning system, the students also need capabilities in some prerequisite subject. In developing teching and learning process, students caused by their philosophy on teaching, capabilities on structuring activities based on teaching goals regarding students learning style. The effectiveness and the efficiency of the teaching and learning strategy implement is based on  students’ comprehension on  theory and  their capabilities in translating it into teaching and learning practice  where their friends  suppose to be  students.</p>
