<p style="text-align: justify;">Rancangan dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran pada mata kuliah media dan teknologi pembelajaran merupakan suatu aktivitas latihan proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Dalam perancangan pembelajaran diperlukan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam   merencanakan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi sebagai sebuah system pembelajaran yang tersebar dalam berbagai mata kuliah.  Dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa mengembangkan pembelajaran sesuai dengan pemahamannya terhadap filosofi pembelajaran yang mereka miliki, kemampuannya dalam menstruktur aktivitas sesuai tujuan yang ada dengan mempertimbangkan gaya belajar anak. Efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran merupakan wujud dari pemahaman mahasiswa tentang teori yang diterjemahkan ke dalam praktek pembelajaran dalam bekerjasama dengan sesama mahasiswa dan dosen.</p><h6 align="center"><strong> Abstract</strong></h6><p style="text-align: justify;">For the student of Early Childhood Education (ECE) designing and applying learning strategy in Media and Learning Technology subject is the process of teaching and learning activities where they directly experience the teaching ang learning process in the class. In order to be capable for designing learning activitities such as planning, actuating, and evaluating as a learning system, the students also need capabilities in some prerequisite subject. In developing teching and learning process, students caused by their philosophy on teaching, capabilities on structuring activities based on teaching goals regarding students learning style. The effectiveness and the efficiency of the teaching and learning strategy implement is based on  students’ comprehension on  theory and  their capabilities in translating it into teaching and learning practice  where their friends  suppose to be  students.</p>

COVID-19 gives a drastic change in our lifestyle. In education, it effects on motivation, routine and the dilemma in using certain application. The university has taken various proactive measures for ensuring the productivity of their stakeholders. Students and instructors are changing their teaching and learning style which this impact on learning technology usage while having online class. This paper shares COVID-19 story in terms of learning system development online which is challenging for learners and instructors. They need to adjust themselves so that the message is conveyed, and problem is solved during the online class. This paper looks at how the learners and instructors manage their online class by using an online prototype tool, Justinmind, for assisting them to learn system development during COVID-19. The learners have been asked to plan, gather, and design the user interface according to the requirements stated previously. This study found out that there are some difficulties in conducting system development class in online mode since there is a change of routine as well as teaching and learning style. However, the difficulties have been addressed by the utilization of the technology and thus creating more exciting journey for the class regardless of the pandemic era.

SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta already has many learning systems that are applied in learning activities. The use of ICT in learning activities such as the use of internet networks, projector devices, local computers and networks. Basically, this system is sufficient to assist the teaching and learning process and in conducting school research (questionnaire). Teaching and learning is a process of relations between teachers and students. The questionnaire is a data collection technique by giving written and unwritten questions to get answers from respondents. However, these activities have not been realized in their development, such as using an Android-based learning system and questionnaire. In accordance with this explanation, an application is needed to assist the teaching and learning process and school research (questionnaire). This research was conducted to realize the development of an android-based system.

Learning strategy is a set of methods designed by a teacher that must be adapted to the conditions and conditions that exist in his school. The more appropriate the strategy chosen by a teacher in teaching and learning activities in schools, the greater the chance of achieving the expected learning goals. Educational experts who prioritize the importance of learning strategies that must be considered by a teacher in the learning process. Like Mulyasa's opinion, pleasant learning is a learning process in which there is a strong cohesion between the teacher and students, without feeling forced or depressed. Fun learning is a pattern of good relations between teachers and students in the learning process. Some strategies that can be used by a teacher in the learning process contained here are Direct Learning Strategies, Indirect Learning Strategies, Interactive Learning Strategies, Learning Strategies through Experience, Independent Learning Strategies, Jigsaw Cooperative Strategies, Problem Based Learning Strategies, Contextual Learning Strategies, and Expository Learning Strategies (SPE).

Teaching and learning activities will make a difference for those who study and teach. This suggests that educators also play a role in learning success. Educators in the learning process must have a strategy to be able to deliver teaching materials to learners. Quantum is the interaction that convert energy into light, because all the energy is in the learning process of life and contains a diversity and inter determinisme. The concept of quantum learning in learning can be applied with the power of ambak or motivation, the arrangement of the learning environment, the fertilization of the attitude to become champion, the liberation of learning style, the habit of recording, the reading habit, the creativity of the students and the training of memory strength.

Strategy is a plan or steps that are carried out systematically, which has a system to facilitate the implementation of an activity in order to achieve the purpose specified. The learning process will be effective when learners participate in it and learners do most of the learning activities. The success of learning is influenced by various factors, one of which is the factor of learning strategy. Selection of learning strategy is very important because learning strategy is a way to deliver lesson materials so that in the process of teaching and learning the teacher is not too dominate the learning activities. The dominant thing is that learners only listen.Learning strategy is a planning that contains about a series of activities designed to achieve learning objectives, so that teachers need to understand well the role and function of the strategy in the implementation of the learning process. Active learning strategy can be used as an alternative learning that can improve the quality of physics learning.Learners use their ability to learn various problems and apply what they have learned. Implementation of appropriate learning strategy is expected to overcome the low learning outcomes of learners by making learners as independent learners and create an atmosphere that makes learners active in learning is a learning strategy FIRE-UP. According to Madden FIRE-UP strategy (Foundation, Intake information, Real meaning, Express your knowledge, Use available resources, Plan of action) can make learners more active because learners are made into independent learners.The stages of the FIRE-UP strategy will encourage learners to prepare for the basic knowledge of learners after studying their own textbooks or lesson materials in order to prepare learners to address the unknown (Foundation), how learners can concentrate on incorporating information acquired (Intake Information), creates the true meaning of the new information it receives through the process of assimilation into its real-world knowledge, reveals what is known and asks unknowns through discussion or re-teaches to its peers (Express your knowledge, Use available resources), as well as planning the activities of learners in presenting their group work (Plan of Action).Based on the results obtained the value of the first cycle, the second cycle and the third cycle in a row (77,94%), (81,76%) dan (85,97%).

Special service administration is to provide services specifically or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in carrying out the learning process Special service management in schools is basically set and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Special services are held in schools with the aim of facilitating the implementation of teaching in the context of achieving educational goals in schools. Education in schools also includes trying to keep students in good condition. Good here concerning physical and spiritual aspects. Special services provided by schools to students, between schools one with other schools are generally the same, but the management process and utilization are different. Some special services available at school include: Library, Labor, UKS (School of Health Business), School Kafetaria, Facilities of worship, Dormitory, Cooperatives and Transportation. Thus, special service management is a process of providing services to students to support learning activities so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

A learning style is an issue related to learners. In one way or the other, learning style could assist learners in their learning activities if students ignore their learning styles, it may influence their effort in understanding teaching materials. To overcome these problems, a model for reliable automatic learning style detection is needed. Currently, there are two approaches in detecting learning styles: data driven and literature based. Learners, especially those with changing learning styles, have difficulties in adopting these two approach since they are not adaptive, dynamic and responsive (ADR). To solve the above problems, a model using agent learning approach is proposes. Agent learning involves performing activities in four phases, i.e. initialization, learning, matching and, recommendations to decide the learning styles the students use. The proposed system will provide instructional materials that match the learning style that has been detected. The automatics detection process is performed by combining the data-driven and literature-based approaches. We propose an evaluation model agent learning system to ensure the model is working properly.
