Quality culture is manifested in the form of development which includes two main elements, namely: cultural fostering which includes vision, mission, goals, values and beliefs, reward systems, emotional and social relationships, and madrasah design. then personal development in the form of role models, including personal behavior, principal behavior and administrative action. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the impact of the application of quality culture development in MAN Gondanglegi, MAN Turen, and MA Raudlatul Ulum Ganjaran Gondanglegi. This research method uses a qualitative approach with type of study designed with multi-case. Data were collected through in depth interview and participant observation and documentation study. The data analysis technique used individual case analysis and cross-case analysis. And data validity checking activities include credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The result, the development of a quality culture has an impact on the attitudes and behavior of Madrasah principals in building relationships with educators, the community, stakeholders in a harmonious and holistic manner, with academic achievement so that customers can trust them.

Tugas guru tidak hanya mengajar tetapi juga dituntut untuk menyelesaikan tugas administrasi sebagai penunjang sertifikasi guru. Kondisi tersebut membuat beban kerja guru menjadi tinggi sehingga dapat memicu timbulnya burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dimensi-dimensi iklim organisasi sekolah dengan burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala iklim organisasi sekolah dan burnout. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program sistem komputasi program SPSS versi 16.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara variabel iklim organisasi sekolah bersama-sama tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi-dimensi iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap burnout. Namun secara terpisah terdapat tiga dimensi prediktor yang memiliki korelasi yang sangat signifikan dengan burnout dan yaitu: directive principal behavior, restrictive principal behavior, dan intimate teacher behavior. Sumbangan efektif ketiga dimensi tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: dimensi directive principal behavior sebesar 12%, sumbangan efektif restrictive principal behavior sebesar 10%, dan sumbangan efektif intimate teacher behavior sebesar 19%. Tiga dimensi predictor yang lain tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan burnout adalah supportive principal behavior, collegial teacher behavior dan disengaged teacher behavior. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua dimensi dalam iklim organisasi sekolah berkorelasi dengan burnout

This study investigated the relationship between school climate and teachers’ performance in Palanog Resettlement Elementary School. Using the descriptive- correlational research design the study included all teachers of the school. The school climate was measured through the Organizational Climate Descriptive Questionnaire and the teachers’ performance through the Performance Appraisal System for Teachers. The data were analyzed using frequency count, percentages, means, Pearson-r product moment correlation and t-test correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that the supportive principal behavior and collegial teacher behavior dimension of school climate has significant relationship on teachers performance. Based on the findings, it was suggested that school head should continue the supportive climate on teachers but not to disregard the directive behavior as to ensure the implementation of the school policies.

The demand of quality education the more days pass more gain strength. This phenomenon appear along with the condition of peoples needs growing rapidly. That indispensable priscipal professional, were able to establish that the quality of education quality and considered superior public interest. The focus of this study are three things, that is: a) principal behavior in the build quality of education. b) strategy principals in building the quality of education. to answer the focus of the study, the researchers used a qualitative approach, nid of case studies. Methods of data collection use include: a)  deep interview. b) oservation. c) study documentation. Data from the three techniques are organized, interpreted, and analyzed repeatedly. To avoid mistakes, then held data validity checking using the method of: a) triangulation between data sources, comparing data from interviews. b) checking the accuracy of information to the informant. c) discuss and consult data by the competent authorities. The results of this study found: 1) behavior of the principals in building a quality of education that is: a) motivate. b) establish good communation and warm. c) in volve all members of the school, and example to the school community in an effort to build the quality of education. 2) strategy principal in building the quality of education that is: a) build a strong team work and soulid. b) build a family. c) to support and facilitate teachers in the development of quality and competene. d) the division of duties and performance to match the capabilities of each subordinate. e) working closely with other agencies. f) to collaoration with the mass media. g) having a clear quality targets.

Purpose What do principals look for when hiring teachers? The purpose of this paper is to extend the knowledge concerning what aspects of teacher quality are in demand among the individuals who administer schools and make hiring decisions. Design/methodology/approach Rather than employing interviews or surveys, the authors utilized a conjoint instrument that assembled teacher characteristics into fictitious applicant profiles. Participating North Carolina public school principals (n = 467) then chose among the computer-generated options and regression analysis allowed the authors to identify preferences in the aggregate. Findings Principals in this study preferred applicants with classroom experience, but those with 15 years were no more preferred than those with 5. They also preferred applicants with more education, but an advanced degree was no more preferred than a bachelor’s from a highly selective institution. Preference for teachers who are committed to state standards varied with schools’ performance on state tests. Originality/value Conjoint analysis is a useful tool for measuring preferences but is underutilized in research on education administration. This paper contributes not only to the body of knowledge about school principal behavior but also to the field’s familiarity of research techniques.

Principal educators‘ and policy makers’ predominant expectation from school principals to serve as instructional leaders—who engage primarily in a wide range of activities that clearly focus on improving teaching and learning for all students—has scarcely been applied in practice by principals in today's schools. Researchers have found several reasons for this gap between professional recommendations and actual principal behavior. The current qualitative study, based on semi-structured interviews with 41 Israeli principals, suggests one more explanation for today's reality of principals‘ limited engagement in instructional leadership: Some principals uphold a non-academic definition of schools’ major goal—focusing on students‘ well-being, social skills, values, etc.—and thereby claim that improvements in teaching and learning should not be at the top of the school administrators’ priorities. This goal as a possible mechanism underlying principals' noncompliance has not been investigated to date.

Arch bridges are one of the popular, oldest and graceful bridges which are being built in zones of the city and out of the city. However arches becomes especially sensitive to their buckling response due to dominated compressive force in the arch. In order to ensure stability conditions of the individual arch and arch bridges, it is estimated not just geometrical factor of arch, residual stress, work conditions, geometric imperfections but geometrical nonlinearity too. Geometric nonlinearity especially dominates in many times static indeterminable systems such as network arch bridges. However there are a few represents of estimation of geometric nonlinearity of the new construction form of the arch bridges created in a middle of 20th century. This paper represents estimation of geometric nonlinearity with numerical method of the steel arch bridges with vertical hangers and network arch bridges. There are determined stress-strain law and principal behavior of the steel network arch bridges under symmetric and asymmetric pedestrian loadings. Arkiniai tiltai – vieni populiariausių, seniausių ir grakščiausių tiltų, statomų miesto ir užmiesčio zonose. Tačiau dėl dominuojančios ašinės gniuždymo jėgos arkos tampa ypač jautrios stabilumo praradimui. Siekiant užtikrinti pavienių arkų ir arkinių tiltų pastovumo sąlygas, vertinami ne tik arkos geometriniai rodikliai, darbo stadijos, pradiniai įtempiai, geometriniai netobulumai, bet ir netiesinė konstrukcijos elgsena. Geometrinis netiesiškumas ypač dominuoja daug kartų statiškai neišsprendžiamose sistemose, tokiose kaip tinkliniai arkiniai tiltai. Tačiau šios XX a. viduryje atsiradusios naujos arkinių tiltų konstrukcinės formos geometrinio netiesiškumo vertinimas pateiktas minimaliai. Straipsnyje pateikiamas plieninių arkinių tiltų su vertikaliomis pakabomis ir tinklinių arkinių tiltų geometrinio netiesiškumo vertinimas skaitiniais metodais. Nustatomas plieninių tinklinių arkinių tiltų įtempių-deformacijų būvis ir esminiai elgsenos ypatumai, veikiant simetrine ir asimetrine pėsčiųjų apkrovomis.
